Steve woke up thirty minutes earlier than usual. Certainly having the night of his life and beginning to fall in love with a girl can do that to a man. 

Another benefit to waking up early was beating his parents and Melissa to the bathroom. As he opened the door to his room, however, he was interrupted by a loud scream coming from his mother in her bedroom.

Judy sighed once again. “What am I going to do?”

“Don’t worry mom, I’m sure they can find a way to reverse this..” Steve asserted, hoping it would help comfort her somewhat. 

“Yeah… I guess you are right.. hey, at least I can finally reach the top counter now!” Judy joked, causing Steve and Dave to join in with the laughter.

Judy and Dave immediately responded.

“Well hey you are in OUR bedroom,” Judy stated crossing her arms.
