Chapters 1 to 8 were written for men/boys seeking to shrink themselves and be eaten. Chapters 9 to 14 are designed for giantesses who are interested in eating Tinies and would like to learn the best ways to go about it. I do realise, that it gives away some of the secrets and ambiguity (the pros and cons of which were discussed earlier), if the giantesses read every chapter.
