Our perfect little world: Re:Maker by SirDarkvid
Summary:

(New year, new version of one of my most beloved stories and this time with intentions, time and desire to complete it!In case any reader remembers the original, I doubt it, only the approach and the introduction have remained similar, the rest including setting and characters has been completely rewritten)

It was in mid-December, with the eve of a new decade looming, that overnight a mysterious island surrounded by mountains appeared in the middle of the Caribbean. The ships that got too close were immediately attacked by a force far superior to the one that no country had ever seen, the shadow of a gigantic female-looking figure, one too big to even exist, stalking them from the darkness of the only entrance beach.

And in the middle of preparing for a war against an unexpected enemy, a voice came out of the island resonating in the minds of the entire planet.

"Goddess Eve wishes to grant an interview to you foreigners"

And what better day to publish the first chapter of this remake (Re: Maker? Dont hate me pls) than the first day of a new decade? I hope you like it and comment on your impressions!

“It all started several days ago with a reflection brought by a situation of tension… uh, that phrase is cool! I should… I should write it down… somewhere.”

3 years for the journalism career, another 3 years for the higher degree mixed with internship as an editorial assistant, and to finish 1 whole year and a half as a collaborator in a night radio program. When Lucy looked back at her resume, great pride filled her inside.

Her life was the signal that although things get twisted along the way, if you work hard, make a daily effort and have good will one can achieve his dreams. Dreams like being a great tv presenter of a great television channel (or presenter of netflix or youtube, if there was something Lucy is not scrupulous).

Yep, exactly that dream.

“And after advertising our correspondent in Los Angeles, Phil Baker, will tell us the last minute about the great softball… regional game! Don't leave, the competition is sparking!”

Unable to endure the laughter at the attempt to hide the presenter to hide his concern, the camera made a hand signal before cutting off the transmission.

“I need your help, Erik! I can't find the name of the teams in any of these sheets! Stop laughing and help me, please!” Lucy cried as she began to quickly remove the photocopies with the news of the day... night. Dawn.

“For God's sake, Lucy! Nobody cares if you don't say the name! It's 6 in the morning, nobody is going to get up to watch the sports program of a local television that has no budget or for a telepronter! No one apart from drunkards, people with insomnia, drug addicts who started using soft drugs too early, night owls ...-”

“I get it, you don't have to continue with the list! And even then, even if no one sees us, I want to be able to say the name of these teams! This is my job and I am a professional, I want to keep even though-”

"Lucy" Erik stopped her by hitting the ornate desk to look like a television with both hands. “You are 33 years old, honestly the fact that you have been given this crap at your age and coming just from being a collaborator should already send you a signal of what this subsidized local television network expects from you”

"And that is ..." Lucy asked with some irony even though she was horrified to hear the answer. It was clear that Erik was not comfortable with what he was going to say, but since his "boss" had asked him the easiest way to cut the conversation was to say what they both knew.

"They expect you to be the bitter woman for not being able to succeed that she lives with her cats and that she takes care of the night programs so that they continue giving us the subsidies" And even knowing perfectly the answer, Lucy could not help feeling somewhat hurt by the words between teeth of her camera technician. “Sincerely with your age and considering how good you look -and as good as you look, I mean how well your two huge breasts stay- I think a lottery girl's salary would be more than enough to you and your cat live comfortably"

Silently and trying to maintain all possible dignity while pretending not to have heard anything, Lucy quickly arranged her dress in a vain attempt to take Erik's intense gaze away from her twins. First of all she was a professional, as terrible as the others were with her. "We don't have any photocopy with the names of the teams, right?" She tried to return to the initial conversation while again trying to ignore her surroundings, this case as her technician had just eaten half a cold burrito almost 2 bites.

“Fuck Lucy! If it is not written on any of those sheets I haven't printed it... but you know? Nothing happens either! Be sure to let Phil's fool talk while I keep your tits on the other side of the screen, we need to keep our audience awake for at least 15 more minutes!” Erik growled as he began to count to 5 with the fingers of one hand.

A countdown that although it was to indicate that they transmitted again, for her it felt like a way to shut her up.

(...)

20 minutes later, Lucy was already changed and in the kitchen of the studio. If there was something worse than having to make detours to avoid admitting that she lacked information, they were the mandatory extra hour after each program to deal with social networks.

Spilling herself onto the only clean kitchen table, Lucy closed her eyes pretending to die of something other than boredom. The remains of the dinner of the presenters of the night news and other day workers were still on the other tables and there would be at least 50 minutes before the cleaner arrived ... the smell, or rather the mixture of smells, was not nice to say it somehow.

“Fucking dayworkers and their normal schedule… fucking shit work… HEARTATTACK! And… dead…!” Lucy pretended to agonize as she stretched her arms until she dropped her hands on each side of the table. A stupid game without a doubt, but anything was worth wasting time while the coffee maker prepared the only magic potion capable of bringing to life such a shattered reporter/presenter like her.

After her second dead performance of the night Lucy found herself looking directly at the office phone. Something inside her wanted to call her boss and tell her all the macho and obscene comments that Erik had used against her ... that part also faked a heart attack by remembering the answer last time: "Answer him, face him, Don't let the thugs win!"

Between that nobody cared about her and that there was no other camera willing to do the early morning program, the most sensible thing was to let it happen again.

If somewhere the complaint led to Erik being fired, there would be no camera to broadcast her program ... and without a program Lucy knew that they would throw her feet in the street sooner than it takes to say Mississippi. The sound of the coffee maker woke her from her depressive lethargy, forcing her to get up with a movement as fast as her body exhausted by lack of sleep could. Without even bothering to use a cup, Lucy put the sugar directly into the coffee maker while returning to her clean table, less clean now that part of her makeup was stuck on the surface.

And while the 33-year-old hostess drank from her coffee maker, her nervous system forced her to move around and walk down the changing room aisle to pick up her bag now, saving 5 extra minutes that could be used to sleep. Not knowing how or why, Lucy stopped in front of the full-length mirror in the hallway. (or rather not wanting to admit the small suggestion that Erik's comments had left on her)

For her age, Lucy considered herself quite attractive. It was true that her reddish and curly hair was beginning to deteriorate a little ... or that her two proud, her slender and well-filled DD breasts had begun the natural process of losing firmness ... but still with a little daily gym, a little of wrinkle cream and a good hair removal of legs and armpits was more than enough to put the machinery back in good condition. The thought alone made her stifle a laugh so much that the coffee went on the other side, her body reacting naturally forced to spit. "Nor that there was anyone to teach the machinery!" Lucy said to herself laughing for exactly 17 seconds ... After which the reporter leaned her forehead against the mirror, the comment reminding too much of what her deceased mother was doing to justify not moving from the couch.

Following her example was the last thing she wanted and what had to be done to avoid it was clear. “Work even harder until you can look back and smile!” She said to herself, remembering the words of her also deceased father, much better words to follow. With a new motivation filling her up like never before, Lucy ran to her boss's office to leave the company's phone without a single mention on the red of the program (as always). Another race later the reporter stood in front of her locker ready to pick up her things and leave to start the next day with a new smile ... until when she opened the locker a cold hamburger fell on her head followed by several cold fries.

"Ohhh ... Again Erik had confused his locker... and again had forgotten some of the food he had bought in it... Yep" `

The motivation vanished instantly as the reporter removed the leftover food from her jacket, collecting her things to return home.

The way back was especially slow despite not having any traffic that prevented her from pressing the accelerator of her scooter. The reporter allowed herself to take a walk to return home just with the sunrise, hoping to turn the experience into some kind of poetic and metaphorical restart of her life.

What she wasn't expected instead was the high-end car parked in front of the door of her building in a disabled place. a car that she had never seen before in her neighborhood with a person sitting inside smoking ... and that made her feel a chill. "Please, not the insurance collectors, not now that I only carry the card on me and I have nothing loose at home..." She said to herself as she slowed down (even more), slowly pressing the button on the garage door as if that would make the door open more silently.

Of course the noise caused the driver to notice her presence, getting out of the car quickly and heading towards her cigarette still in hand. “Miss Lucy! You finally get home! It's very ugly to make your visitors wait, you know?" The presence of the young smoker dressed in an expensive suit calling her specifically was totally confusing and unexpected, so much so that for a moment she felt the need to pinch her cheek to make sure she hadn't fallen asleep in the studio. (Neither was necessary, the constant foot pain from wearing too high heels was more than enough)

"Do we know each other, Sir?" The reporter asked to see that the conversation was inevitable, mostly because the young man had planted quickly and skillfully between her and the door of her building. "Your face wants to be familiar for me ... but I don't know-"

“My name, Miss Lucy, is Gabe W. Ray. You worked for my father, Maxwell W. Ray, as a fellow a couple of years ago in our then only and great Alabama Spirit newspaper!”

"Ahhh!" With that extra information it was easy to locate the young man now almost 6 years older. All the exhaustion accumulated in her became elegance and good posture as soon as her mind realized that there was a minimal possibility of returning to work for Mr. Maxwell, the best boss of her whole life. “How are you, Gabe? You have grown a lot! What are you now, 22 years old? Oh wait, where are my manners?!” Lucy laughed nervously as she tried to accompany the young man to the door of her building. “Can I invite you to come in? I have tea and pastries bought yesterday ... but well packaged! With my nightly work I have discovered methods to buy hot foods and keep them-”

Before she could continue to wander, Gabe kindly declined the invitation as he grabbed her by the shoulders. “Miss Lucy, I have come her today for a work affair. Although the right thing is actually to say that I come to offer you one”

If the world were cartoons, both eyes of Lucy would have become bags with the dollar symbol. And even without being cartoons it was absurdly easy to read the greed on her face. "Well ... if your father believes ...-"

“My father is dead, Miss Lucy! Caput! Heart attack!” Gabe yelled laughing at Lucy's broken face, which went from greed to panic and sadness. “Don't worry, he died just the way he lived… between the legs of a mongrel with big curves. Let's get to the point, okay? My father has left me the whole company because I have a great plan to take Alabama Spirit to the top! We will be the next BBC and everyone will see it! And to start I want to recover my father's favorite girl for a special mission” Lucy felt flattered apart from even something horrified by the terrible news. Maxwell was always a great influence for her on the personal and work, to the point that he personally wrote the letter of recommendation that allowed her to be chosen for her previous work on the night radio. Lucy felt especially sad to know that another of the people who had treated her best had ended up in the same place as her parents, but if Gabe had personally come for her, the least was to listen to the offer. (Whatever it was would be better than the current well where it was currently inserted)

“And what mission is it? Because honestly as long as you don't send me to a country at war I will accept any job you offer me! Hehehe… That was a joke, okay? I'm not so desperate-”

"No, of course not!" Gabe smiled while round her shoulders with one arm. "Tell me, have you been aware of the news lately?" Lucy nodded without knowing what she meant and that was especially evident. "I'm talking about the island that has appeared out of nowhere in the Caribbean!-"

A drop of cold sweat fell down her forehead. “Yessshh… I've seen the news, I live in the same world as you. I have also seen that they have attacked the first military ships that have approached them with almost science fiction weapons ... and I have also seen that terrifying woman talking about a GODDESS!”

Gabe nodded smiling and excited, perhaps too much for the tension in the environment. “Well, you're up to date with the news of the year… of the decade! Wait! OF THE CENTURY! Like everyone else, you would have heard that woman so angry talking to us with the first real sign that telepathy is real and governments had hidden it from us. Her supposed Goddess wants us to send our best journalists to give two lucky media an interview with her! Well, an hour later, some encrypted messages reached the email accounts of the highest offices of the world's largest news networks. Messages with instructions on how to participate in the election ... messages that I have managed to get thanks to my contacts!”

"I am not-"

"Tsch! You are everything you want to be, Lucy! Today you are the host of a program used as a landfill, but tomorrow- or exactly in 10 days, December 26- you will be the first person to interview that supposed Goddess! And if this doesn't convince you, I have exactly what it will do” Gabe smiled as he pulled a folded note from his jacket and offered it to her.

Silence completely dominated the street illuminated by street lamps and the first rays of sun while Lucy read, read, read and reread the numbers written on it. Slowly she looked up to cross it with Gabe's, waiting for a horn and a cake on her face  for having fallen for the joke. Instead, what she found was a warm sidesmile. “For every day, And that last amount is what you will earn for every 100 words you record of that Goddess or for every photo you get”

...

... ... ...

Present, Ferry in the middle of the Caribbean Sea:

“And that's why I'm here!” Lucy smiled, enjoying the sea breeze, rocking her perfectly groomed hair after 6 endless hours of hairdressing.

The soldier sighed rubbing the bridge of his nose with one hand, trying to put up with his uncontrollable desire to throw himself overboard. “Your... story is interesting and I am sure that character, Miss Lucy Crews, will look much better in the novel or the movie… but what I have asked you it's if you've eaten something in the last 24 hours. That ‘guardian of the Divine family’ requires us to ask it out in advance”

Lucy's heart broke at the same time as the eye contact with the soldier, a brief glance at the other journalists around her confirming the obvious: She had been ridiculous once more, just as the laughter behind her confirmed. “I… a hamburger. Alone, not even without bread. Ok no, with fresh cheese”

(...)

The ferry (renowned for the moment only by Lucy as the Trans-Jour 1) stopped a mile from the island along with the other 4 ferries, as planned carring out the transfer of journalists from a neutral vessel not annexed by any army (How the inhabitants of the island could discern that information was a total mystery to all the external organizations involved) to one of their own. The dawn sun created a certain overwhelming aura around the island, one that obviously didn't lack it.

Being so close and thanks to the height advantage that allowed her to get on one of the seats, Lucy could see how the island was even more threatening closely than in the photographs/videos she had consulted the days before getting on her beloved ship.

As if she had found before on one of her beloved rpgs, the island was surrounded by mountains so gigantic and rugged that it was impossible for them to be of natural origin, preventing them from clearly seeing the interior of the island (and as the soldiers had shown them, nor satellites or stealth drones had managed to capture images of the interior from the air). Each summit was also crowned by a kind of floating weapon / device that, as already proven, served as a defensive weapon with sufficient power to destroy the frame of the ships that approached to investigate WITHOUT damaging the humans inside thereof.

There was only one possible entrance between two of the mountains and just that they had just in front of them, a small port with a smaller beach from which 10 small boats had just left for the 5 ferries to take the chosen journalists.

"Gentlemen," the ship's captain said calling the attention of Lucy and the 24 journalists who accompanied her. “From this point ... you all are alone, they don't allow us to get closer. Be sure to obey and make a good impression, know that we will be here ready to attack at any time to protect you...” The captain was silent for a few seconds with his head bowed, searching or rather trying to remember the speech he had previously prepared. “This island represents one of the biggest crises that our world must go through since the cold war, so today you are not just journalists in search of the largest exclusive of our generation; Today you are ambassadors of our lifestyle, of our society and of-”

While the captain was still talking two of the boats arrived at the starboard of the ship, causing all journalists and soldiers ran to see the "floating yacht" as taken right from a science fiction movie. And if the shape of the ships wasn't enough, the floating robots that came out of each of the cockpit would be. "Captain Mason?" One of the robots uttered in a robotic and sharp voice.

"I was told that a ... border guard would come with you, where is he?!" The captain growled as the robots set about placing a walkway between the ship and the ferry. Slowly from the cockpit of the first of the ships came a much more human figure, a bald middle-aged man wearing a full-length tunic. “Here I am Captain Mason. Are these the journalists chosen?” The guard asked as he climbed onto one of the catwalks until he reached the middle. The captain decided to do the same, hoping to have him face to face to confirm it ... unless that would be impossible, since being both at the same height the incredible height of the guardian (almost a head taller than him) was clear. "Have you collected the information we asked for?"

"Of course, but I don't know how useful it will be ..." The captain growled as he handed over the notebook. “Paper sheets, cover and back cover of 100% recycled material as you requested”

"Utility? Caring for our world that we all share, do you think it isn't enough? By the Goddess, if asking for recycled materials it causes you so much confusion means that foreigners are even more ... than I expected” The guard smiled mockingly as he flipped through the pad quickly. “Well, without further delay, it is time for us to leave. Ladies and gentlemen, we must dont make the Matriarch Valeonor wait. In my boat there is room for about 12 people 12, and in the second 13 ... and seeing that most of you travel with cameras and technical equipment means that you are much more than we expected ... This happens for not being specific about that things. Dont worry, we will simply go something tighter than desirable” The guard spoke as he prepared to return to his boat, stopped by the captain who had dared to step forward to grab his shoulder.

"I'm very sorry Captain Mason, I had completely forgotten!-" The guardian apologized by turning back to the journalists. “As you know, the Goddess has asked for 125 possible professionals to carry out her first interview, of which only 2 will be the lucky ones who came to step on our private chocolate factory, if you allow me the analogy. The rest will be returned to your respective ferries after the selection with a bag of gifts and the luck of being able to have stepped on the same land as the Goddess when we embarked on this rugged trip full of surprise!" The guardian laughed as he released himself from the captain's reach, returning to his own boat but not before giving a smile of superiority to his homogeneous.

As if they were wild hyenas, all the journalists picked up their respective suitcases and rushed towards the ships between punches, shoves, shouts, bruises, bites and stomps. And where did they get their bags? Well, from under their seats, on which the lowest of them all had risen to try to have a better view and from which they shot down without mercy.

When the world stopped spinning for Lucy, the reporter held the bruised and stunned head slowly while looking for her own handbag ...Trampled.

Shattered as if a herd of wildebeest had passed over. "NO! NO NO NO!” She shouted, crawling towards her while the other journalists tried to continue crossing the catwalks to the small ships (perhaps something too small, the guardian in his charge thought). "My research team!" Elegant way to call her new tablet and mobile. “My toiletries, my ID! NO! WHY?!” Lucy stifled a desperate scream while noticing that her wallet was open and that could nit have happened by mistake. Looking up, Lucy looked at the rival journalists ... although all they found were heartless vipers willing to do everything to get the interview ... almost like being back in school.

One of those vipers slowly approached her, and just being close enough she could see that it was one of the floating robots. "Is something wrong, miss?"

“My things… that beasts have gone so fast that they have accidentally stepped on them! My wallet has been opened and they unwittingly took my identification ... and one of my old credit cards too”Lucy adorned the loss not expecting a robot to be able to see through the veiled lie. (lying in quotes, since what they had taken was not a credit card but an old library card).

And precisely for not trusting it was that she was so surprised to see how the robot placed a mechanical arm on her shoulders. “Sorry about what happened, can you identify yourself verbally? Full name and company you represent, please”

"Lucy ... Lucy Crews, represented the one and great Alabama Spirit news agency," Lucy said quickly in a last line of voice, having to stop for breathing exercises. (partly because of the desire to cry and partly because of the excitement of talking to a empathic, empathic-bot robot)

The robot began to whistle and blink abruptly and almost wildly, awakening the fear in her of being the first person to die by self-destruction of a robot. “Lucy Crews… ok, I have it on my internal list, Miss Crews. I am very sorry for what happened, we expected it to be something more organized without having to intervene… but seeing what my colleagues on other ships are telling me, we should have used a list of names in alphabetical order” Quickly and without Lucy getting to say anything, the robot picked up all her devices and helped her store them in her handbag, helping her to get up. "By way of apology I created a ticket so that now on the island my colleagues can identify you orally and replace all the electronic devices lost or damage, besides recognizing you by oral recognition instead of with your identity car"

Lucy was completely pale, not expecting even half the kindness of a human being, let alone a toaster with arms and propulsion system. "Wait a moment-"

"Nonsense" The robot insisted as his head turned 180 degrees to look at the ship. “The outside world is just as the Goddess had warned us, full of good people who, given an opportunity for success, return to their most violent, wild and petty reactions. I only hope that when we have to give back to 99% that they are not elected, the thing will not get too out of control ... For the moment if you are so kind, Lucy Crews, embark on the first boat please. As the guardian has said, making the matriarch Valenor wait is the last thing human, robot or even the Goddess herself should do”

Lucy didn't understand the joke of the robot, but out of courtesy of everything the reporter had received, she pretended to laugh all the way to the ship, where the concept of personal space became as superfluous as in the New York subway in rush hour.

(...)

And after a surprising 10 minutes of travel due to the unexpectedly high weight on the ships (something that nobody dared to mention but should have been planned), the 10 ships arrived at the small port of the island just at the same time as a few drops of morning rain began to fall on everyone present. Slowly and following the instructions of the robots, the horde of reporters prepared with their microphones, recording devices and their cameras broadcasting live on every social network known to man began to rise to the mainland. A small square surrounded by military-looking buildings served as the center of the port, and in turn a huge 20-foot-tall statue of a multicolored mineral that no one present could identify served as the center of the square.

Despite the crowd pushing each other Lucy managed to open a gap until being relatively close to the statue to photograph her well, although that action was only in the intention when the gigantic doors behind the port conquered not only the entrance to the island but her attention. Doors of a black and shiny stone each 50 feet high and 35 feet wide (or at least that is what the professional photography program of her new and not destroyed phone indicated), each door had a message engraved on what appeared to be pure gold.

"Y en las tormentas atronadoras

Y en las noches oscuras

Y en de sus guerras inútiles

Y en sus odios infantiles

Y aun más allá de las montañas

Y aun más allá de los mares y las estrellas

La luz de la Diosa seguirá brillando para protegerlos

Y nosotros la protegeremos a ella.

De: Leon"

"Interesting ... seems ... Latin?" Lucy thought out loud, which served to make another journalist shout in a very inelegant way. "It's Spanish, you idiot"

Deciding what silence would be much better, she decided to take advantage of her time in photographing everything, from the statue representing some kind of canine animal (between which the animals weren't her specialty and that the mineral from which she was made did not distinguish features beyond the shape didn't help either), going through all the military-looking buildings protected by another type of robots. And that cycle of photos was repeated 3 times until the sound of a siren at full volume put everyone present in tension.

And the deep but feminine voice that later sounded without a clear point of origin wasn't softer either.

“To all the candidates for the interview and ONLY THEM, present yourself in 4 rows THE MOST RIGHT AND ORDERLY POSSIBLE, FOUR ROWS FOR THE FOUR RED CIRCLES IN FRONT OF THE DOORS. If you are able to follow such basic rules we will get along, otherwise you can say goodbye to your opportunity ... and frankly, that would save me a lot of work, you know? Put yourself on the circle when the border robots tell you and if nothing happens, move away when they tell you. Hopefully in 10 minutes at most we can close this and go to breakfast, not with us just to make it clear”

And although technically they were following the rules, again the beasts woke up within the 124 journalists. Those who were alone were the first to be placed in the ranks, those who were accompanied didn't bother to inform their companions before running away. Blows, shoves, complaints and insults flew everywhere, many more than Lucy had ever seen and that in her university era were she always ended (in some ways not too pleasant at times) in all major fights.

Luckily she didn't need to place himself behind any of the ranks since one of the floating robots approached her. "Lucy Crews, right?" She nodded quickly, unable to avoid even being fascinated by the strange propellant that held them in the air for some kind of electrical energy. “Border unit C35 has warned that you have ‘lost’ your identification corresponding to your citizenship in the… United States of America. If you are so kind to follow me, please”

Of course there was no resistance from her, gladly following the robot as they jumped the line (tried in the process to ignore the screams and complaints to her). At the beginning of the row was the mysterious circle that the grumpy voice had mentioned next to another floating robot, a closer look allowed to distinguish a kind of tiny cables that covered its circle surface and crossed inside. The robots nodded to each other, the robot that had called her placing herself in her co-worker's position while the other tried to calm the spirits in the row of reporters.

The silence while they seemed to prepare everything was (at least) devastating. So, just as her mother had taught her, Lucy decided to try to get a smile from her metallic friend. "If it is some kind of balance test you can send me directly to the ship, I am totally incapable of holding more than 5 seconds on one leg!"

The joke was received by the robot with a few seconds of confusion followed by a beep of happy tone that moved her more than she should and that helped to cope with the annoying coughs on her back. “You have nothing to worry, Lucy Crews. It's just a small scanner and three quick questions, are you ready?”

“I was born ready! Wait,… yes, I was born ready for this!” Lucy responded quickly and with a big smile from ear to ear, standing in the middle of the circle.

"Well well. First question: Have you had sex relations in recent days? Please respond honestly and keep in mind that we are including ALL kinds of sexual encounters that include penetration or mixing of possible fluids”

Lucy said nothing, a small feeling of guilt was eating her inside and that surely had nothing to do with the giggles something too accusatory of nearby robots. “I have not had sexual encounters beyond momentary with myself in the last… 5 months. The last time was 3 weeks ago after a somewhat netflix movie and it was just ... with my fingers, I didn't use anything else. Happy? This is very embarrassing!" The robot said nothing more (to the relief of the reporter really), simply devoting himself to floating motionless. "I ... have I succeeded?"

“We will see that in a few moments. Next question: Is it true that in the last 24 hours your only foods have been a beef burger with fresh cheese and no bread ... and natural water? Not cool water, no juice... only natural water” And of course more accusatory giggles that wouldn't frighten her (not too much at least).

“When I get extremely nervous I usually eat little and sometimes I even forget to eat. That's right, everything is ... correct... but it's because there was only rye bread in the hotel! And I don't like it!-”

“Your tastes are unnecessary to me right now. Last question and be especially sincere in this one, please: Do you have family members alive? We care until 2 second grade family members”This time it was not a feeling of guilt that plunged her, it was one of sadness and longing. "I have a third cousin in Atlanta whom I called on his birthday and Christmas but nothing more ... I don't feel very comfortable talking about this-"

Before she could say anything else, a feeling of warmth overwhelmed her completely, the circle turning blue as an intense golden light emanated directly from the ground. The light bulb began to focus on her wrist, the light forming strange particles in the air that began to surround her wrist to cover it completely.

There was no longer any other laugh or throat, no shout or push not even in the nearest row behind her, who had focused all their attention on the intense light away from the crowd. All there was was an aura of disbelief and silence while Lucy studied the mysterious bracelet. And silently it was broken when the grumpy voice rang again throughout the square. "FINALLY! THE FIRST CHOSEN IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES, IF WE GIVE HURRY, MAYBE ... who do I want to fool? I'm not going to arrive at breakfast time ... and it's your fault, stupid outlanders”

"Check it again, please" Lucy interrupted raising her voice as serious as she had ever been. "It is impossible, a mistake without a doubt," she said, trying to remain calm as the nerves began to pile up in the throat.

“You're… you're kidding me, right? Lucy Crews is your name if I'm not mistaken, are you kidding me Lucy Crews?!” The voice asked again each time with a more irritated tone. And seeing that the human refused to answer, the robots repeated the questions again. And again the light shone again. "Are you happy now?! Outlanders only bring complications, complications and problems! And I know that the Goddess has told me not to call you outlanders if not foreigners, but if you behave like children you don't deserve to be spoken to as adults!”

Just as Lucy feared the silence did not last another second, being replaced by cries of hatred and rage that called her from “Whore” through all the translations of the word to every imaginable language, from “Bastard” to the most complicated “Unsuccessful failure”, finally reaching those closest to her who had chosen to demand a second opinion shouting with a totally deafening volume. The situation was becoming so terrifying that she had not yet have time to understand that she had been chosen to interview the Goddess.

And of course the verbal aggressions became even darker when one of the journalists at the head of the next row ran out to grab her by the wrist, a mass of an old man with a strong French accent screaming practically in her ear. “YOU WILL NOT BE THE ONE WHO INTERVIEWED YOU, LUCKY BITCH! I KNOW THAT GARBAGE THAT YOU CALL JOURNAL, I WOULD NoT GIVE IT TO READ TO MY WORST ENEMY!”

"Stop Mr. Alistair!" The robots screamed as they surrounded Lucy and her aggressor. Alistair kept shouting louder and louder, while still holding his firm grip on Lucy's wrist so he could shake her like an old doll.“I DEMAND AN APPEAL AND THAT YOU ADMIT YOUR ERROR! THIS BASTARD WAS A FAILURE EARLY MORNING PRESENTER UNTIL A WEEKS AGO!”

"You're hurting me!" Lucy growled trying to let go without success. “We are colleagues by profession, right?!-”

“I HAVE BEEN 40 YEARS AS THE HEAD OF ONE THE MOST IMPORTANT NEWSPAPER OF MONACO, DON'T DARE TO TELL ME THAT A FAILED LIKE YOU IS A PROFESSION COMPANION! WHERE IS THE GODDESS?! I DEMAND TO SEE HER IMMEDIATELY!”

“Last warning, sir! Release the chosen one or we will be forced to use force!”The robots warned again.

“CHECK IT AGAIN, THAT BITH DONT DESERVE-” BANNNNNG!

A thunderous sound followed by a huge blinding flash completely interrupted all action in the square, all present howling in pain at the power of the noise.

No one understood what was happening, those who were no longer stunned had chosen to follow their instincts by throwing themselves to the ground to hide or cover themselves after others while their eyes recovered from the sudden blindness. Lucy was one of those who remained too stunned to understand what had happened and too blinded to open her eyes, falling on her ass to the floor. At first she didn't even feel fear, not at least until she regained all her senses and noticed a drop of too thick liquid falling down her nose. Her lips trembled slowly, faster and faster when one of the journalists near her screamed in terror with all his might.

All who had not yet opened their eyes like Lucy did it at once, just in time to see how Alistair's lifeless body (and without a head ... and without a neck ... or torso ...) fell from the back, the blood that it was in his legs dripping the place where seconds ago he had been screaming. The only thing left of the man who had presented the news of the county of Monaco for a half-life was his waist and legs ... and the right arm that was still firmly gripping Lucy's wrist for her utmost misfortune.

Cries of terror filled the square while the last laggards were able to understand what had happened. And between screams of terror a darkened figure leaped from the top of the giant floor doors to the ground, landing on one knee. "To think that you would be so stupid and unfortunate as to force me to stain the sacred land of the Goddess with your blood, Outlanders ... I will not say that I am disappointed because deep down I expected it from you" The owner of the grumpy voice said while she straightened and stretched out her arms calmly, taking advantage to keep a sort of revolver in the holster she had tied to her leg. And what a leg many thought.

Standing easily taking a foot tall to the highest of those present, the woman must be 8 feet tall or even more; arms and legs covered with muscles worthy of a bodybuilder who helped distract the look of her strange bright and shiny wihite mane (in a literal sense, her hair was emitting her own light) and her intense and sharp red eyes. It was more than clear seeing that the woman was not someone normal, her presence overwhelmed everyone present much more than the remains of the journalist's body.

Her attire didn't leave much to the imagination, a military-style top that left her stomach hard as iron and her abs out in the air, shorts that looked like they were going to break with the slightest step of how tight they were against her thighs and a sort of unbuttoned white raincoat hanging on her shoulders. "We regret that you had to intervene, Matriarch Valeonor" The robots apologized while Valeonor sighed and looked for a cigarette from her back pocket. "We've tried to stop this by peaceful means-"

"That's why I shot, units C31, C32, C34 and D1. I was tired of seeing violent idiots do things of ... violent idiots” Valeonor herself had to sigh for her failed analogy, lighting the cigarette just by lightly shaking. After a quick drag, Valeonor turned to the journalists present. “Lucy Crews is already here… Carmen Rodríguez, from the Mexican news channel‘ La primera cadena’” Valeonor shouted waiting for movement, and not seeing pissed her off even more. "Is itn't clear?! Carmen Rodriguez, introduce yourself here!”

Seeing that the situation was not with her, Lucy kept trying to take the dead man's hand off her wrist without much success; ignoring the steps behind her until they grabbed her by the shoulder. Turning in fright, she found a Hispanic-looking brunette offered her hand to help her up, a gesture she accepted willingly (trying at all times to ignore the blood that covered her almost completely).

“You two? Luckily, it was time!” Valeonor smiled as one of the robots stood beside her opening a compartment in his chest, a compartment that immediately the journalists understood that it was an ashtray. “My name is Valeonor, Matriarch, leader of the earthly armies of the Goddess Evangeline. I serve the Goddess directly, so don't waste your time and follow me. You have a couple of hours of medical checks and disinfections quite long” Valeonor started walking toward the huge iron gates, which opened… technically.

A small double door in the lower corner of both doors widened through which Valeonor crouched down to pass. Lucy and Carmen followed slowly while behind them nobody said anything, not a single voice until the doors closed completely again.

PS: If someone knows how to make more heights appear under the summary I would greatly appreciate the help, this story will be gigantic from 10 feet high to much more and I want it to be well indicated.

Prologue 2: Interview Definition by SirDarkvid

While in the outer harbor dozens of journalists lost their minds because of the results (one of them in a completely literal sense an hour ago), a much quieter and much less violent meeting was taking place in the gigantic palace/military base north of the island. With a gigantic throne commanding the even more gigantic meeting room, the different advisors and officers occupied their different seats while chatting among themselves, laughter and smiles were accompanied by the soft sound of water running through the rivers on both sides of the room (One of the little whims that the Goddess had allowed herself at the time of the construction of her secondary residence and job).

At the foot of the golden throne and commanding the table were the 8 armchairs of the greats, the 8 Lights that accompany and light the path that Goddess Eva travels.

On her left side were the armchairs of the four husbands of Eva and Patriarchs of the country: The young and ambitious Joel Grandwoods, patriarch of the expanders and builders; the liberated and firm Aiden Dawnroot, patriarch of industries; the placid and cautious Henry Proudward, patriarch of the treasury; and the (absent on the other hand) brave justice, hero and founder of the nation Leon Stillsurge, Eva's left hand and patriarch of the outer armies.

And on the other side of the table the armchairs of the four wives of the Goddess and matriarchs: The grim and frightening Leah Starvale, matriarch of the inventors; the calm and always busy Emilia Wintermark, matriarch of the administrators; the quarrelsome and proud Valeonor Duskshield, matriarch of the inner armies; and finally the right hand, first wife and co-founder of the nation Olivia Havenflare, Eva's spokeswoman. The 7 present were silent without even looking at each other, each attending 4 different issues at the same time while waiting for Eva to appear.

Being leaders of the most powerful country on the planet didn't come without a endless stream of problems to solve, much less now that a damn unexpected solar storm had caused the Sacred Barrier that surrounded the island to go out long enough to be detected by the satellites of the foreigners.

Although luckily they had only come to see the island/mobile military base, the enormous problems that they entailed and that had to be solved as soon as possible had visibly affected the 7 Lights present, all with huge dark eye bags (which were only commonly common in Leah) and obvious problems of lack of coordination after too many hours without sleep, not to mention the several cups of coffee on each side of the huge table and that accompanied them almost as if they were extensions of themselves. Luckily for them and for all the other representatives of each guild invited to the emergency meeting No.2, the echo of the Goddess's heavy steps echoed through the hallway after the meeting room.

Quickly and in an orderly manner the representatives prepared themselves by getting up using the sounds that accompanied Eva's march as indicators: First the sonorous steps that one would expect from a being of (at that moment)8 tons and 973 kilos of weight so ... curvilinear and majestic (not to say bulky in the face of a goddess) of Eva. Then the sound of her usual snorts, the result of not being used to being awake and working at hours as early as 10 in the morning.

And finally the sound of the last melody that had caught the attention of the gigantic Goddess, resonating with too much volume through the headphones that hung from her neck over her monumental (in every sense of the word) breasts.

And after all these previous warnings finally the shadow of the goddess covered the table while she struggled to squeeze through the door frame, lamenting with each fiber of her being having decided such a western style for the base instead of the more open style full of arches of her palace/home. "Good morning ..." The Goddess yawned trying to cover her mouth in time, her figure of 25 feet and 11 inches stretching with agility and ease that never ceased to surprise the representatives less accustomed to dealing directly with her. "Thank you all for coming so early." Eva finished the sentence by dropping into her armchair as she moved slightly away from the table that struggled to even reach her ankles.

With a formal bow all the representatives greeted both their Goddess, who returned her greeting before changing the focus of her beloved husbands and wives. A look of pure love and affection that soon became a tedium and frustration to see that none of them had even noticed her presence. It took two false coughs and cleared of throat by Eva to realize that the meeting had already begun and now they had a rather annoying giant goddess ahead.

"Good morning, my dear husbands and wives ..." Eva said in a clearly accusatory tone, resting on one of the arms of her armchair with both arms. The tight and prominent valley of her breasts formed by her arms and head looked like a terrifying and soft chasm, one that being alone covered by an open and semi-transparent robe helped nothing to concentrate. "First of all I want to make sure of one thing: Do I have to generate another Sacred Barrier or have we been able to stabilize this?"

Only Henry managing to maintain enough fortitude before two stimuli so contradictory as to rise and raise his voice, but not before taking a quick sip of coffee to recover energy. “Good morning, Eva. I've been to all the generators at the base of the mountains and according to the engineers, and although this is more Leah things than mine-.” Henry inclined his head towards the matriarch, too busy reading something on a holographic screen to take it for granted. alluded to. “The barrier is ready to hide us as soon as you indicate it and so, finally, return to Arcadia 7Th”

The Goddess said nothing, biting her lip with a somewhat worried expression on her face. “I don't feel too calm knowing that an unexpected solar storm can affect communications and cause my barriers to be deactivated, but if it has been something punctual that is already solved I suppose that it is well. At least this has been an occasional unforeseen and not like that time that Morgan and Mythra managed to sneak into the computer room and deactivate Arcadia's electrical system!” Eva laughed remembering those tense and not funny for 15 minutes. "As for the way home, I don't know if it's a good idea ... the bases of Australia and Saint Helena have enough candidates and you know that I like being those who formally invite you to part of our Arcadia family!"

“I know that welcoming new families is something that you and Leon enjoy doing and that this trip you wanted to start instilling in that beautiful custom to the children… but Eva, your subjects now need answers and tranquility from their Goddess” Olivia recalled to her wife ignoring the half angry half mocking look of the giantess. “It may be that this whole thing is a small triviality and we had a thousand and one different plan in case one day a similar situation would happen… but I still consider that you should think about returning home with Anchorage Point and showing them that nothing has happened, to they and our MWC partners”

"Triviality isn't the most correct term in this situation nor the one I would use, if you ask me" Henry responded by fanning himself with a sheet of paper, once again his overweight not helping him stay cool in tense situations. “We have the entire planet behind us, and although we are more than capable of avoid them for at least 100 or 150 years ... I am afraid that this appearance and our rapid disappearance will arouse an interest beyond the passing news, one that if something has taught us all our investigations it will mean that they will not stop looking for us. We will be like a new yeti or big feet, only in our case very real…-”

"The yeti exists, you are thinking of rumors like the wandering Dutchman or bigfoot" Leah said without even looking up, losing himself again in his world without waiting for an answer.

Henry's statement (and to a lesser extent Leah's) aroused the debate that the goddess enjoyed calling "round of affirmations." Eva stroked her chin thoughtfully as she balanced her enormous weight from side to side, trying to fight the dream while listening to the diverse opinions of the representatives.

Everyone had something to say, no matter what guild they belonged to, and one of Eva's work is to separate logical and grounded ideas from inefficient ones such as the debate between her beloved Henry and Leah about paranormal creatures and events. And for something like that there was no need for “phenomenal cosmic powers” r03;r03;like her own, just a little patience and a good excuse to be absent/consult Olivia.

Studying the sideways room from the superiority that gave it its size, Eva noticed that her beloved Valeonor was whispering something by resting her hand on her ear with the headset. And of course the excitement of what was coming next prevented the giantess from thinking clearly, leaning forward discreetly to hit the table with the big toe of her gigantic feet (with a body like her big one was more than necessary and it is logical that the suspension points were also enormous, although luckily for Eva, still very feminine), a trick that she had agreed with her husbands and wives to communicate without words between the fuss of the debates.

"Your two little foreigners girls have finished the medical examination, Eva" Valeonor grunted her teeth. “And finally all those damn outlanders are back in the boats. I go for them and take them to the base living room. As soon as you dispatch those 2 out- to those two foreigners we can disappear and hopefully return home for the new year!” Valeonor smiled turning in her chair until she turned around, sharing the illusion and joy (only for a very different reason) of her wife and goddess.

Eva pursed her lips quickly looking down at her husbands and wives, more specifically at her oldest and closest companion Olivia, who sighed nodding. The Goddess decided not to lose another second, getting up and running to her bedroom at the base to prepare. (It is not that no one could blame her for being excited, all the patriarchs and matriarchs knew that Eva had something in hand from the moment she told her wife and matriarch Emilia the idea of r03;r03;the world-wide telepathic/multimedia message)

"Well guys, let's move on to the issue of new budgets for barrier improvements" Olivia announced with a smile as the announcement caused a wave of tired sighs even among fellow Lights, who despite not listening to the conversation completely fluid It was enough to hear the word loose budgets to run out instantly. "Go Go! It will be fun! At least more fun than talking about how we are going to deal with the journalist that Val killed a while ago ...-"

“Can't we return the body to their country of origin and now? Notifying him that it was because of his bad behavior” One of the representatives of the Treasury guild asked innocently.

"It may be somewhat justifiable for us to some extent ... but I doubt it will be the same for the outside world." Henry pointed along with another sigh, which soon turned into a small chuckle. "We can always send Ethin and show those foreigners that it is true justice!"

The joke was welcomed with laughter throughout the room except for Olivia, who stroked her chin thoughtfully.

Lucy's last two hours had been like a dream come true. No matter where she looked, it didn't matter who called her: everything seemed to come out of a science fiction movie, only totally and absolutely real.

From holographic panels for everything to smart bracelets that displayed more holographic panels or opened metal doors without even knobs. Many holographic screens, for an almost absurd amount of uses. The last one that left the creek on her? A screen that was deployed from a holographic emitter ... on the edges of the huge bathtub (more than a jacuzzi size) that served to regulate temperature, odors, foam, jets and even dispersion.

The best disinfectant bath of her life.

For a girl born and raised almost all her life between Minnesota and Alabama the level of luxury with which they were treating her was totally unthinkable, much more considering that they were sanitary controls. “Well… 42 degrees… squirting under legs, back and back… and gentle massage? This is paradise! The paradise of the future! That's ... that's all folks! ...” Lucy shouted in pleasure to see that her instructions on the panel had come true, relaxing in the bathtub to the point of beginning to be sleepy, not without releasing some small moans from time to time.

“Oh god, Lucy! I didn't know you were those kind of girls!” The sudden but unfamiliar voice made Lucy jump from her state of absolute relaxation. Turning around being so tense was completely impossible, and Carmen took the opportunity to jump into the tub right next to her splashing as much as possible. Even none of them knew each other especially well, but for the little that Lucy had been able to verify Carmen didn't seem to have an iota of modesty, at all times shaking her incredible body before all and all with an air of enviable mischief. (even if it was against robots)

“God, you're right! This is a truly delight!” The Mexican reporter groaned in pleasure, leaving her body completely dead to the point of floating slightly. "Do you still have a little pain because of that robot examiner?" Lucy nodded as she could, biting her lip. “I thought so, and it was supposed to be a body exam specialist! It has been almost as intrusive as my plan for the Goddess! By the way, what's yours?” The question didn't catch her by surprise, Gabe had already warned her during the previous preparations that all interviewers would have plans prepared to address the alleged Goddess, strategies and questionnaires to get as much information as possible.

"Although we are both chosen for the interview ..." Lucy smiled the most smug smile that a young journalist from Mankato could even imagine, looking at her "friend" over her shoulder. "It doesn't mean that we are going to do the interview together and I doubt that our respective newspapers enjoy too much that we give exactly the same information!"

Carmen nodded slowly, shrugging her shoulders before changing her eyes to the center of the bathtub. “But ... listen to me, Lucy. And if that supposed Goddess gives us only a limited amount of time for both? That would mean we should do it together, you know? Shouldn't we coordinate to get the maximum information?”

One (Well, three) counter question and simple reasoning but that completely broke all the self-confidence that Lucy had built, leaving her in a state almost at the level of a scared fawn. "I guess ... you're right" Lucy nodded almost at the same time as Carmen, who was now the one who wore the smug smile as her flag. “I am going to study the physical reactions of the Goddess, especially to a series of especially private questions. That way… I will know how closely I will be for her to be totally honest with me. And I also want to check if she has powers! What kind of God would not have powers?"

"First of journalism career, huh?" Carmen's innocent comment especially hurt Lucy's self-esteem. “It's okay, I've read the information about you that happened to me before the phones were taken from me and I know this is your first great interview. And what a great first interview, on the other hand!” The Mexican looked both to the sides to make sure they remained alone and to the clock (also holographic) that counted 5 minutes of relaxation remaining. “Listen carefully to me, Lucy. It may surprise you, but in the world of journalism, police tricks such as a good cop and bad cop are also used-”

"Are we going to do that ?!"

Lucy's sudden emotion was contagious, so much so that Carmen covered her mouth with her hand to stifle a laugh. “You are more adorable even though you are 3 years older than me, so you will be the good cop to ask that supposed Goddess more kind questions and stop me when I try to surpass her limits, understood?”

“And won't that be very simple? And what about the powers? If she is a Goddess the world should know about whether she really has powers or not!-”

"Lucy, focus and stop thinking about teenage fantasies!" Carmen growled pinching Lucy's thigh to stop her relentless thread of words. "There are no gods or magic, do you see around you? This is science! We are facing a civilization on our planet that has advanced in its investigations so much as to fill and replace everything with tactile holographic screens, not gods, demons and unicorns" Lucy responded with a soft growl, rubbing her leg where she had just pinched her.

“They call me the red queen of political journalism, you know why?” Lucy denied confused by the analogy or the reason for it. "Because I leave no one with their head over the shoulders, and I assure you my dear Lucy ... that someone who has the courage to call herself Goddess will not be different!"

The moment when the huge and grumpy Valeonor left them in the room where their was going to have the interview, they both reported how far Carmen's words were from being fulfilled. The cruel smile of the muscular "matriarch" who had accompanied them all the way underground to leave in what she had called as the very bedroom of the Goddess finally making sense to see the panorama.

Even with four years of difference between them and having raised both in different countries, the feeling that evoked being both standing behind the bedroom door was the same: They felt like characters from The Borrowers.

And it wasn't too far from reality, the enormity of the room could only be described with even more adjectives for large size. Only the chair closest to them should be 30 feet or more tall, not to mention its excessive width or the table behind it. The coat that hung from it would have certainly served to cover (easily also) almost a whole circus tent ... and that only staying in the nearest objects.

Both journalists wanted to discuss the situation with the other, express their sudden fear with something more than cold sweats and slight tremors, but neither managed to find the right words for the situation ... and both were afraid that the situation was going from bad to worse when they heard the first one.

The first thunderous sound echoed throughout the bedroom, still sounding behind the colossal door on the other side of the room, a sound almost too similar to that of a bare passage on a marble floor ... only with a much greater intensity at a level similar to the sound of an airplane taking off.

The second came just after, even closer to the door, and was accompanied by the biggest throat throat that both had ever heard. (a trend that was repeating itself too much for the taste of both)

The moment came when a melody began to sound from behind the same door and an intense light began to seep through the edges of it. The intensity of both began to increase when the door began to open, the light so intense that the figure in front of the light was obscured ... and yet its mere presence was completely unreal.

A female figure with the greatest curves that both had ever seen dressed in a sleeveless tunic that hugged her curves like a second skin until reached her ankles, with a fierce mane that reached her waist. And so tall that she had to duck to get through.

The woman's presence alone was insane, a thin, almost model waist supporting some hips and breasts beyond the limits of current legality. And the size and intensity that each step brought with it made the ground tremble in a way that seemed almost as if it were all a dream. The light began to stop shining slowly, the immaculate skin and the absurdly beautiful features of her face becoming clearer and clearer (Next to a strange curvature in the lower tunic section), waking up feelings that two straight women didn't know they could have.

Of course that was left behind when both women noticed the giant woman's hair in front of them, formed by something similar to hair but more crystalline in appearance, as if it were multicolored crystals.

"Welcome, Lucy Wrights and Carmen Rodríguez de la Fuente" The gigantic woman spoke in a melodious and soft voice but as intense as if she were speaking through very powerful speakers. "My name is Eva and I am referred to as Goddess"

The mixture of sensations and feelings in her were absurdly contradictory, so much so that their brains merged into the only word that both managed to form: "Woah ..."

Eva laughed softly covering her mouth with the back of her hand, moving a little further to be so close to them that they could notice the body temperature emanating from her skin. Gently not to scare them the gigantic Goddess moved her chair to sit. "Ready for the interview, girls?" Eva asked with perfect elegance and nobility that made her seem almost a mythical figure.

Neither dared to answer, staring at how Eva sat gracefully so as not to wrinkle her white robe ... and before they could both realize, her point of view changed to be looking directly at the Goddess's boobs (technically torso and head, but the image of the breasts was too ... large ... to ignore) from a position much taller, both standing on a sturdy and polished wood surface. “As you can see they call me Goddess for something. Among my skills that you should now know is the teleportation of both myself, things and other people's beings as you just checked, and also the ability to read minds, which I have used to give you an explanation to your question but I don't plan to use more-”

"Hey? If you can read minds why not do it?” Lucy asked almost instinctively, realizing seconds after what she had just done and who had done it, reacts by covering her mouth as quickly as seconds ago.

“You ask me why I don't read minds though I can? I am of the opinion that we all need and have the right to feel safe in our own mind, and although I can read the mind to save talk time I decided centuries ago not to do it… except in situations of extreme need like right now” The sincerity of the Goddess was grateful to the reporters, who despite facing the greatest being they had ever seen never began to calm down.

Clinging to the little courage she had accumulated, Carmen took a step forward to offer her hand in cordial greeting to the Goddess who received her with a melody giggle, taking her hand with her index finger almost as long as Carmen herself. Lucy quickly joined the grip literally, grabbing Carmen's hand with one of her own and the tip of the goddess's index with the other.

"See? Much better!” Eva smiled as she retrieved her finger, sitting more cordially for her two guests. "I know that my size makes a very direct first impression, but I hope that over time you will know how to look beyond my appearance!"

The two journalists nodded innocently, Lucy being the first to realize what she just said. "Over time?" And as soon as Lucy mentioned that part of the comment Carmen quickly also noticed the meaning.

"Of course, normally the first u32; months my new citizens are still scared to see me, but you'll see-"

"Excuse me, Goddess Eva ... Isn't this supposed to be for an interview?" Carmen was the one who asked this time, sitting slowly while a feeling of discomfort grew strong inside her.

"Of course, what would it be if not?" Eva asked curiously, crossing her arms over the table. “I send that message to everyone on this world to find two reporters who met a number of conditions: Don't be offended But the conditions were 2 foreigners not very successful in they current jobs, who were young people willing to work hard and improve their current situations and who didn't have great links with the outside world. You two are, of the journalists who have decided to send me, the two that best meet my conditions and believe me that when I use my skills seriously I don't usually make mistakes” The two journalists looked blinking confused. "Something happens? You are not interested in the interview? It is a great opportunity, I have a lot of money from my budget to hire staff without spending and the advantages of this position are years better, centuries ahead of than you currently have! And if you have contracts I plan to pay the termination clause for you”

"Is this a job interview ...?" Lucy took courage to ask, still dumbfounded by the turn that had just taken the whole situation.

"Of course, what kind of interview would it be if not? Let me tell you a little about my plan and that it would be your job, to see if it convinces you a little more” Eva began to speak, waving her right hand in front of the girls, a mysterious blue energy peeling from her fingers in the meantime almost hypnotically. “Almost 400 years ago I founded Arcadia 7Th with my two loved ones, my first husband and wife Olivia and León, a home where I can use my powers without causing terror in the population as it had happened throughout my youth ... Slowly people that had followed me began to use all the space I created for them to expand and attract more people who came looking for my protection and ... blablablabla to sum it up! Arcadia 7Th has become without realizing it on the top of the planet in all areas ... except one”

"Which one?" The two journalists asked in unison, completely engrossed in Eva's story.

"Variety!" Eva shouted, leaning back, golden glitters emanating from her hands, hair and pupils. “I see the outside world and I am fascinated by what a mixture of cultures much more shocking than Arcadia has caused! In all areas of art also, from painting to video games through theater, cinema, comics and others! Something like Cats would never have exist in Arcadia 7Th, you know? Watching the reviews online I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but it's not just that! Friends, Criminal Minds, Shrek, Star wars, Pokemon! Have you seen pokemon?!" One of the comments had awakened Lucy's vein of interest, which slowly began to rise to comment ... until Carmen took her by the hand to pull her and sit her down again.

"It's a madness of idea born to collect insects become a symbol of so many childhoods that I can hardly understand it! No matter where I look, there are so many wonderful things that I want my children to discover ... and that's where you come in, girls!” Eva came back to both even more than before, leaving very little personal space for journalists. “Arcadia 7Th has been importing content and material from abroad for so many decades without giving anything in return that I want to introduce ourselves to the world and teach them what we have to offer… beyond scientific, medical, diplomatic levels that you have only been able to dream of”

"Sorry but I still don't understand where we come in" Lucy asked so confused that her face was a real poem.

“I offer you to work for me in a letter of introduction  with which to open ourselves to the world and show you everything we have done for them! And by letter I mean a documentary in every possible way. In return I will appoint you citizens of Arcadia 7Th immediately and with all the benefits that entails, you will have all the material, equipment and labor that you need, and of course your salary will be more money than you can ever spend in a single life.

What sense does this world have a goddess as powerful and cool as me if they have no idea of my existence? I do not plan to impose my will on anyone, I have never done it nor will I ... but I want you to know that Arcadia 7Th exists, that you know how much we have worked to make sure that our planet is a good place and that we have not been invaded and enslaved any other alien species"

Why Eva kept talking after giving such serious information to journalists was something that neither of them dared to ask, preferring to let the giant continue to speak in a much closer and more sincere tone. "This January 1 will have been 20 years since my first daughter, Hope, was born ... and I want them to discover our wonderful planet and their wonderful cultures in the same way that I did at their age while looking for that place that only existed at that time in my dreams... the ideal place to build our perfect little world, my beloved Arcadia 7Th. Can you ... can you understand what I mean?"

Lucy may not have known the Goddess for no more than 10 minutes, but the way Eva spoke and expressed herself managed to fill her heart with a feeling too wonderful to miss the opportunity. And the idea that his salary was more than he could spend in his life meant that after so many years he could finally unleash his geek vein and buy all the merchandise accumulated in his chrome folder "Dreams".

"I want to do it" Lucy bit her lip with emotion, thinking that she needed better words for the jump that was about to happen.... at least during the thousandths of a second it took Carmen to take her hand to force her to get up. "WE WILL DO IT, GODDESS EVA!" The Mexican shouted in a state of utter euphoria, including Lucy without even asking her anything.

"Oh goddess really ?! That's so amazing, girls!" Eva shouted the emotion, an act that was received with both having to cover their ears. (Not in pain as strange as it was, if not from the internal vibration)

"I promise you that this is going to be great, and for my honor as Goddess that I never break my promises!”

End Notes:

And with this we finally close the prologue and start the story officially! If you have caught what I was referring to with a strange curve in the lower tunica of Eva of this chapter or you have read the tags of the story, you will know what I mean and what was hiding behind those huge square meters of fabric. If you do not like the idea of r03;r03;hermaphrodite women with both genitals (always design this story thought that if God really exists should represent man and woman at the same time) or do not feel comfortable with the mention of constant erotic / sexual content in history I recommend you stop here, since from this point the physical presence is a recurring theme.

And a little extra disclaimer: Eva and her children are not exactly human and their own divine natures make them face certain challenges of maturity at a different rate. The concept of sex, sexuality and interpersonal relationships is an issue that Eva addresses at 7/8 years, and after 15 they are allowed to slowly begin to explore physical relationships beyond themselves. Their abilities and bodies beyond normal are in conflict with what they see in "inferior" humans, so the issue of finding oneself and in society will come out a lot.

Feel free to always comment, I love to hear here also how you see and think about the development or the situations of the story and the characters.

Chapter 3 by SirDarkvid
Author's Notes:

One more week, a new chapter! I just wanted to use that although in this chapter there are no erotic acts in itself if there are finally physical descriptions of certain... things, naked people and a first great discomfort.

I promise nothing, but probably this week I can prepare and upload two chapters.

"Damn Carmen," Lucy muttered under her breath, so focused on her string of curses that she wasn't even looking out the window of the limo that carried her.

"Damn Carmen ... grrrr!" The reporter growled hitting the padded seat hard, the image of her new coworker accepting the deal without even consulting her burned in her memory ... memory of 20 minutes ago, but still burned. Not that she wasn't going to accept the opportunity, of course she was going to accept it! Everything that was around her and was happening was like a dream come true, one too good to be true ... the problem came from Carmen's attitude and her self-name as first in command!

At least Eva- Goddess Eva seemed to be fully aware of her discomfort while Carmen explained her ideas for the documentary and that reassured her. That had to be the reason why Goddess Eva had given her this part of the job ... Lucy half convinced herself, leaning her head against the glass.

"Your ... children? ..." Lucy asked slowly, reading as seriously as possible the contract that the "patriarch" and husband of Eva Henry had offered her. (How many husbands and wives Eva had was something that was beginning to surprise and scare in equal parts)

Eva nodded smiling. "Since Carmen has already granted herself the opportunity to document the infrastructure and how Arcadia has evolved, I want you to take care of something that I personally consider hundreds of times more important ... but don't tell anyone, okay? The people here know perfectly my favoritisms for my children, but I prefer to pretend I keep neutrality!" The goddess wink at her new employee, stroking her neck with the index. “Part of the reason I do this is because I want ... my children to have the opportunity to live in a world where they can be whatever they want. When we were young Olivia, Leon and I fled the city where we lived with our respective parents when I started to stand out a lot, for calling them to be bigger than a two-story house in some way. Let's start traveling the globe looking for more people like me first, and when it was clear that I was something unique in our species we started looking for a place to live, for us and for the people who had joined us on our trips.

It was not easy, we got to create 6 colonies before finally finding the place we were looking for! Arcadia 7Th became the definitive colony, the place where we built on an empty, cold and totally isolated environment of the population ..."

"Sounds hard ..." Lucy whispered not knowing how to react.

“All the beginnings are hard but I wouldn't change those years traveling the globe for anything in the world! They served me to see everything that ours could offer at that time, and use that knowledge to shape our country. My children ... you'll see, Lucy” Eva leaned back looking for the right words, to the point of fiddling with her lips in an innocent gesture. (too much for someone so big and awesome)

“The reason I have taken so long to have children is because I was afraid that they were like me, that they felt everything I felt… and it turned out that I was right! They are… the same as me, and they mean that the world will end up knowing them, for better or for worse” The reporter nodded, understanding (or rather trusting to understand) what the giantess was trying to say. Using part of the documentary to present both the Goddess and her children would serve to remove possible fears and prove that they were not dangerous (which for the moment Lucy herself didn't feel they were) would help a lot to establish a better relationship between Arcadia 7Th and the world. "And what exactly would my part of the documentary be?"

The Goddess nodded smiling, moving her hands in front of Lucy as if she were molding some kind of vase. As if by magic, a green energy began to emanate from her fingers, forming a sort of tiny replica of what appeared to be a building. “I know that it sounds like I'm some kind of evil queen, but since my children are 10 years old I let them live in a building separate from the palace to have privacy and space to develop their tastes and interests without… You know how this is going! There is a lot, a lot of movement in the palace among administrators, employees and leaders of other districts who come for work. I don't want my children to feel that we have no privacy, I didn't want them to feel that their affairs are everyone's business. For now I don't want people to know about my documentary until we have prepared a first version, so for the moment to be able to do your part of the documentary you will infiltrate the building staff-”

“Staff? What?"

Eva knew Lucy's confusion was totally logical and understandable, so being careful not to scare her, she began to slowly stroke the reporter's back with her index. "You see, to ensure that my children have everything they need to be well but at the same time they have jobs to do I have hired auxiliary cooks-" Lucy swallowed visibly nervous, tensing her back slightly. "Auxiliary gardeners-" More tension. "Auxiliary Servants-"

"Why are they all auxiliary?!" Lucy asked rising suddenly, pushing Eva's finger aside.

“Because I like my children to do things for themselves but have people who can help them, teach them and make sure that everything is fine! Unlike the main palace staff that if they work directly, the Luminous Garden staff is only there to make sure everything is done well and to assist my children in their daily tasks ... although the cooks insist on being the chefs and use my children as kitchen apprentices, something they don't like how disastrous and untidy they are cooking… ”

"Can you go back to the initial topic, Goddess Eva?" Lucy asked almost pleadingly, the tension around her totally palpable.Eva nodded, making the model of the building she had created unconsciously vanish.

“Your cover will be like a new Nany-”

"Nanny?!"

"Not in the literal sense of the word, my children know how to take care of themselves and not cause their accidental deaths!" Eva corrected between smiles, although Lucy swore to have heard an enticing "I believe" covered by laughter. "You see, Nany's position for me is more like a friend of my children, someone who talks to them, knows how to listen and can advise while avoiding behaviors that go to self-destruction ... or destruction in general" Eva seemed really powerful and not only physically, her exploits without going into any detail were already an indication that she could really be considered a Goddess. So the idea of r03;r03;dealing with her children, described by her mother as "same as me" ...

The reporter had already worked many times as a babysitter to pay for her university studies and successfully to the point of getting several regular children. None of them could do things like teleport things, read minds or God knows that.

"Miss Lucy Crews?" The robot driving the limo asked for the speakers just as the limousine's movement stopped. “We have reached Little L. Garden, your destination”

"Ah?! Oh yes!” Going back on its own was easy, the side door of the limo will open automatically and the light and cold, damp air from the outside completely clouded your senses. "Thank you very much for bringing me ... do I have to pay something or something?"

The robot emitted some confusing beeps, beeps that sent a clear and concise message to the reporter who got off the limousine travel bag full of new versions of her electronic devices and the guide Eva had delivered under her arm and her new work contract in hand. According to the Goddess, the “blessing?” that she had placed on her would serve to hide her reporter's cover before her children, allowing her to integrate into the staff of Luminous Garden (or the Little L. Garden that according to Eva was a smaller replica of the original building, like a kind of luxury summer house) without arousing any suspicion in children. Reassured on the one hand although the unique-looking brand under her wrist wasn't the most discreet in the world. (although for Lucy's liking it was pretty cool)

The robot got off the limousine just behind Lucy, the gray and cloudy sky threatening with rain making the image of the street where they were much more gloomy and gloomy than necessary. “L.L Garden, the holiday home of the Heirs at Anchorage Point, the mobile military base of Arcadia 7Th. Built to move around any ocean and under any kind of weather, Anchorage Point was designed to serve as a temporary home for families chosen by our international scouts to join Arcadia, trips that Goddess Eva and Patriarch Leon like to call them New Friends Invitation" Lucy looked around, the high-rise buildings of futuristic appearance and with the facades full of vegetation and luminous signs served to inspire her to resume her attempt at a cyberpunk novel, something she had never dared to think about even after the worst summer of her life Looking for inspiration.

The building in front of her was different from the rest both in size and in being the only one with a garden across the street, large hedges that grew to more than 20 feet high serving as a natural fence with a large metal door crowned by a sign of apparently neon that said LLGarden serving as entrance.

"Here is your bracelet-key that serves both to identify, perform economic transactions to open, close and activate all the building systems, Miss Lucy" The robot explained as he opened the compartment of his chest, a blue-gray bracelet identical to that of all the employees with whom I had contact on the day leaving on a tray in the compartment.

“And with this is it? I pass through the reader and can I… enter without doing anything else?” The reporter asked as she placed it on her wrist trying to hide Eva's blessing, the bracelet suddenly adjusting perfectly to the shape of it. "Incredible…"

“Correct, you just need to bring it closer and all the readers that can be activated with your bracelet will be… activated, regardless of the redundancy. We have advised his new boss Sirius to come pick you up on the ground floor, wait for him there and everything will be fine"

"I don't like the tone too much ... the way you're saying it, you know?" Lucy joked trying to get something else out of the robot, still slightly worried.

The robot emitted two beeps of confusion while making a gesture that due to its structural limitations should be the way to shrug. "They are young, and that means everything that means ... don't be too hard or be too afraid of them and you'll be fine” The robot explained before turning around and floating back to the limousine, entering inside just in time to dodge a drop of water. “We are not yet in Arcadia but still allow me to welcome you to our country, Lucy. May the force be with you-”

"Do you really say that here?!" The reporter asked quickly like a bullet, her eyes lighting up like a child on Christmas day.

"No, I'm sorry." The robot apologized by giving a metallic laugh that left the reporter in awe. “It was just a little joke based on the parameters of your latest movies watched online, Miss Lucy. We aren't any kind of sect that always says goodbye saying some phrase like May the light of the Goddess take care of you”

"Well, it's a good phrase ..." Lucy reflected as the robot marched in the limousine, the only vehicle that drove down the street. Pedestrians quickly began to walk along what seemed to be marked as a road as soon as the limousine moved away, only a few stopping to look at some with curiosity and others with confusion. "Well Lucy, you started the day as an Alabama Spirit correspondent, you continued it as the chosen to interview the Goddess and now you are here as her personal reporter in charge of her great documentary in a secret work as ..." Swallowing slowly and holding on with stronger to her bag, Lucy stepped forward to be next to the reader emitter of the door, rising in courage to raise her hand with the bracelet.

As if a browser pop-up page were a holographic screen appeared in front of the reader. ‘You want to enter: Lucy Crews, Nanny. It is right?"

Lucy nodded as if waiting for someone to answer her, not realizing the green button she said was confirming just below. After a few giggles of the people still watching her, the reporter finally managed to make the "click" that allowed her to enter the garden, which in turn caused the building's doors to open at the same time. "Come on ... come on, Lucy ... it's now or never ... they can't be so dangerous, right?" The reporter encouraged herself, finally entering the hall of the building.

Or so she thought, since the first room directly in front of her looked like a simple hall with a shoe cabinet on the wall ... shoe cabinet that reached the ceiling. Ceiling of 25 feet minimum height, and that without having a measuring tape at hand.

Assuming that the building required indoor slippers, Lucy passed her bracelet through the reader in the closet that opened her sliding door at the time. Inside, just as Lucy expected, there were dozens of shoe shelves ... a huge amount of them absolutely huge with sneakers, heels and all kinds of shoes of such a huge size. And again and just as Lucy expected that meant that the Goddess's children, or at least a specific amount of them apparently, were as large as her mother.

That caused a lump in the throat that quickly moved to her stomach, quickly becoming a digestion cut (which had not eaten anything in the last 10 hours should be really serious) to hear some small grunts on the other side of the door noble wood slide. The time had come, the time for which she had prepared so much in the last 25 minutes. With a smile from ear to ear the reporter ran her hand through the reader who was driving the door too big and heavy to move it in another way. "Good morning! ...-" Lucy said loudly and clearly that slowly became an increasingly whispering voice.

Nothing, nothing in the world could have prepared her for this. Not 40 years in the world's most secret and violent special forces, nor 35 years trapped in a room with Tarantino, Hideo Kojima and a bunch of snuff tapes.

Nothing in the absolute definition of the word, because nothing could have even broken her mind more. And she had to narrate months ago the world championship of cricket, hockey-grass and badminton in a row without breaks and without having any idea of r03;r03;any of the sports.

The interior room was as one would expect a luxury living room, with an area at the bottom where there seemed to be a minibar, pool table and many other entertainment and a main area with sofas and armchairs of the highest quality and functionality arranged in the center all facing a fireplace with a gigantic screen on top. And to call it gigantic was especially serious since the whole room was rescaled to an absolutely colossal size, the armchairs and sofas of more ... human size? Their seats reached her waist and were at least 9/10 feet tall and at least 6 and a half wide. And none of that was what Lucy was seeing, her eyes too focused on the person who was looking forwards leaning forward with her back to her in one of the giant sofas.

The person exhibiting an absurdly beautiful integral nude on the one hand.

And on the other hand, so large, much larger than the armchair, which made it without many calculations at the height of 20 feet, standing up and down. From the voice, the shape of her super small waist, the vagina still virginal in appearance although somewhat too low and of her absolutely huge, firm and round buttocks indicated that the person should be a woman ... Which meant that the meat trunk of illegal dimensions in 24 countries and meat balls also the size of rhythmic gymnastics balls should be some kind of hallucination ... a mirage caused by the difference in the heat inside the building and the cold air that had just entered with er from the outside.

Yep, Lucy nodded to herself with a half-smile proud to discern the source of the mirage.

"Come on ... we have a place for the master tablet!, how could it always disappear?!" The woman (rather young for her slightly sharp tone but expanded as Eva for her voice) was not having any results in her search, forcing her to to lean more on the sofa arm to continue searching between the next pair of cushions ... And that caused the trunk of meat that descended to almost the knees and as thick as her giantess ankle rising slightly towards the reporter when she was leaning against the sofa arm, her enormous and illusory weight large enough that she still hung completely smoothly.

An especially realistic mirage, Lucy thought to herself as she watched as the trunk and rhythmic gymnastic ball game swayed to the vibrant beat of those huge buttocks as the woman evolves through the sofa. After leaning a little further, the reporter could discern how the meat trunk was completely covered with the same soft, whitish skin and without any wrinkle or defect to the huge tip, which even covered with skin was clear that it was much thicker than the trunk previous. The meat gathered on the tip in a small (in comparison) rather adorable foreskin, Lucy was allowed to admire in silence.

"Finally!" The girl shouted for joy rising at full height with what appeared to be a huge simple tablet. "TThis has been Mythr's fault, it's always her who takes the tablet" The girl said to herself as she turned to the door ... and met Lucy in her view.

As night falls at the end of each day, silence fell on both that only stared at each other:

The reporter nodded to nothing in particular for a frozen expression for having realized ... that there was no mirage. Too much tension, too much pressure that ended up breaking Lucy's mind to the point that the first thing that came out of her mouth was neither an apology nor an escape.

Instead it was a phrase that was chasing her and that she was unable to control. "Do you like splatoon?"

Responding first with a sepulchral silence, the giantess girl instead continued with the most natural and logical action in a situation as illogical as that.

Let out a cry of pure shame as she tried to cover her crotch (ineffectively) with one hand and her humongous breasts with the other arm. (ineffectively)

"Who the hell are you?!" The girl screamed even louder, falling to her knees on the floor, still getting much taller than Lucy. "What are you doing in our house!?" The girl continued screaming in embarrassment, tears falling down her flushed cheeks. Screams that Lucy did not hear, her mind suddenly feeling too charged as if it was resonating thousands of drums at once. The world grew darker around him while he lost strength in his knees, rushing to the floor covered with carpets.

(...)

The cry of shame and heartbreaking fear resonated throughout the building despite the barriers and systems to prevent it from plaguing the walls and floors. Nothing in this world could really pose a mortal threat to them, and yet all the staff that was nearby and 6 of her brothers and sisters decided to break the rule of not teleporting in the building to come to their aid.

35 minutes later the laughter is still heard (laughter from the children of the Goddess and concealed by everyone who hoped to continue collecting their salary at the end of the month) on all floors of the building, just like the crying disconsolate on the first floor now completely sealed until further notice.

"She has raped me ... that stranger has raped me with her eyes!" The third daughter of the Goddess, Celica, sobbed with her face sunk in her hands and her body completely defeated on the armchair that bore her name. “Now we can never get married! My virgin has taken from me-”

"Shhh..." The little girl (compared to Celica at least) who sat on the arm of the armchair sighed insisting on her strategy of headpatting and hugging the head of the giantess. There was no one in the world who knew Celica (also in the opposite sense) as much as Abbie, a lifetime together since they met at 6 months olt as evidence, and yet the human had a hard time staying stoic and empathic with a cry like that. “Don't you think you're being a bit dramatic, Cel? Talk about rape when all she has done to you was...”

The giantess quickly gave up crying and tears, straightening to look directly (unconsciously putting her back more straight than normal to secure her size in front of Abbie) to her life partner. “You don't know how she looked at me! It was ... it was like a bloodthirsty beast! Cold and stoic, waiting for her moment to devour me…”

As it had previously happened minutes ago, the mention of the final comment raised a guilty and malicious giggle, this time coming from the eldest of the only two brothers who had stayed with her after nothing had happened to their sister, the fourth son of the Goddess Alec. "I think that if we can make something clear about this, it is that the old-world organization systems like places for the tablet don't work-"

“How can you start saying something like that right now?! Our older sister has been raped and you want to reorganize the organization system?!” Buck, her twin brother and fifth son of the Goddess answered him, rising suddenly from the armchair of both of them, almost overturning the armchair and his brother on the floor in the process. “We have to do justice! She is our older sister and the minimum punishment that bitch deserves is a quick death!” Buck's love for his older sister was as evident and intense as ever, a love and admiration born of being her the only other pair of twins (not identical in their cases) in the family. So intense that as always it ended up being a bit almost too suffocating.

"Nobody is going to take revenge on anyone, Bucky..." Abbie tried to calm the situation, ignoring the hateful looks of the young "God" for intervening seeking peaceful resolutions.

Who did not ignore the hateful look was the cause of the whole situation, who responded to his little brother with a hatredful look as or even more terrifying than his forcing him to shrink scared in his armchair. Even being all brothers and sons of the Goddess, the physical differences between Eva's sons (born of a patriarch impregnated with Eva) and those of Eva's daughters (born of Eva herself permeating one of the matriarchs) was like the comparison between a lynx and a bengal tiger, especially in the size part.

While the children rose up among humans, even measuring an average of 2 meters with 11 years they were no match for their female counterparts that inherit the size and unique nature of their bodies directly from their mother. (being the age at which they reached 2 meters high much earlier ¾ years)

Abbie gave a quick kiss to her beloved on the forehead as a thanks, turning immediately to stick the tongue to the too brave young. “Buck, honey… If you want to do something that your sister would really appreciate, could you go to make her a pineapple juice? I would do it but you know that for humans like me it isn't possible to handle the immense amounts of liquid that bitch consume!” Celica stifled a faint giggle at the tone and how suddenly abrupt speech of her beloved. “Don't laugh it's true! I've seen you drink the weight of an adult cow in liters of milk!”

"Make a pineapple juice? Damn human bastard ...-"

"How dare you?!" Celica shouted completely changing her mood, the comment affecting her especially, perhaps even more than the threat's own objective. “Who invited you to play with us when you were alone at recess?! Who managed to let you play football with the other boys in your class?! HOW CAN YOU STILL INSULT SOMEONE USING HUMAN?!”

“I get it, I get it! You don't have to keep screaming, bubba!” The 13-year-old grunted his teeth as he rose from his shared chair, shying away from his older sister's angry look at the choice of words.

Abbie and Celica waited a few seconds of silence before sighing and laughing in unison, hoping Buck hadn't heard them. If there was anything in the world that the young man hated more than receiving orders from humans it was when they laughed at him.

And if it was a human who caused them to laugh at him? Hatred would quickly go to anger. And Buck was not known for being especially peaceful.

"You can laugh at my twin as much as you want," Alec said, attracting the attention of the two 16-year-old girls. "But back to reality I agree that we should do something with that human ... we don't know his intentions and that he was able to access the building means that we can be unprotected"

"Splatoon ..." Celica said to herself out loud, completely breaking the thread of the conversation Alec raised.

“Splatoon? Do you want to play Splatoon now?” Abbie asked as confused as Alec or even more. "Strange moment but I can go find the switch and your special controls..." Celica denied rubbing her forehead with both thumbs. "That pervert said if I liked splatoon before she passed out-" "You will leave her unconscious with an emotional shock" Abbie corrected in a clearly accusatory tone.

"Yeah..." The giantess said nodding slowly. “We have to find out if it's some kind of code among rapists to know if whoever is in front is a possible victim!-”

“Ok, now you are being dramatic! It might just be the only thing she managed to say before her brain was fried by your terrifying mental waves! According to the security guardbot, there was a switch between her belongings ...” The giantess continued to nod as her companions searched for other possible explanations, patiently waiting for the moment when Abbie ran out of ideas to implant her own in her little head. “No no, Don't even think about it!! We will not enter the underground cells to investigate! That place is not made for your size, I don't want have to go through the shame of going to Hope to get you back crying from the frame in which your huge ass gets stuck, you hear me! We will not go down there!” Celica slowly turned her head towards her human-sized brother (at least more than her) in front of her who elegantly rejected the offer with a single nod, forcing the giantess to decide to turn her head back to the human now sitting on her knee.

"NO!" Abbie shouted as soon as she understood (rather, visualized) the plan that Celica had implanted in her mind in great detail.

“Oh come on, you can get in and out perfectly! I want my revenge in front of my visual violator and only you can enter those halls! It is not my fault that my mother chose that the roofs were 9 feet high to keep us away, I need my partner, the absolute beauty of my girlfriend, my wife and counselor, my eternal beloved to get the answers I need!” Celica pleaded with her hands clasped and lying on the floor on her knees.

Unfortunately for the giantess and although Abbie enjoyed so many compliments coming from someone who surpassed her in all sections, the response of the human was still a resounding and clear No. One that slowly Celica tried to change while her hair began to light up an intense pinkish green. "Don't even think about trying ..." Abbie tried to ask too late, Celica's mental suggestion had already taken control of her mind. "Don't even think about it! Don't make me your puppet! I will, ok ! I will do it but enough! GET OUT. MY. MIND. BITCH!” The human growled, clutching her head with both hands, the giantess's control over her slowly fading away.

"I swear I'll make it worth it ... please" Celica thanked in silence as she watched the second person of the day snarling down the hall, planning what to do to compensate her for the favor. A growl from her little brother as a reminder and full of a clear message echoed behind her, Celica not even having to turn around to visualize her expression of disgust. "I know it was wrong, Alec ... you don't need to remind me. That has been wrong ... I didn't like it either"

"And then, dear older sister?" Alec asked with his disgusting and hated ironic tone.

"... leave me alone ... that girl was devouring me with her eyes and I know that Abbie will forgive me"

'When one thought the day couldn't get weirder ...’

Although Lucy's mind had returned to itself 10 minutes ago, was her body still too ... exhausted? Exhausted? The situation was not like asking for a dictionary. A strange sensation kept her immobile on the kind of metal surface where she was, as if it were a great weight she was hanging from her entire body.

The last thing the reporter could remember was the most important discovery of the decade ... or of the century. Futanaris exist.

Lucy herself was not someone especially involved in this world of oriental depravity, the hours of night work daytime rest and her own age maybe something too old to mess with a youthful rage on that side of the network the culprits mainly.

‘Why am I thinking about that?’ The reporter said to herself in a silence worthy of a grave, the only good thing being paralyzed was that her cheeks would almost certainly look red from the outside. And luckily, because every second that she will not try to focus her mind on analyzing her confinement she was going back to the work of art that hung like a hose from the crotch of that girl ... giantess. The funny thing is that although her first presentation to one of her new bosses has ended so badly, she was not even in the top 3 of the worst first days of her life.

The girl ... giantess seemed especially embarrassed and hurt, Lucy thought as she counted the 19 flickering of the lights right now over her. And it was not for less, the last thing someone may want is to feel robbed in their own home ... especially being completely naked. Lucy's thoughts were alternating between the image of the naked giantess girl, how bad she felt about what had happened and loose fragments of Black Rover for the next 5 minutes (or 5 hours, there was no way to count the time since its horizontal position looking at the ceiling) until in the distance she hear the sound that so many times she had heard that day of mechanical doors opening.

A woman's voice asked someone 5 minutes of time with the prisoner that Lucy assumed it was her, her steps quickly approaching where the reporter was. "Are you awake, perverted?" The voice asked as a new light flooded Lucy's point of view and the sound of a door opened right next to her.

It turned out that it was not a door, but a gate that allows the female voice to pull the surface where Lucy was outside, a much more normal ceiling (normal within the science fiction fantasy that everything seemed to be in the island) receiving it. The mere idea that all the time she had been held in the closest thing to the morgue that had seen make her bones shake, at least just the time until finally her body began to respond.

“This thing that has happened to you is called Empathic Overload, a defense tool that the Goddess's children and Aunt Eva herself usually use when they are especially locked up… You really should give thanks, you know? You have passed out so quickly that you have not felt any other side effects” The female voice said as she finally appeared in Lucy's point of view, allowing her to finally face her interlocutor.

The young woman was especially young, with the naked eye of the same age as the giantess of a while ago. Saving that detail all the rest in her seemed to be extremely normal (which was to be appreciated on the other hand), a face covered with freckles and with a reddish hair like hers braided in two small pigtails that fell in front of her shoulders. Neither too tall nor too short, not too thin but without scandal curves like the rest of the women Lucy had seen on the island, a simple denim jacket that covered her shoulders accompanied by jeans and a short orange striped shirt. Someone ordinary, just what Lucy needed to recover mentally.

The girl offered her hand to the reporter to help her sit down, something Lucy especially appreciated at a time when her muscles still tingled. Her worst fears were confirmed when she saw that the wall where her "bed" came from was full of similar floodgates with signs with numbers engraved on each one. "You've got me ... like a corpse?!" Lucy had to scream completely terrified, a scream that the young woman received with total stoicity.

"Who would keep corpses in underground cells instead of incinerating them properly?!" The girl asked really confused by the comment, which helped Lucy remember how different the outside world was and "Arcadia ... 7Th."

"Anyway ... you don't look like a guard if we're in an underground jail ... are you my lawyer or something? You have to clarify that all this has been just a great misunderstanding!”

The girl stifled a laugh covering her mouth with her fist, a look halfway between pity and pity, especially bothering Lucy. “That's what all the guilty people say, you know? And I'm not your lawyer, far from it!”The young woman smiled as she waved her arm back, waving her jacket in the air, finally making sense of why she didn't have her arms inside her sleeves. “You find yourself before the vital companion and counselor of the third daughter of Goddess Eva, Abbie Perry!”

Lucy inclined her head in confusion. “Are you… Abbie's advisor? I don't think that the title of counselor of the third daughter of the Goddess is enough to show off like that...-”

"You idiot! I am Abbie Perry!”

“But you just said that you are the third counselor—”

Lucy sincerely tried to get out of the little maze of words she had unwittingly formed, the girl rubbing her face with both hands. “I am Abbie Perry, the counselor and vital companion of Celica, the third daughter of Goddess Eva. Better this way?!” Lucy nodded smiling with a silly, innocent smile, one that now annoys Abbie especially. "And what are you saying that it is not a title to show off, foreigner ?! I am her vital companion, I have been with Celica since we both have reason, we have grown together and we have shared everything-”

"Are you giving much importance to the term Vital Companion, does something extra mean to you than the outside world?" Lucy asked giving freedom (unconsciously) to her journalist vein.

"Do they teach you nothing at school, foreigners?! The vital companions are the ones who live and give our lives to the Goddess and her children, we are the ones who accompany the Heirs, we help them maintain order and we remind them of their human side-”

"Are you glorified secretaries?"

Abbie opened her eyes wide, her mouth half open from the disbelief she was feeling. In all her long life, the young woman had never met someone with so little courtesy and unconsciousness at the same time. "How dare you call me glorified secretary, stupid foreigner?!" Abbie shouted finally returning to herself, tears falling down her cheeks in rage. “I AM CELICA'S BEST FRIEND, HER BRIDE, HER CONFIDENT AND HER FIANCEE! I AM NOT A... I AM NOT A SECRETARY!”

The last thing the reporter intended to do was bring another young woman to tears, at least she didn't seem to have strange abilities that make people unconscious. “Eh eh, sorry! I wasn't trying to degrade or something like that! I was just asking why I think the term and the function you claim to be really curious!” Lucy tried to comfort her without much success, trying to find a handkerchief to offer her without much success. "I really haven't tried to devalue your position at any time, I'm sure you do a great job at being her life partner!"

"IT'S NOT A JOB!" Abbie shouted even more furiously. “I love Cel with all my heart and she corresponds to me with the same intensity, there is no difference between living with the woman I love and being her vital partner! I take care of her and she takes care of me, without work or obligation through my feelings”

"And I'm sure of that!" Lucy smiled trying to wipe the girl's tears with her thumb. "Only someone who loves someone else so much could respond so emotionally"

Abbie nodded slowly as she wiped the other side of her face with her sleeve. And suddenly as if a flash had illuminated his face his expression changed from anger to anger. "How dare you confuse me like this, foreigner?! First you visually assault my beloved in our own house and now you try to confuse me?! That was what you intended to do before with splatoon, right ?!”

"That? NO, of course not! I was ... I was as nervous as the giant- Celica! I was as nervous as she was and when I get too nervous I usually ask nonsense about my tastes in order to see if the other person is friendly or not!” Lucy said this time she was the one who felt attacked. “I only came to do my job as a new Nanny of the Heirs, I didn't expect that in the first ... second room of the building there would be a monumental giantess naked with a cock that would leave a horse in shame and with two balls the size of giant pumpkins ! No one had warned me!” Lucy said quickly, realizing immediately that the way she described the giantess didn't seem to be liking Abbie too much. "You see? I'm super nervous and start saying stupid things, this time turning to using comparisons based on my parents' farm!”

Abbie frowned at all convinced but enjoying the flattery to her beloved (flattery that she undoubtedly shared elsewhere). “New Nanny, huh? Do you know that if that were true Aunt Eva would have said something? No one is hired for the staff of the building without going through her... and as she has said nothing ..."

"But it's true! It's she who has hired me and has given me this!” Lucy raised her right hand until the bracelet was in sight, taking advantage to verify that Abbie's bracelet was identical to her own. "You can ... you can ask her if you want, it's the truth!"

"Of course I'm going to ask her, you didn't need to tell me!" Abbie growled annoyed at the foreigner's order (begs from Lucy's point of view), turning around ready to get out of jail.

And when the mechanical door opened, the young woman crashed in front of another person's chest, an old-looking man with a dark complexion dressed in an almost perfect butler tuxedo. He all looked like some kind of cartoon of a butler, Lucy saw immediately tried to avoid the look of those eyes almost as sharp as the nose of the Lord. "Sir Sirius ..."

The old man waited with a perfect posture for Abbie to recline back into the room, her hands behind her back as she entered without losing even a squeeze of composure. "Miss Abbie, Lucy Crews tells the truth. I also see that your partner's terrible decision to invade your mind has caused you to still be emotionally unstable, I recommend drinking a large glass of hot milk and taking a little nap" The old man passed by with a small bow until he reached the reporter. “Have my apologies, Miss Lucy Crews. I was finalizing the arrangements of your new room when this unfortunate incident occurre” The old man offered his hand in a squeeze. "Sirius Smith, personal butler of Goddess Eva for 40 years, guardian of children for 20 years and administrator of Luminous Garden for 11. A pleasure to meet you"

"Likewise!" Lucy rushed to take the butler's hand, surprised by his firmness and strength.

Sirius smiled slightly before returning to his expression of previous neutrality, turning around starting to leave prison. “Follow me if you are so kind, I have gathered the children to introduce you to them and then we will go to your room”

The idea of r03;r03;presenting himself to everyone terrified her completely, even more so considering that the giantess of a moment back would be among them and almost certainly he would have had the time to put his brothers against her. Lucy swallowed slowly as she ran as much as her muscles left her not to be left behind, followed by Abbie who muttered and groaned softly as she closed the prison door.

Chapter 4 by SirDarkvid
Author's Notes:

A new chapter a day later than normal, I would like to apologize saying that it is my fault but the unforeseen at work have been coming one after another.Even so, the good news is that in free time I have been able to write enough scenes to prepare several chapters in a row.

One thing I would like to warn you is that from this chapter all of the following will be centered on the point of view of other characters inside the house. Lucy is the first protagonist but not the only one, each story of each one forming the story that I would like to make.

She hated to admit it, not really, but her mother was more right than a saint. The best that the outside world had developed? The multimedia universe since the late 1980s

Nothing combined better with the noise of the water flowing delicately through their aqueducts and the soft rumor of the different conversations that their girls were having than the soft voice of Tielle in command of Sawano. A little paradise away from the darkness of the outside world, a paradise just for them...

Mythra, the goddess's second daughter, slowly stirred in her divine divan until she crossed an arm under her head, letting her multiple wives look for the most comfortable posture again using her huge body as the softest, largest and softest cushion in the world. Reducing the strength and tension of her muscles was no difficulty, unlike the posture she had taken, yet the comfort she offered to her loved ones justified being in positions not recommended for other humans.

Her girls, wives or whoever was present would like to call them enjoyed the afternoon in company with each other, some were entertaining with her watching a movie, others were resting around the room reading magazines, watching videos on their phones or playing video games. And even two of them training by fiddling with her humongous cock! Although Mythra did not understand their fascination with her half-hard member, the softness of her touch and her grip was too satisfying to say anything.

All united without needing to say anything, only their hearts connected to the giantessess's was enough for them. The skin-to-skin, soul-to-soul contact with her loved ones calmed the heart of the giantessess as nothing else in the world, perceiving every simple movement of their bodies from the breath to the blood through their veins aroused an inexplicable feeling of power ... one that Mythra doubted her other brothers and sisters felt. It was well known by both that the rest of the Goddess's children were not as open to being naked as she and her girls were, to touching each other no matter the moment ... to show their mutual love without caring about the outside world. What they saw as something weird, for them and their little family within Eva's big family was something as natural as breathing.

That feeling was something unique to her, something born of being able to love so many women with the same intensity as the first day, something born of her way of understanding love ... something of her own right. Mythra fiddled gently with that of her wives who had dared (as always) to snuggle in the gap between her chin and the mountains she called her breasts, Mia, the oldest of all and who had spent more time with her. For many, the mere concept of using a son and daughter of the Goddess as a personal mattress was an absolutely terrifying offense. For Mia? It was nothing more than a small innocent game.

And who could blame her? When your girlfriend and lover measure more than twice as much as you do in all directions, using her as a mattress is a bit too much-

"Evident? Logical? What will be your excuse to fill my breasts with drool while taking a nap between them?" Mythra asked with her eyes closed letting her voice generate a surge of calm, knowing well that she had just completed the sentence in Mia's mind. Another thing that the Mythra brothers didn't use was the ability to look inside the soul, the mind of their loved ones ... and the giantessess had no idea why. There is no more pure sign of union than to be able to observe with the freedom of their permission the depths of their beings.

"Can you blame me for thinking how soft you are? And your heat is too intoxicating, the miracle would have kept me awake!" Mia asked innocently, the girls around them laughing in approval as she changed the position until she placed herself in the neck of the giantess. "The days and nights are getting colder ... I can't wait for us to go further south"

Mythra remained silent, raising her head just enough to easily see all her wives. At the moment they all confirmed that they agreed, the giantess used her "skills" to increase the room temperature slightly, mentally aiming then adjust the thermostat again. She might have powers beyond comprehension to do things like change the temperature ... but her wives depend on electronic devices for it and spoil them with their powers was not something she intended to do ... voluntarily at least. Her powers were a clear sign that they were superior beings, but even superior beings could find limitations ... and inconvenience.

The main door of the room opened without even warning or ringing the bell, a sign that the invader must be another Heir. "Who is coming now?" Mythra asked exasperatedly. First her little sister Celica screaming and now another interruption? At the rate they were going to when they finished watching a nightmare on Elm Street they would have changed the plot again.

"Mythr" Celica came in, closing the door behind her, trying to keep her eyes closed as much as possible. "Please, can you all dress up?..." The other giantess said biting her tongue, trying to control her own shame and the growing hardness in her pants narrowing her legs.

“Are you ashamed to see as many beauties as we are in all our splendor, baby sister?” Mythra scoffed as she lay down to rest her head on her hands. “Or are you afraid of losing your virginity, girl? You know that we offer you to join us on our nights whenever you want!” The wives of her older sister laughed innocently, and although Celica knew it was only because of her older sister's mocking attitude, she couldn't help feeling offended.

"I keep my virginity to Abbie, you know it" Celica tried to cut the subject by changing to a much more serious tone.

“And that when is it going to be, huh? Abbie could have done the adaptation operation 2 years ago and ... needless to say, right? You shouldn't start wondering ... if something happens between you and her? Maybe...-” The older giantess completely eliminated her mocking tone while Mia jumped from her cleavage, freeing her up so she could stand up without any impediment. In five huge steps the giantess stopped in front of her little sister, the resemblance between them so much that they could have passed as twins. (technically triplets, Celica already had her other twin)

Only the slightly higher height, the haircut and the largest hips of Mythra serve to differentiate them. That and what Celica was dressed unlike her older sister. "You know I love you madly and you know that Abbie loves you even more. You know it, right?" Mythra asked placing a hand on her little sister's cheek. "There's something inside her that is keeping her from having the operation and I know you too well, baby sister. I know very well that primitive thirst, that urgency within you that grows unstoppable.

Maybe it's time that while Mia decides whether to join you in total union that you release that beast inside you... release it in something other than the onaholes you steal from my bedroom in secret-"

"Shut up! I wouldn't do something like that!” Celica lied while her cheeks catch fire, pushing her sister's hand out of a slap, defying her gaze without reaching any conclusion. "And that's how you always distract me, you big piece of dumb idiot!"

"Big piece ..."

"Of dumb…"

"Idiot?" The three girlfriends of Mythra who accompanied her on the couch asked at the same time as they approached the feet of her giantessess. None may even reach her knee, and their presence in the discussion might be void from a purely physical point of view ... but being there served to prevent Mythra from taking the words to a more typical and much more destructive "fraternal fight".

Celica bit her lower lip annoyed, hating herself for being so terrible thinking insults and puns. In an act of support instigated by the fact that the majority of those present had seen the younger sister of their giantess grow up in both senses of the word, the rest of Mythra's girlfriends who were nearby rested her hands on Celica thighs, more like some support pats they were able to give her. Maybe Celica saw something weird about the harem ...? of her older sister (like all her siblings, mother and everyone who knew her), but inside her heart Celica knew well that what her older sister and her girlfriends felt were pure and real love, a love that extended to the rest of the family.

As if it were a pack of youngn perverted and extroverted sisters-in-law.

"I don't feel like arguing anymore, older sister," Celica said. “So I will ditch it in two points: Point 1, I would never use the same onahole in my life as an insatiable pervert like you, mainly to avoid getting infected from what makes you enjoy going naked-” Mythra didn't respond with anything more than a slight nod, one that bothered her sister. A lot. "Point 2 ... the pervert from before that has raped me with her eyes ... is our new nanny"

Waiting for a few seconds while her older sister's girlfriends showed their amazement and anger, Mythra burst into a loud, deep laugh, one that lasted 18 exact seconds without reducing its intensity. The giantess ended hyperventilated and even coughing, although as her mother and siblings she only needed to breathe from time to time thanks to the hyper utilization of oxygen from their bodies, as well as the other ways of acquiring it. (Through the water, performing photosynthesis, converting carbon dioxide inside her into oxygen again ... Eva had shown that there was no scenario where she could not survive, another of her many divine abilities that she had transmitted to her children )

Squatting down to recover the rhythm of the inspirations, Mythra rose slowly with the support that her little sister's hand offered. "Well, now if you don't mind ..." The older giantess said with a smile from ear to ear. "I'm going to kill the bastard who has made my baby sister cry"

"What?!" Celica, Mia and the rest of Mythra's girlfriends said at the same time, Celica having to pull away at full speed to dodge her older sister. “No, Mythr! Wait!” The youngest giantess came out behind her older sister in a hurry, her strides moving down the main hallway so fast that even if Mythra's girlfriends had bicycles ... or motorcycles, in fact, they couldn't keep up.

"What should we do?" Mythra's third girlfriend asked Mia, who was looking at the hall door with her eyes closed.

"Pray. Pray that our Mythra manages to contain herself… or that Hope or Olwen are there to stop her”

There was not much confidence in the words of the leader and principal life companion of the giantessess… but as everyone knew well, praying to destiny was the only option when a Heir breaks into anger.

Trying to reason with an Heir blinded by anger is like asking a hurricane to stop its advance.

From the last 25 minutes between corridors and elevators Lucy had decided to draw 2 conclusions: The first is that the island ... mobile fortress? It had an absurd and complex underground level taking advantage of all the possible space, if not it wasn't possible to explain how the three had gone through 2 elevators, escalators, 4 corridors, 3 especially long non-escalators and even a mobile walkway like the one of the airports.

The second? Sirius' elder appearance had nothing, nothing, nothing at all to do with his physical power. In all the time following the staff boss had not slowed down even the slightest, despite the journalist who along with Abbie had to make more than one stop on the road to catch her breath. Sirius was constantly attentive to both, offering to wait for them and even activating some hidden seats in crossings of corridors so that the two young women rest a few seconds.

"Cheer up, young people" The old man said smiling (as smiling as the stoic and unchanging expression on her face). “We are only one floor away from returning to the surface” The two muttered different things, expletives and complaints to Celica from Abbie, who accused her of being an idiot for sending the robots with Lucy to the deepest possible criminal depot. Words loose and broken by the nerves by the same reporter and new nanny of the Heirs, who slowly returned to notice a ball of unease forming in the mouth of the stomach." Miss Abbie, when we arrive-"

"I know, I know Sirius ..." Abbie snorted up again, offering her hand to Lucy to do the same.

"It's not that I don't want you to be present ... but without-" Sirius began to say, stopping halfway through when Abbie stepped on the side. The young woman seemed now more pissed off than exhausted, a force born of something that bothered her and that Lucy was not able to identify motivating her to run away. The old man kept her eyes on her until she turned the corner, letting out a snort halfway between relief and pity as she returned to her remaining companion. "Miss Lucy, let me warn you that you are going to face two feelings towards your person in the main living room"

"Two ... feelings?"

Sirius nodded as he resumed her path. "The first and I hope to cut quickly is that of hate, born of her unfortunate first encounter with Lady Celica"

Hate and anger were what Lucy expected at least, mainly the way Abbie had spoken to her. If the children of the Goddess were as close as Lucy expected from siblings so close in age (knowledge drawn from books/television, she herself had had the misfortune of being an only child) not a few shared that same anger against her. Although it had been a misunderstanding on the other hand. "The other ... and against that if you have to deal with yourself -always with me backing, be sure- is the curiosity. Innocent and pure curiosity”

"Curiosity, huh?..." Sirius nodded again, holding back to face her face. “You are the first staff member… and almost the first foreigner who will interact with the children. The Goddess has informed me of your second job” Sirius discreetly pointed her right wrist. “And that means that you are going to have to deal directly with them much more than the other two nanys… and although they are good boys and girls and I would give my life for them it is impossible for me to say that, except Hope, they are the children who have best treated their toys … I will trust you to understand what I mean"

Swallowing in the most visible and nervous way she had ever done, Lucy blinked waiting for Sirius to prepare to retract or confirm the joking intention on her part. “But… I am not a toy… I am a person. They will know how to distinguish, right?”

"Of course they can!" Sirius responded quickly, almost as if he had been offended by the insinuation. And from the offense the old man went to a much more guilty and wherpering tone. “None of them will ever admit it and that makes me proud, but technically all the staff members are their properties. When one is so powerful to the point that breathing is something secondary, it's natural ... it's natural to sometimes they forget how we humans feel. It is important that, if the situation comes, remind them how normal humans feel"

If until now Lucy was drowning because of the accumulated nerves in her stomach and throat, the most terrifying statement of what Sirius surely believed she was had led her to the point of wanting to go crying to her house, recovering her house cats from her ex-boss, hide under the covers of her old bed and never leave.

"Mister Sirius ... what you have described to me ... it's almost as if they were some kind of sociopaths ... psychopaths ... I don't remember the difference well but it was something like that"

Third time Sirius nodded in that same conversation, third time the old man seemed to have trouble thinking how to say. “I know how it sounds and I know that whoever says they are good boys and girls is not going to reassure you anymore, Miss Lucy… but she must believe me. I have seen them born and grow, I have taken care of them in their highest and lowest moments, always with her mother side. For me they are like my children that I never had, so if you have any reason to trust someone trust me and my judgment, these children will give you many joys if you know how to see them as who they are and not as what they should be”

Sirius didn't seem willing to keep wasting time, continuing his way down the last hall (or so she wanted to believe). Nerves and fear were still there and nothing could take them away ... but the old man's words inspired a minimum of confidence in her. Confidence and some curiosity about how he had formulated the last sentence, enough to make her run after him.

(...)

And after a last elevator ride the duo arrived back at the main hall, only ther time what they had in front of them was the biggest pool table the reporter had ever seen. A constant murmur came from behind the corners that should lead to the central point where the sofases were, Lucy thought trying to remember something of what she had seen when entering beyond the godlike cock of a giantessess. "They seem to be all together ..." Sirius said quietly, moving the index of her right hand up and down counting the different voices. "Missing 3 ... nothing happens, gathering 90% in such a hurried way has been a great feat, I will thank her later" Lucy prepared to ask what the old man was talking about when he turned to the reporter answer already ready in hand . “As a punishment for leaving you unconscious I have sent Celica to look for her siblings. Are you ready, Miss Lucy?”

"Does it matter?" The reporter searched deep inside her to joke. "The stars are upon us ready to shine, it's time for us to do it too!"

Sirius inclined her head confused by the expression, confusion that evolved in admiration for his new worker. "Wait here until I have gathered their attention, and when I call you come without delay. We don't want anger over your misunderstanding to grow anymore, right?" The reporter nodded obediently, watching completely still as Sirius reached the corner and took a breath. "Children, please listen to me for a moment ..." The old announcement loudly accompanied by some palms, the murmur stopping much easier than Lucy had expected. "Hope is missing, I imagined that she would still be at the moon base-"

"Moon base ?!" Lucy said to herself, her eyes shining with illusion.

“Enju and Rio too, who knows where they are… The rest of you, are you ready to meet your new nanny? As the rumor has already spread, Miss Lucy is... was a foreigner until a few hours ago and I know that you will have many things to ask about the outside world, so please I ask you to be understanding and know how to control your emotion! Someone not accustomed to you and without having received the adaptation operation may be overwhelmed and suffocated by your attention if you get too carried away!” Sirius joked while receiving a loud and coordinated ‘Of course' in response. “Well, now without further delay allow me to invite her. Miss Lucy? Don't be shy, join us!”

The signal was clear, taking a few seconds to make sure that her hairstyle was more or less acceptable and that her clothes were still in place. With a firm, nervous and robotic step, the reporter came to the corner next to Sirius, taking a single direct step to look out.

In front of her and occupying most of the sofases were Eva's sons and daughters, unmistakable without a doubt. Girls? All gigantic and with a curvilinear hourglass figure, something that seemed to be another characteristic of Eva and her daughters. Boys? All super tall and well toned, pure force emanating from their well-marked muscles even in the thinnest of them.

And although those features such as her eyes and multicolored crystalline hair (also other features more "bulge" in a certain lower part but there was not enough intimacy between them and her to look at that section of their bodies too long) were general among them, the way they combed their hair in a unique and different way, their choices when dressing and the same way of sitting made them different and easily recognizable. Of course, recognizing them would be easier once… well, once she had met them all.

The reporter kept silent, glancing back at the Heirs, specifically looking for the giant of her previous meeting in search of a familiar look. (surely the most furious, Lucy thought). It wasn't especially difficult indeed, Celica was the second biggest of all the girls, only surpassed by the girl with whom she shared the sofa and held by the wrist. The colossal giantess (in the absence of a better name) remained in a clearly threatening posture, legs open with her arms resting on her knees.

“Lucy Crews, these are my children, Eva's Heirs. Here it is not necessary to use the formal title, so you can refer to them by their names without any problem, okay?” Sirius explained smiling, looking at the children waiting for a reaction.

As the old man had predicted, much of the eyes on the reporter were tense and slightly furious glances, the feeling of wanting to protect each other beating hard at the meeting. The reporter didn't dare to seek help in the old man's eyes, instead deciding to keep her eyes waiting for the giantess who had "attacked" before to understand that it had only been a misunderstanding. "Well, I think it's fine for today ..." One of the boys spoke getting up from his chair, Lucy staying somewhat perplexed of his imposing physique and his huge height (at least for a more human size, compare it with her sisters it was not fair).

"Welcome to the family, Miss Lucy" The boy smiled affectionately as he traveled the distance between the sofa area and where Sirius and Lucy were. An elegant walk that fit well with the well-groomed formal court suit he wore, the increasingly confident reporter that he was the tallest of the boys. And that became clear when the young man was well-placed just in front of her, the reporter's point of view right in line with his belly. “My name is Zeke, first son of the Goddess and second chronologically. While my older sister Hope is with her practices at Eden Nebula I am… or at least I consider myself that way, the older brother of all, so if you have any problems or-”

"BORING!"

"ASSLICKER!" Two voices shouted from the sofas, one female from the colossal giantess and the other male from another of the older-looking boys, specifically the one who instead of sitting in his custom chair was lying on one of the arms of it. "Why do you have to be so rude?!" Zeke growled at her brothers, turning as he clenched her teeth. "This is her first impression! Do you want our new nanny to see your side more unpleasant?!"

"SHE HAS... She has raped your sister, ASSHOLE!-" The colossal giantess began to scream, her amplified voice resonating as if it were the most powerful speaker in the world. Luckily and unexpectedly totally, Celica kept her sister's wrist held to prevent her from getting up. “Are you… are you kidding me, Cel?! She is the reason you have been crying!”

Celica frowned, looking out of the corner of her eye at the reporter. The look was not rage and anger, which was what Lucy expected ... "Yes ... but it may have been ..."

"Seriously?! Do you think it was a mistake ?! A misunderstanding ?!” The boy who had shouted got up from his chair, facing his sister's knee. (and although he was somewhat away from her Lucy could see that he was even taller and bigger than her older brother)

"Morgan ..." Celica wherpered as she shied away from her siblings' gaze, the attention now on her totally. "I know how I got before ... but Sirius But Sirius has trusted her! And if he says it has been a misunderstanding then ... then maybe ..." From hatred to disbelief, and now from disbelief to boredom and anger with their sister. Celica did everything possible not to collapse, the situation too far from her control to try something straight. “I will not deny that I have felt attacked when her hungry eyes have looked on my body, nor will I deny that it has really affected me… but I don't think we should punish her anymore! What would mom say if she finds out that we have attacked her new worker just because of a misunderstanding? We are better than these, my siblings!” The giantess tried to appeal to her siblings' fraternal and maternal love, rising with her hands clasped over her chest.

“We are the children of Eva! We are above things like that! Turn the other cheek and forgive the neighbor or something, if we don't set an example who will do it in this dark and twisted world-”

"Isn't that the speech you used last Christmas to try open presents on the night of the 24th?" Another of the giantesss asked without taking her eyes off her phone ...? Tablet ...? especially large electronic device, just as Lucy had been seeing throughout the meeting. Because of her modern clothes and being the only one of her sisters who wore makeup, the reporter assumed that it was a rebel phase.

"Yes! It's true!” Morgan shouted pointing at her sister with the index. “And it didn't work that day! You may have lost the little self-love you had left, shitty virgin, but we still believe that whoever offends our sister deserves a punishment! Your honor is our honor, your sufferings are our sufferings, have you forgotten that shitty virgin?!"

Disappearing in a blink, Morga reappeared in another next to her older brother to put him aside. The reporter swallowed nervously at the even bigger young man, who was staring at her. Without breaking eye contact Morgan waved her right arm, from his sleeve appearing not the gun or knife that Lucy expected if not some poker cards. "Choose one, do it now"

The order was clear and direct, enough for her not to argue or think about it. “Have you memorized it?” Morgan asked without giving him too much of a question, waiting for the object of her anger to nod to make the rest of her letters disappear from a blow of the wrist. “Well, keep that letter and don't tell anyone the number in it. That will be the number of tasks we will send you until you win our forgiveness, is it clear to you? If you can not stand it you can say goodbye to this home and any other opportunity to leave that shit hole dotted with gold nuggets that you call the outside world” The magic trick between excessive quotes seemed to please the other heirs, who relaxed relieving tension in the environment. (Something Lucy felt physically, the air around her becoming much lighter when anger disappeared from their eyes)

"Miss Morgan, this is unacceptable!" Sirius shouted, stepping forward. Lucy remained silent while the old man faced the young man who was almost half-tall and more than half-wide, making him physically shrink and look away in a grimace of real discomfort and fear. Looking again at her card, Lucy swallowed one last time promising never to do it again (at least that day). "Sirius!" The reporter said in a louder voice than desired, the attention shifting again from the scolding to her. Even so, that doesn't stop the brake, pressing the card against her chest. "Can you allow me a moment with Morgan?"

"Miss Lucy?" Sirius asked as Lucy approached Morgan. The young man regained her composure as soon as Lucy stopped in front of him, not wanting to show his weakness in front of Sirius before her. "Is it a deal then?" The reporter asked quickly, watching as the heir raised a confused eyebrow. "If I do all this amount of homework ... will you forgive my affront to Celica?"

Morgan kept silent for a few seconds thinking. Just as Lucy was waiting for the words before she came up from Sirius, none of these boys was really evil to do something that would put her life in danger. At the end of a small interval of 20 seconds Morgan nodded without saying anything, frowning and mouth clenched still angry with her. "Then here you have me! Willing to fulfill the deal until the end!" The reporter smiled offering her hand.

None of the Heirs said anything, and it was not necessary either, as good teenagers all were expressive enough. They might have been many, but Lucy had always had good peripheral vision, good enough to read what they were thinking on their faces. (Or at least intuit)

"Fulfill the deal, huh?" Morgan asked repeating Lucy's words, looking behind him toward his older brother. With a quick squint (and God knows what they would say telepathically) the young man decided to sit and take the reporter's hand. “Deal done, new nanny-”

"Lucy" Lucy interrupted releasing the young man's much larger hand, raising the index and waving it from side to side. "My name is Lucy Crews, I don't accept substitutes!"

Chapter 5: Adaptation (1/3) by SirDarkvid
Author's Notes:

Double chapter between today on Sunday as an apology for the delay! (damn warranty services)

After a long presentation of the heirs before their new nanny (rather presented by Sirius than presenting themselves, the guardian of the children meddling at each moment that one of them began to speak), the meeting ended just for dinner time. Sirius and Lucy left in a hurry so that he could teach the new employee the entire section for the staff of the building, the rooms and corridors that the children were absolutely forbidden to enter, the heirs decided to start dinner preparations, each one separating to go looking for their own vital companions.

Celica slowly opened the door of her room on the third female floor (each floor of the building divided between sons and daughters to take advantage of the space that their different sizes needed), sticking her head carefully inside trying to detect any sound coming from her beloved girlfriend. And in the absence of sounds the giantessess decided to simply enter.

Although the Heirs and their vital companions referred to the rooms as their bedrooms, the reality is that each one had dimensions more similar to that of an apartment than to a conventional bedroom. A large first initial space accompanied by more rooms, second floors within the "bedroom" itself (these are more commonly used by the vital companions, a second floor where Eva's daughters could go too differently the size of the already immense building), all with their own private bathrooms beyond the communal bathroom. And that being only the summer house of the heirs, the real one being even greater in every way.

The idea of giving each of her children a malleable and restructuring own interior space came from Eva herself, who wanted to give them from her earliest youth the ability to have a personal and personal space that she did not have until she turned 130 and finished the construction of what until today would be her home.

Away from Mythra's paradise-style room, from Zeke's giant library or from the magic studio (and only God knows what more horrors) of Morgan, Celica and Abbie's room room consists of a simple two-story apartment, her and Abbie's bedroom on the ground floor next to the mini-kitchen (one of the few things that all the children had decided to have without exceptions), the main bathroom and the Celica game room/office, while the second floor of a totally human size (which means that the giantess could only see it from the railing) consisting of Abbie's private room. Celica didn't really understand why it was so important that the room be exclusively human-sized, but the request was too simple and free of charge to not let her be happy having her requests fulfilled. “Abbie? Dinner will be in a few minutes!" The giantess announcement closing the door behind her, waiting a few seconds for the sound of total closure to venture into her own room. "Are you here?"

A growl came out precisely from the second floor, Celica dodging her sofa and other furniture until she looked over the railing. When both many years ago they had decided on the decoration Abbie made sure that the walkway on the second floor was always going to allow her to look at her girlfriend over her shoulder. However, at present, the railing of the walkway was just below the chin of the gigantess. “Babe? Are you all right?” Celica asked raising her arm so with extreme care to knock on the door of the room, not wanting to exert too much pressure and get ahead.

""I'm coming, don't talk so loud please" Abbie whispered with her head covered, knowing that even then her girlfriend would hear her loud and clear as if she had whispered in her huge ear. Celica inclined her head not too comfortably, Abbie's tone of voice was in her mental folder like "I'm angry with you." And she knew the reason very well.

"I'm sorry I looked inside your head before, babe ... forgive me, please?" The giantess knocked on the door with her forefinger as softly as her tone of voice, hoping that a first apology was more than enough to get her out. After a non-response she tried again, this time Celica opening the door with a slight knock of her fingers.

"Yeah, yeah... I forgive you, okay? As always" The human asked in her most sarcastic tone possible, going out to the door frame and leaning on it. “Now I tell you that I forgive you and you insist again, I empathize with you because it is hard for you to see the limits that normal people have and because I love you, so I decide to let it go by trusting that you have learned the lesson”

“I don't like what you're implying, you know? Celica said trying to ignore the clear accusation. "I am really sorry and you know it ... you know well that I am not like that!"

Abbie sighed as she approached the railing, leaning with both arms. “I know, I know very well. I know that 2 years ago the last time you exercised total mental control over me, I know that you spent several months hating you for it and that although today you have only started the first part of mind control it's more than enough for you to want to cry under our sheets… as well as I know that if you are not doing it, it is because you trust that you need to stand firm so that all the mess with Lucy is solved well” Celica smiled wiping a loose tear, all Abbie had said was the real truth. The giantess raised a hand above the railing, placing her hand around her girlfriend's waist. Abbie nodded silently giving her permission to catch her, being buried immediately in the generous and huge best beanchair in the world. "I will say it once again to make it clear to you, huge weeping baby... I forgive you whenever you promise not to do it without my permission"

"I promise, I promise so much ..." Celica whispered as she walked across her room to the huge sofa in a corner, dropping her back on him. Slowly the giantess released the grip on her girlfriend, letting her rise up her body to her huge lips.A first chaste kiss on the lower lip of his girlfriend, then a more playful licking the upper lip. The giantess slowly opened her lips, letting her tongue meet hers, the difference in size and strength did nothing but excite them even more. Abbie pushed the huge tongue of her girlfriend forcing it to retract into her cavernous mouth (at least from Abbie's point of view), an act that would be impossible if the giantess wasn't lending to it.

The dynamics between their sizes and bodies were at least peculiar, the giantess being one of the few among her siblings who enjoyed more to be dominated than to dominate ... although that was something Mythra called the virgin's will, something that she ensured that it would vanish after Celica had the chance to free her inner beast, mainly seeing as her onaholes returned completely shattered after 'not' having been used by her little sister.

Celica's hands toured her girlfriend's body slowly, her index fingers exerting light but delicious pressure that ignited Abbie completely. The human moved to the rhythm of her girlfriend's pressure, slowly closing her eyes. "Cel ... sweety ..." Celica knew very well what was going on, not only because she had seen it many times before. Although her girlfriend had not gone through the adaptation operation, the link between them was deep enough that the giantess could notice all the excitement inside her, all the energy accumulating in her, as her legs slowly rubbed between them, as the sweet liquid that drips is sliding down her thighs.

Her own hardness in the pants reaching a limit that the reinforced garment was not able to withstand. Growing down on the right leg of her pants, the seams slowly creaking in protest ... rather pleading. "My love ..." The giantess whisper lengthening each syllable as much as possible, her index finger finding the path between her girlfriend's legs. The giantess moved her hips at a faster and faster pace, too much for the integrity of her pants. A loud rip ran through the room, its majestic hardness rising to the ceiling with the firmness of an iron beam.

Slowly and while Abbie groaned in her hands, riding the giantess's index finger while clinging to her shirt, the giantess was sliding her down. Abbie, so blinded by the excitement, takes too long to realize her girlfriend's intention. By the time she noticed that the grip had passed from the abs to the belly button of the giantessess, the work of art that was her giant cock was rising behind her close enough that the incredible moist heat and the sweet but menacing smell that emanated flooded all Abbie's senses.

"Cel ... sweety ..." Abbie whispered something scared by the movement up and down of her girlfriend, each boat feeling like that time she tried to ride a horse ... a horse much smaller and less gifted than her girlfriend, on the other hand. "Be ... be careful, okay?" The human whispered another time, halfway between fear and excitement, the only two feelings that seeing such a symbol of sexuality one could have.

"My love, please!" Celica growled as she encouraged her girlfriend with one hand, bending her cock forward with the other hand with a force only comparable to that of a machine to bend train rails. For a second, Abbie thought it was right to remember her failed riding classes, especially when she was allowed to ride on his cock only slightly taller than herself. “You have to… you have to!-” Abbie didn't need to hear another word, the experience helping her to finish the words of the giantess. Embracing herself with all her strength, Abbie began to lick, bite, grab and squeeze her mount with all her strength incessantly. The massive effort she was having to exert was a sufficient sign that perhaps the adaptation operation was becoming more than mandatory, the increasing size in all directions of Celica was making it increasingly difficult to please her physically.

And doing it only on the basis of sensory excitement was not something that neither of them will enjoy especially.

"I hope you're ready, big girl ..." Abbie snorted sliding up to the tip. Desperate situations require desperate measures, as they just say. "DO IT! DO IT, BABE!" Celica shouted with all her might, the excitement had completely clouded her self-control. Sensual, feminine and thunderous voice, electronic devices around her suddenly lighting up, hair all over her body bristled, legs fully stretched and open, right arm crossed over her face while her left arm pleased equally her other dripping genitals and her inflated balls.

And all those feelings, that excitement, that feeling? All transmitted unconsciously to the person who was pleasing her. Abbie struggled to keep her mind steady, not only having to control her entire body but what Celica was replicating in her. In the midst of all this struggle, the human managed to place herself face to face with the head of her homungous pleasure instrument. Already the last time she thought how threatening and erotic the opening was, so excited that it was completely open. As she expected to see the last growth spurts of the giantessess, the diameter was finally wide enough.

Without wanting to make her wait another second, the human clenched her right hand into a fist, introducing her without delay into her erotic saddle. Celica let out a cry of surprise, waiting for something like her tongue instead. A vibration runs through her entire giant body, her balls shivering while lifting her hips. Abbie had no time to react, hugging her cock with all the strength to avoid flying at the moment it was erected in all her glory, 6 feet 2 inches of meat cannon.

The second vibration was accompanied by a gasp of the giantess, a signal for her girlfriend to close her eyes. So used to her girlfriend and the world around her, Abbie couldn't help wondering once in a while how a normal person's run should be. The first shot came out with the force of a pressure hose for 5 seconds, the whitish nectar that someday would contain their children reaching the ceiling without difficulty, bouncing against it and spreading all over the sofa, wall and floor around. Of course Abbie knew that the first save was only a warning.

The third vibration came almost immediately, the shot much more powerful in intensity and duration. So much that her mount trembled firing her load in even more directions, and so much that the poor human perched on it could no longer hold on, almost more because of the tightness and smeared in the divine nectar that it was. The fall back was relieved by the sofa cushion, relieved in a very free sense of the word since the entire padded surface between Celica's thighs was swathed between both liquids of her orgasm and sweat itself. Abbie closed her eyes spreading freely, her whole body  cracked in a disgusting and hot mixture, the whole environment around her felt like a sauna and it reeked…

The human drew a silly smile on her lips, doubting that no other human in the world would feel as good as she does right now.

The giantess around her breathed slowly, recovering from his seventh and last shot. "13 minutes in a row, big girl ..." Abbie said humming without opening her eyes. "I'm sure this feels better than that extra time you spend under the covers with God Eater.V5"

The giantess let out a laugh, lowering her hand to pick up her lover to take her between her breasts. "you are always better than any new version that Mythra makes of her onaholes... I am sure you will feel even better" The phrase was totally innocent to her, who huddled the human against her more strongly. For Abbie, on the other hand, she couldn't help feeling guilty, knowing that the only thing that prevented both of them from consummating their love in fullness was their own fear of the adaptation operation.

Celica's heartbeat mixed with her breathing was the only thing the human heard, the rhythm and intensity of them was hypnotic. "I love you, Abbie" The giantess whisper stroking her lover's cheek with her forefinger. The human did not answer, why should she? The giantess had cheated once again looking inside her mind to get ahead of her own "I love you". The only occasion that Abbie allowed her to look knowing how innocent it was to want to hear her "I love you" directly from her soul. Sometimes the human wondered what it would be like to see the world from the eyes of her lover, to see everything through a virtually infinite power.

The simple fact that Eva, Celica and the rest of her siblings had not degenerated into a race of conquerors with superiority disorders was something she could not understand, more than certain that if she herself was in the same situation it would be impossible to behave with the half, not even a quarter actually, of the kindness that her girlfriend and family showed. Perhaps that was the best, if there is someone who should possess as much power as possible, they were the ideals-

"TIME TO DINNER, DON'T MAKE ME REPEAT IT AGAIN!" One of Celica's little sisters, Mist, shouted so loudly at the building's communication system that Abbie and Celica swore to have heard her directly. The scream served to bring them back to reality, Celica sitting on the couch leaving her girlfriend standing on her thigh. The two scratched their heads at the same time as they watched the disaster around them. From one wall of the room to the other, much of the room completely covered. Only the corner opposite where they were, the mini-kitchen, was saved from excessive running.

At least partially. While her giantess was quietly, Abbie jumped from her thighs to the cushion in front of her crotch, kicking the head of the guilty of the desolate landscape. Celica barely felt it, which did not prevent her from letting out a moan of feigned pain to give her lover the pleasure. Sometimes faking pain to make it clear that she had got the message was better than being ignorant of her girlfriend actions, something her mother Eva had taught all her brothers.

(...)

The dinner time at the heirs' home always begins in the same way, a warning call (which depending on the Heir that touches you that day may be more aggressive or calm) at 20:45 and dinner at the table to 21:00 o'clock. At the express request of Eva, the dining room of the house (both the real and the holiday version) consisted of a large room with two floors at different heights, one normal and another 15 feet lower. In the first height was the table of the staff members who had no obligation to dine with the Heirs unless it was their own wish. On the lowered floor was the giantessess size table of the heirs, on one side of it the chairs for all Eva's daughters and on the other a long human-sized banquet table (although somewhat enlarged to deal with the superhuman height of the boys). In front of each chair of the daughters and next to them in the case of the boys were the seats of their respective vital companions, all marked with the name of their owner. (Custom inherited from Eva, inherited by the mother of this 400 years ago).

The Goddess wanted her children to have dinner and enjoy family time every night, but the reality is that many of the time the vast majority of them dined on their own in their respective rooms. Although that could also be attributed to the fact that in order to also sit with her children, the table was at the minimum height of Eva, which for her daughters requires them to expand slightly to 30 feet. (Only the firstborn, Hope, could sit without expanding and not with special comfort)

Tonight it turned out to be one of those. Celica and Abbie apparently arrived the last ones, the great majority of the seats of the Heirs and of the vital companions of these emptinesses. Only her siblings Mythra and Zeke had come, both retired from their seats looking from afar in silence to the Staff table where Sirius and Lucy ate sandwiches while reviewing dozens of documents both on paper and on holographic screens. "Lucy is not going to join us?" Celica asked her sisters as she sat down. “And where are your partners? And the others? Today ... today we will have dinner together, right? We've heard Mist scream” Abbie added as she waited for her giantess to place her hand so she could jump from her head to the table.

"We have sent all our siblings and vital companions to investigate our new nanny and to warn Hope" Mythra explained returning to the table with her arms crossed under her chest, picked up in the first shirt that the older giantess seemed to have found. "We wanted to ... talk to you alone, Cel" Zeke continued to take another of the tables of the vital companions of the giantesss, taking with him to join her with Abbie's. "It's just us 4 and Mist today, do you mind if I join in your table Abbie?"

The human quickly nodded, never being able to bother with those who had treated her like one more sister from the first moment. Mythra did the same by changing her chair until she was next to Celica's, removing the table from her older sister's lifemate so she could extend her generous cleavage and arms across the table. "I can feel your pressure, you know?" Celica herself joked smiling while her older sister caressed Abbie's head with her thumb, the closest thing to a fraternal crust that the difference in size allowed them.

"I have no superhuman senses like you-" Abbie growled as she tried to push Mythra's thumb away from her head. "But without any joke I can notice your pressure!"

"Do you feel pressured? Yes ... I think we are guilty of making you feel that way" Zeke began to say, being interrupted halfway by his younger sister closest in age. "And thats its because before you have changed your mind about Lucy like who changes underwear! Why the hell did you do that, you dork!?" Mythra asked directly ignoring the disapproving look of her older brother. “While Hope is not there, Zeke, I am in charge of the girls. You know"

The older brother growled knowing that technically Mythra was right. The world is very different when you are so big, for both good and bad, and it was more than normal for the girls in their family to have a special bond between them sharing something they brothers could never feel. Even so, he was still the older brother of both, one with a much calmer head. "Even so, I don't like the accusatory tone before hearing the explanation." Zeke cut off his little sister's health, ignoring her gaze this time. "Celica, baby sister ... is she blackmailing you or something?"

"What? Of course not! I haven't talked to her anymore after our encounter!” The younger giantess defended herself by shaking her head and hands. “It's just… that Sirius trusts her. And Sirius is like our unofficial grandfather, doesn't that mean we should give her the benefit of the doubt?”

Zeke and Mythra bow their heads seeing the logic of their little sister, both immediately turning to Abbie. "And you?" Both ask in sync.

"I?"

“You are the only one of us who has spoken with her beyond Morgan's magic trick. Don't be silly pretending to be surprised if we ask your opinion.” Zeke said fixing the disheveled hair of the human, perhaps a little too thoroughly. Although that was no surprise, Zeke was known among siblings and vital companions as the best mother of all.

"Well, young gods" Abbie couldn't resist the free path for the joke, greeted by a giggle for the two giantesses in contrast to Zeke's frown. “You should know that I think Lucy Crews can… can be a good nanny. And I don't say it just because Aunt Eva has chosen her! In our brief conversation, she has been very receptive to my mood swings because your idiot little sister has tried to enter my mind” Celica opened her eyes with a fist bumping the table behind her girlfriend, blowing asking her to shut up something too late.

"Seriously, Celica!?" Mythra jumped first at the news. “Abbie has not passed the adaptation operation, you can't do something like that to a mind without that extra protection!” The older giantess covered her human's shoulders with her hand for support, a gesture that Abbie thanked although the way she that she had basically called her inferior she had not liked. “It was a mistake, I got carried away by the excitement of the moment! We have already made peace!” The youngest giantess defended herself, Abbie nodding confirming her words.

Without anyone having heard her arrive a huge tray full of dozens of fried whole chickens fell on the table from behind Mythra and Celica, Mist (the seventh daughter) sitting in the other chair next to Celica with a frown. "We can smell how much you have made peace, the perfume you wear does nothing to hide it" With Celica and Abbie shrugging in shame on the one hand, Mist turned the tray until collecting a human-sized tray full of chicken breasts from the other side. “Today we have Southern style fried chicken from the United States… although that bitch didn't want to! II've been learning the recipe for 30 minutes (A big exaggeration as everyone knew, a brain like that of the heirs not needing even 30 seconds to memorize a simple recipe) for that ungrateful have sandwich with Sirius!” The youngest giantess at the table growled throwing a whole chicken in her mouth, not even bothering to break it.

Mist had always been the most worried about her looks and her clothes of all her sisters (as a good fashionista and fan of the modeling world), so seeing how little she had just cared about staining the tips of her fingers with the fried oil was a good sign of how angry she was. Mythra and Celica decided to imitate her while Zeke shared the breasts between him and Abbie.

"It's absolutely delicious, Mist, Lucy doesn't know what she's missing." Mythra smiled, stretching her arm behind Celica until she could take her younger sister's shoulder. Mist grunted in gratitude, more focused on opening one of the barrels of soda she had brought (the closest thing to soda cans to what she and the women in her families had access) without spoiling her manicure. "Let me do it" Celica quickly took the barrel from her little sister's hands, opening it in front of her. “Thanks CelCel… and know that I am with Morgan in all this. That bitch has made you cry and every number of punishments that has been assigned with the magic deck is not enought”

"Those words, Mist!" Zeke tried to quarrel with his sister, who responded with another growl as she pulled a 2-liter soda bottle out of the front pocket of her apron for him and Abbie. "And to think you were so cute as a child, scaring you every time someone said a curse ... how could you have become the biggest gyaru in history?!"

"That's not fair either, Zeke!" Abbie leapt to the defense between giggles. “She is the biggest gyaru in history just because no other has reached 17 feet tall! Besides, This is the way of talking about the children of this millennium! Not talking as if you had come out of a classic theater performance!” The human smiled as she put her arm back, holding her hand closed in a fist.

Zeke shook his head ignoring the clash of complicit fists between her and Mist. "Do you know what the children of this millennium also do? Get the adaptation operation if you're going to continue having sex with Cel." Abbie frowned, completely abandoning all smiles. “Put on whatever you want but you will only find concern on my part. I love you and I want you to continue to be part of our family, and I don't want you to risk that the ejaculation too strong of a certain giantess we know can suddenly tear your arm off by accident ... or something much worse”

Celica stifled a scream while one of the fried chickens choked on him, his body's defensive system quickly activating to incinerate the food stuck in his airway. "Really, big brother?! You know it's a delicate issue for Abbie and you know even better that I have absolute care!”

“No matter how powerful we are, Cel! An accident is an accident and can happen at any time! And that is something you both must understand, Abbie. I know you don't like to hear it but you have to do the operation, Celica is about to enter the next phase of growth and that means her powers are about to skyrocket until they reach a level similar to Mythra.”

"So I finally lose my free will, right?" Abbie asked, biting her lip, slowly sitting as sunk in the chair as possible. “So far I have come as human, right? My body and my mind are too fragile to continue with the person I love and it doesn't matter what I do to remedy it. Without that fucking mindfucker operation to have part of your godlike DNA there is no way to continue being myself, right?! I'm too fragile, too ... weak for you...”

"Abbie ..." Mythra whispered softly.

“I know it's a little scary but you can talk with all Mythra girlfriends, with César, Tia, Oscar or whoever you want… you won't lose any part of yourself in the process. You will feel better, with more energy than ever and your resistance and hardness soared-”

"I don't need to see your best worst performance of a scurfy presenter of the telethon, big bro!" Abbie groaned, pulling her fingers from the giantess of her shoulders, bouncing and turning on the table to face all the brothers. “I know the process very well, I know very well what I will win! I know that not being afraid should be great, but I can't help it! I've heard what happened to Uncle Joel because of his blood type! And I have that same blood! I don't want… I don't want to lose who I am! And nothing you try to say will change that, you know why? BECAUSE YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE FEAR THAT HUMANS CAN FEEL!” Without saying anything else Abbie ran to the opposite side of the table to step on with all her might one of the buttons on the edge. A walkway opened between the table and the floor of the kitchen, leaving the human free way to run out of the kitchen.

None of the siblings followed her, everyone and especially Celica knowing that they were not going to be able to provide the peace and comfort that Abbie needed. Celica ducked her head as she crossed her arms on the table, hating her own nature more than ever.

(...)

"Damn operation!" Abbie growled kicking the air, having no idea why she had run away. All that the human knew was that she needed to get out of there, not being able to endure another second more feeling so weak around people she considered family. Not that she blames them, the guilt was more directed at herself and the blood running through her veins. For some reason that the matriarch Leah had not yet managed to understand the 0 negative blood interacted in a strange way with the process of the adaptation operation, causing Patriarch Joel to lose the memories of much of his life.

Maybe after a while the operation was carried out without any error or side effect in Marisa, one of Mythra's girlfriends and also a carrier of the 0 negative, but that only meant that she have a 50% 50%.

Abbie had no doubt that even without memories she would still love Celica and her family ... but the mere idea of r03;r03;losing everything she had lived, her pleasures, her hobbies ...The idea of r03;r03;becoming a completely different person was more than her mind could bear, and that her mind was well above normal after a lifetime with the Heirs. Walking aimlessly was not her style, and of course going back as soon would be ridiculous.

In the end, Abbie chose to walk slowly to Celica's and her twin sister Rio couch, using the ladder to climb and sit down on her girlfriend part. Seeing her name engraved between those of Celica and Rio served to cheer her up and remind her of her position in the family, one that had earned herself.

While lying in the armchair of Celica (totally not smelling it, and that any smell coming from her giantess was able to light her up) Abbie heard the front door open, the heavy and fast steps indicating that finally the eldest and firstborn sister had returned after 3 days of intensive practices on the moon base. "Family, we're back!" Hope announced leaving her backpack on the floor, her boyfriend and life partner Cesar House jumping to the floor from her right shoulder. "And there is no one, I have no idea why I would be expecting something different!" The giantess laughed out loud, Caesar just sighing ignoring the laugh (something ridiculous) of his girlfriend.

"I am present here, big sister!" Abbie warned before the couple could be intimate, peeking over the arm of the sofa. The almost 23 feet tall natural of the giantessess (the only one of her sisters to exceed 20 feet, although being the oldest that was normal and Mythra was a few inches from the second goal) shining in all her glory almost as much as her hair collected in a frontal braid. "New hairstyle? It looks great on you!”

“Ambassador Myxx has made us go through her personal esthetician before letting go of her claws, literally” Cesar joked, showing her nothing desired electric blue wicks, one especially alive. “If I got to know that she was going to insist so much I would not have volunteered to assist her!”

"Come on, we had a good time and it is important to have a good relationship with one of our most important allies!" Hope corrected her boyfriend's pessimistic thoughts before starting to walk to the armchairs, throwing her jacket on his before sitting on that of Rio. "Do you know, Abbie?" The giantess asked taking the human to sit on her legs, stroking her hair with the index of one hand. “Although we have been the ones who have spent 3 whole days surrounded by extraterrestrial forties we look better than you right now, and don't bother to hide why. You don't have to be like us to know that someone has brought you a certain topic”

Abbie growled as she enjoyed the massage of the giantessess, Cesar taking advantage while getting on the couch next to them. “Zeke, right? It's… too much mother sometimes”

“And he's right, and I hate him for it. Not him, to be right” Abbie clarified shaking her head and picking up her legs, letting Caesar occupy the other thigh of his girlfriend.

“If you decide to take the operation we will be by your side, okay? The operation has finally been refined, Marisa is proof of that and I know you know it” Hope promised to take one of Abbie's hands with her pinky. “And if you don't feel comfortable with Celica around that day, all the other vital companions and me will accompany you. We are in this all together, this is how families work!”

“Why does everything we say lately seem out of a sitcom of the 80s? We're really not going through our best time as a family, right? And I know perfectly well that I am partly to blame with all this for delaying my operation… life is sometimes too difficult” Abbie commented keeping the tone downcast.

Hope and César looked at each other in silence. While it was true that the situation in their family in recent months was not ideal (long before even the accident that Anchorage Point revealed to the outside world), both olders and in charge of their respective sides of the family believed they were making a good work to slowly leave behind the sadness brought with the illness of her younger sister baby Cassie, the attitude of the seventh son Enju and the conflicts he generated with the fourth daughter Rio, the worsening of the disorder of the ninth daughter Olwen, the new delay of Return to Arcadia of Patriarch Leon or the entire Abbie issue and the operation had provoked. And although neither of them wanted to admit it, their sudden multi-day trips to help the embassy in Eden Nebula were not helping.

2019 was not the best year for the family and neither Hope nor Cesar saw how to bring happiness back.

Chapter 6 Adaptation (2/3) by SirDarkvid
Author's Notes:

Small transition chapter, necessary for the entire pre and post operation adaptation scene. It took me a few more days because I was writing the next one at a time and reviewing certain notes, sorry for the inconvenience.

The 3 in the morning arrived much sooner than Celica expected, the fatigue accumulated in her finally beginning to deplete her bateries. His brother Zeke's library was extensive and full of interesting things to see and read, but not even with all the superhuman energy inside her was enough to keep her awake and standing. Or at least entertaining enough to ignore her biological clock.

As Eva had verified several centuries ago and Morgan had confirmed 9 years earlier, the bodies of the Goddess and the Heirs were able to function beyond all logic, ignoring fatigue or any physical need. That doesn't mean that without prior thinking it was easy to abandon normal breathing or sleep cycles correctly. Although that did not mean that without some prior meditation it was easy to stop breathing or sleeping. And of course the soft sound of her beloved's breath, of Abbie's body movements while sleeping was too magical and delicious not to attend their meeting every night.

"Do you really think Abbie will be in your bedroom? I know she left with Hope ... and I haven't seen them in her room before when I came back to pick up the books I have lent Alexa" Zeke asked without looking up from the book he was holding. Among siblings with no one else present, verbal communication used to be set aside in favor of a more pure mental / spiritual communication, although on this occasion he decided to assume that the cloudy state with worry of his little sister will make it it too inaccurate.

"You know Abbie literally an hour less than me, and yet you make the very common mistake of underestimating her" Celica rose smiling, closing the holographic screen in front of her couch where she was watching a South Korean drama. “Abbie is much stronger than she looks, as strong or more than us! Your unpleasant words from before would not have been enough to defeat her, not if she had Hope's support!” Zeke didn't answer, just hanging his reading glasses (totally unnecessary) from the neck of his sweater. More annoying with himself than with the stubbornness of the human, the young man decided to limit himself to trusting the words of his little sister.

Hope had always been an inspiration to the family and Cesar was not far behind, both much better at homework than what himself or Mythra would ever achieve. The last months with the sudden trips of both to the lunar base were being more difficult than he had ever thought and that awoke two fears that not even with all his power managed to respond:

"Your silence is my answer!" Celica smiled approaching her older brother's luxury chair, kneeling behind him. Leaning her arms crossed on armchair's head just enough to tilt it backwards (which was not too difficult, not at least with her current size and weight allowing her to impose himself even in front of an armchair designed for a person of 2 and a half meters) Celica smiled rubbing his forehead. "I know you're not one of those who apologize, but I know too that my Abbie would appreciate it very much. These days have not been too kind to her and maybe if you apologize as you should she would consider it a victory!"

“I can apologize without any problem. The point is that no matter how I do it or how much I do it… Abbie will become more and more frustrated and that will not change as long as she remains defeated by her fears. Have you thought about asking our parents for help? I know we shouldn't bother Joel with this but maybe Henry or Emilia could help her!” This time it was her chance to remain silent, not finding or not being able to deny the truth or the idea that that Zeke had said. And that didn't make her feel especially like a good girlfriend.

"Abbie doesn't want to extend all this she is going through too much." Zeke couldn't suppress a guilty little laugh. "I know ... Abbie and I took the therapy last year in silence just with mom's permission for this.As neither of the two siblings managed to find a common point, Celica decided to end the day by saying goodbye to her brother. With the floors interspersed between boys and girls to make the most of the space that their rooms required each trip to take advantage of Zeke's library was always accompanied by a long and cold walk down the hall trying to make the minimum noise to not wake anyone. (more knowing how prone the fights were between the siblings late in the night and how much the building staff hated those fights)

1 minute and a half late of tiptoe up the stairs, the giantess opened the door of her room in absolute silence, forcing even slightly upwards so that not even the sliding of the carpet could serve as a warning. It was no use since Abbie was sitting on the main couch watching the same drama the giantess had left in Zeke's room. "Running away from me until 3 in the morning? Really?"

Celica growled jokingly, turning to the couch in the most comical way she could think of. "That's not fair and you know it! You are the first one who wants her space after a confrontation!"

"Is that what happened tonight? A confrontation? A fight between us?" Celica rolled her eyes as she approached the sofa, gently placing herself to sit. Only there was no delicacy on the part of the giantess who barely hid a mischievous smile. Abbie saw her life pass in front of her eyes while the huge ass she loved so much fell by her side, close enough that the impact would lift in all the cushion where she was throwing it through the air. (The feeling identical to that of a few years ago when a Celica of only 9 feet jumped without warning to the trampoline where she was jumping innocently)

Everything around her seemed to move in slow motion until the enormous hands of her girlfriend caught her, leading her to bury her entire torso between the breasts of her beloved giantess. "I am very sorry how insensitive Zeke has been. His maternal vein is sometimes too much ...-" "Odiously maternal?" The two burst into laughter, perhaps even too much for such a silly comment. Perhaps the laughter came from how much they both needed it, perhaps it was nervous laughter on the subject every day more present. The only thing they both knew was how much they loved to hear each other's laughter, the image and the sound of them laughing was enough to lengthen the laugh in a snowball effect that led Abbie to cry from laughing so much. Following the intimate game Celica took out her tongue licking the cheeks of her girlfriend (which really was just putting the tip of her tongue to cover almost the entire side), retracting to enjoy the taste. "Ugh ... Salty"

"That's disgusting, you big jerk!" Abbie shouted without being able to stop laughing.

"Licking your tears is disgusting? My dear, I've licked much worse things from you!"

"That even more disgusting!"

"There is nothing that your body can produce and that I find unpleasant, you know?" Celica herself fell silent realizing how terrible her last sentence had sounded (although it was technically true and the giantess was open to anything her girlfriend wanted to try), which made Abbie laugh even more, this time to its limit beginning to cough drowning. Celica assisted her girlfriend as best she could, pressing her fingers on her back so that her energy returned the normal flow of air to her lungs. And that of course caused the human to remember the origin of all her problems again, Zeke's voice echoing in her head remembering that with the adaptation operation Celica should not even have touched her to attend. "Better?" The giantess asked slowly removing her fingers so that the cut in the flow of energy did not cause a small relapse in her discomfort.

The energy of Eva and her children, simply called Energy by Eva's inability to choose a more appropriate name, was as powerful as it was mysterious and all Arcadia and its inhabitants had checked it throughout their history together. Not only by feeding their superhuman bodies and allowing them to use their entire arsenal of miracles (a term that both the mother and the children hate to use in favor of closer ones such as charms or magic), also through physical contact they were able to infuse other beings living and inert objects with the same energy.

The effects on others that were not the Heirs themselves or Eva were always hundreds of times less effective no matter what they were trying to do, one of the biggest and only defects of the family that was within what the adaptation operation partially solved. "Is it a cheat question or are you starting to doubt your Curaga spells?" Abbie joked hugging the giantess's hand, who was smiling back to see that it was okay. "You know? You may live with this all the time, but you have to know how stupidly good it feels when you do that! It's like ... as if you put the sweetest lemon milkshake and condensed milk directly into my soul!”

“Do you describe my energy as a lemon shake? I know you like it but it's like you tell me I'm sour and sweet at the same time!” Abbie thought about trying to explain, giving up almost instantly. Trying to explain to Celica (or any of her siblings on the other hand) how she felt about things what it was as basic to them as breathing was a task that the experience had proved totally useless. And that thought led to another, and that other finally gave the human an idea of r03;r03;how to solve her inner fears. "Celica, do you remember when I told you before that I forgave you for getting into my head without permission?" The giantess nodded her face full of doubt. “Well, I withdraw it! Now I'm still angry and I want a favor in exchange for your offense by getting into my head”

“First stop repeating what you put in your head! And second, do you really think you need to turn to the most cumbersome blackmail in history to help you? I always cover your back, you don't need tricks with me.” Abbie laughed heartily, noticing how easily her girlfriend had caught her (not that she herself had put much effort). “And I cover yours, metaphorically clear. I need to clone several times to cover your back literally! Well my love, listen carefully… You may not like it, but I'm sure it's the only way I can have the operation to shut up Zeke and everyone. "”

(...)

The last hours of the night before dawn advanced slowly, Anchorage Point finally resting once Eva's barrier made them invisible again to all radars. Once the third son Ethin delivered the body of the murdered journalist while the rest pick up new candidates for citizens in Arcadia 4th the next week  the base could finally head for their home in another corner of the world. With that thought all the civilians of the island rested quietly, only the guards and soldiers of the night shift staying awake in their posts. (Although many were celebrating that the situation had not escalated excessively)

Eva slept in her titanic custom bed, nothing compared to her bed in her authentic home but more than enough for her alone. With her husbands and wives divided between their respective positions in Arcadia and Anchorage, her youngest children safe in her home in Arcadia and the oldest in the summer house the Goddess enjoyed a more than deserved night for herself.

Or so she believed.

"Mom, mom wake up please ..." A soft voice that Eva loved so much took her out of the world of her dreams, absolute darkness being no impediment to her superhuman eyes. Seeing her little Celica  waving her arm with both hands brought so many memories to the Goddess of her first years as a mother, as every night she had to fight so that Hope, Zeke, Mythra and Morgan did not try to join their baby sisters in bed of their mother. So many battles that Eva always ended up losing, always unable to throw her children back to their respective beds.

If it had not been for the hard hand of her wife Olivia and her husband Henry the children would have ended up being too spoiled, and frankly Eva herself knew that she would not have cared either. "Mom!" "Aunt Eva!" Abbie joined the screams trying to wake her up from her position in Celica's head, hooked on the special tape of the giantess's hair so there was no chance of falling.

Abbie had been in her life as much as her own Celica and Rio, her mother having to give birth so unexpectedly that there was no choice but to divide a small section of the private infirmary of the Goddess's home where the matriarch Olivia was giving birth to the twins. (In the fifth month of pregnancy against the sixth month of pregnancy for Mythra and Hope, the two twins much larger together than Olivia herself could endure)

Loving her as if she were one of her daughters was the simple result of the passage of time, and knowing that she would remain forever in the family thanks to being Celica's vital companion saved Eva from having to make her one of her wives. (a limit that Eva herself was not willing to cross as much as necessary)

"I'm already awake ..." Eva replied without opening her eyes, extending both hands to take Abbie in one and grab Celica by the arm. With a simple pull with the minimum of its strength the goddess forced her daughter to lie next to her, the giantess of almost 20 feet tall not even able to offer resistance to be attracted against the body of natural 60 feet height of her mother. Leaving the little human on one of her breasts covered by her favorite winter nightgown (an image that Eva herself couldn't help finding too adorable), Eva smiled stroking the backs of both young women. "It hasn't dawned yet," she said without having any way to check the state of the sky or the time around her. "What are you doing here? Homesickness has catch you both and now want to sleep with mommy?”

"Pfff, what?" Both answered at the same time, the two young women trying their best to pretend that they didn't like the idea.

"So? Is there a fight in L.L.garden?” The goddess kept asking, preferring to find out about things from her daughters than having to extend her precognition. Celica didn't answer by simply curling up under her mother's arm, more than enough so that the goddess didn't have to use her powers to read the situation. Eva continued without opening her eyes, stopping her daughter's caresses to focus on the one that really needed them. "Adap-”

Abbie nodded immediately, taking Eva's index finger with both hands, trying to guide him to her head. "Aunt Eva, I need you to enter my head and destroy my fear against the adaptation operation"

Neither mother nor daughter expected the turn that Abbie had given to the situation, Eva noticing how Celica tensed at her side while biting her lips. "Is that what you want?"

"It's what I need! Zeke has made it clear, my status as a human its now too small and weak for my position as the vital companion of Celica ... and frankly, it is hard for me to sometimes not be afraid to see the force emanating from each movement of her. The year is ending and I don't want… I don't want to start the year bringing more problems to my family, At least I want to end these problems of mine before a new decade begins”

Eva kept silent keeping the index on the human's head. “Abbie, you are my daughter too…-” “But I am not!” The human completely cut off the gigantic goddess, not even importing the absolute difference in every way between them. “I am human and that is the problem! I have been a year and a half behind the other vital companions because of discovering what happened to Uncle Joel!” “But Abbie, that was a mistake! A terrible mistake, an absolutely terrible one but error after all! The operation has been perfected to the maximum-”

“I've already had this argument with everyone, damn it! It's unfair but I'm tired of listening to Zeke, you, Celica, everyone telling me that I should try to reason against my fear! I have not been able to overcome my fear and I cannot overcome too the fear of having to abandon Celica, you and this family! I only have this left, okay? I can only beg you to tear my fear out of my head! Please, Aunt Eva…” The human stopped talking to catch her breath, her crying having completely altered her speech to the point of not knowing if it was clear what she was saying. Deciding to go one step further, she knelt on her gigantic aunt's chest, ducking her head until she touched the cotton cloth with her forehead.

Eva held her breath controlling her feelings, unable to imagine how much the human she loved so much was suffering. Celica drowned her tears against her mother, not remembering ever having heard her girlfriend's voice as broken as she is now. Abbie had always been a combative and proud person, one who did not have any kind of self-control or knowledge when confronting beings above her as she had do so many times in the past (more specifically her explosion hours earlier with Zeke). Especially protective of Celica, Rio and their younger siblings, the human had often demonstrated a praiseworthy fortitude.

And that's why Eva hurt so much to see her like this. Abbie's mother did not overcome the birth, having decided to stop taking her medication so that her daughter was born in the best conditions. From that moment Eva took care of both her and her father, giving them all her support (making for example Abbie's father in the palace's security chief) and affection. The pain did not only come from seeing her so shattered, but from the idea of r03;r03;entering her daughter's mind and altering her even if it was at her request. "Please, Aunt Eva ..."

"Celica" The goddess said in the clearest voice she could at that time of night. Moving his arm slightly, Eva forced her daughter to kneel on the bed on the other side of her torso. "She is your vital partner, the decision is yours"

"What ?!" Celica answered ipso facto. “That's not fair, Aunt Eva! I've asked you not her!” Abbie shouted furiously, hitting the humongous chest with both fists. "I am her vital partner, not her property!"

"You do this for her, Abbie," Eva replied without looking at the human, her eyes focused on her daughter. “All this is to stay by her side, consummate your relationship completely and secure a future where you and her never have to say goodbye. You are willing to let me get into your mind and tear that terror you feel for the possibility of losing your memories, now I want to see if Celica is willing to do it too”

The youngest giantess slammed her head against the other breast of her mother, not even wanting to look at her after the stupid turn she had given to the situation. That was her decision? Her mother, her own mother that all her life and that of her children had been dedicated to remind them that their powers or their size did not mean having the right to exercise control over the lives of other people.

That same mother all of sudden has changed all her personal motto.

Right now that her girlfriend was in such a delicate situation.

The other reason for not raising her head was to avoid Abbie's gaze, the minor giantessess knowing how conflictive it would be at such a time. Accumulated pain coupled with anger and outrage because the solution to that pain now depended on another person, and not on a specific person as well! Celica, the one that represented the whole conflict in her heart.

"Well?" Eva spoke again after giving her daughter exactly 60 seconds. "Can't you decide if you want  to enter your girlfriend's head to tear her fear away?"

Abbie relaxed her shoulders, holding one of her fists on her chest. "Cel ..." The human whisper. Even with all the pain from the situation in which she had put himself inside, knowing that Celica was now between a rock and a hard place hurt her even more. "Mom, leave it ... I'm going to make an appointment with the psychologist and try therapy again..."

"The therapy didn't help you last year, it won't do it this year ..." Celica finally spoke, slowly raising her head. “What do you want, Mom, is that I exercise my voice as your daughter, my voice of ‘goddess’ to decide the future of my beloved? You want me to go against-”

"Please, godness! You bunch of idiots!" A fourth voice interfered in the conversation from the door, not supporting the situation in the room next to her office. Matriarch Olivia, Eva's first wife and mother of the majority of her daughters (including Celica herself), walked along the side of the bed waiting for Celica to lower her arm to pick her up. "Don't be stupid anymore and lower your voice, it's not time to scream!" Celica responded immediately to the presence of her mother, picking her up to leaving her on the mattress. “Thank you, honey, and this doesn't free you from scolding. Can you know what's wrong with you? You are really idiots!”

Eva, Celica and Abbie closed their eyes, looking away from the matriarch, totally terrified of her. "My love ..." Eva whispered as she noticed how her wife climbed her arm, stomping throught her body to make her message clear.

“Shhh! I'm very angry with you! How do you think… sorry I will start again because I have seen you many times commit stupidities in these almost 400 years and very few like this! How do you think of telling your daughter to do what you have always refused to do, DUMBASS? I can understand the goal of making them face in a middle spot... but frankly Eva, it's fucking hypocritical of you try to be your daughter who enters the mind of another person and commits something as terrible as altering it as much as Abbie is asking you!” Without stopping to even breathe, Olivia turned on herself to face Abbie directly. “And you, idiot? Damn Abbie, we haven't raised you like this so that your solution is to alter your mind! Isn't that the same as losing your memories, uh?” The matriarch's words were harsh but so true that the human could not help but want to sink her head in the ground so as never to get her out. "It may be because I have been at the office table for almost 5 hours answering the call of our MWCommonwealth allies ... but frankly I think this has a much easier solution."

"Which one? Because therapy and mentalizing have not helped me, not all these months of relaxation have done much either!” Abbie yelled, or rather tried to scream before a murderous look of the matriarch silenced her.

“I will be frankly honest with you, and goddess knows that I need to sleep… it is the third time I say frankly in two sentences. Abbie, you're going to  have the adaptation operation-” "You can't force me!" The human responded immediately.

Olivia waited for silence as she walked through her wife's body until she came face to face with Abbie. "Yes, I can. I can and I will do it-" "You're not my mother, aunt Olivia -" “I am your family, and that is more than enough. Your fear is frankly stupid, much more seeing that Marisa overcame her fear and the operation was done without any error or side effect and that is something that you know as well as I do. Dark times will arrive soon in our family and if I don't know that you will be safe next to Celica and Rio I need you to get away from them, do you understand?!”

The human blinked for a few seconds trying to make sense of what she just heard, especially the first mention she heard about "dark times." Looking away to her girlfriend, Abbie could see how confused she was also with what her mother had just said. And seeing her aunt Eva it was obvious that she was also as confused or more than she was.

Departing from Celica, Rio and the others was not an option that had never even occurred to her, and that was going to continue. "I can ... I can ..." the human murmured without much success, found no way to express herself among her doubts and fears.

“We will accompany you. Everyone will” Olivia promised while she take her goddaughter's hand. “We will do it on the 30th, I want you to start the year clean of everything, and that goes for everyone here! Eva, bring my pillow, Celica, take Abbie and curl up next to us. I've been listening to advice and recommendations on how to leave our planet if necessary for too many hours and now I just want some quiet sleep surrounded by my family-”

"I can't ask everyone to come, make that clear." Eva responded to the thought that had only appeared for a few seconds in her wife's mind, stretching her free arm to bring some of her husbands pillows to her cleavage where Olivia already was getting ready to sleep. Celica did the same, lying on her back so Abbie could snuggle between her breasts while her mother put her arm around her shoulders.

Olivia clapped twice, making lights, not taking a few minutes to fall to the world of dreams. Eva followed her quickly, just leaving the younger giantess and her girlfriend awake.

"It has worked? Are you really ... going to have surgery?” Celica asked in the lowest tone of voice that her vocal cords managed to find.Abbie nodded even with doubts.

“I don't want to separate from you or Rio, I don't want to separate from anyone… and if those dark times are going to come I want to be prepared. Hey, maybe that's why Aunt Eva has hired Lucy! She may actually be some kind of super incredible agent or bodyguard!”

"If I came to know that all it took was to be scolded in this way, we would have saved so many hours of stupid therapies and saved so many innocent onaholes ..."

"That last is totally your fault for being a beast... but I don't want you to think of me as being a spoiled woman who needs a scolding to work" Abbie whispered angrily, biting her giantess's finger that kept her clothed.

"I don't think about it at all!"

"Good" Abbie smiled giving her one last regret and kissed her finger as an apology. “Is this the power of a mother? I imagine it must be something similar… Dark times, uh...”

End Notes:

So far all the chapters have passed the same day, I'm glad to finally get out of this loop! The next, last and most worldbuilding part of Adaptation will take place on December 30 and 31, the last days of a decade.

(Special notice, the next chapter will have a rather descriptive destruction part, not so much in gore but in pure destruction of buildings and overpowering soldiers and security forces, by two of the Goddess' children. I don't think anyone has problem but I will double-mark the moment in case any of you do not want to read that part)

Chapter 7: Adaptation (3/3) by SirDarkvid
Author's Notes:

Better late than never! Do you know when you have a month planned in advance and in the middle of it the universe decides to complicate you every day as much as possible? That has been my February.Forgetting all of this here is the chapter I promised, divided into the three scenes of December 30, 2019.

The first two pass in the time prior to the adaptation operation, the third and shortest period elapses half a day later during sunset. We start on the menu with two Heirs and a scene of "action" of giantess, we continue with a quieter scene while Lucy begins to establish authentic contact with some of the Heirs and we finish with the results of the infamous operation, I hope you enjoy it!

8:31 in the morning of December 30, 2019. The day of his last great work of the year and the decade, which meant that among his siblings he was more reliable.

Ethan looked up once more to check the clock even though he was mentally counting second to second, thousandth to thousandth. The only thing the third son of the Goddess liked less than those who disobeyed the rules were those who were late, and of course her sister Alexa was 1 minute and a half late to his great work.

1 minute and 27 seconds more than he was willing to endure.

The young god sighed, getting up from the bench where he had agreed to meet his sister with his sister, picking up the leash that held the huge coffin that they had to deliver back to the Prince's palace in Monaco (in whom Ethin hoped he could take care of the remains to deliver to the family members). The best coffin that his mother Emilia had been able to choose, a much better one than he thought that such an unpresentable journalist deserved (which Ethan had deliberately decided not to use or remember his name). Valeonor's suspicions to take the initiative and protect Lucy were confirmed as correct hours later, when border robots found a low-caliber pistol loaded and ready for use in the journalist's bag.

And although no one had told him anything about having to mention it that was something that Ethan was not going to let go, something that those responsible for sending to the journalist should answer.

"Sorry, sorry! Sorry I'm late, dear big brother!” Alexa shouted opening the double doors that led to the entrance to the command center.A cloudy and cold morning received the giantessess, and despite the fact that her body was immune to adverse effects that did not prevent a chill running through her entire spine. "I was wishing good luck to Abbie! You should do it too, you know"

"Luck? Why would I want something that will not influence anything in the result to someone that matters to me?” The young god replied impassively, throwing the huge 115-kilo coffin with ease to his sister. Carrying it himself was no problem at all, but as a practical man Ethin considered himself the option that his little sister, 14 years old and 18 feet 7 inches tall, was simply more efficient.  Even more considering that it was no bigger than a purse in her hands. hand.

Alexa suppressed a affectionate growl, stretching the tape as much as possible to place it under her bigger shoulder. “You have to realize what is going to happen, okay? Your role today accompanying me is nothing more than intimidation”

"Yikes" The young giantessess blow a raspberry to her older brother, crossing her arms behind the back of her neck. “You know? I don't care if you take me as a personal thug, the mere fact that we are going to know another country is already enough for me! A new heaven, a new people, we may even see technological wonders never seen before!”

"No, no and of course no," Ethin said bluntly. “The sky is the same, we don't care about people aand it is too fancy of you to believe that you will see new technology when those outsiders still have no idea about generating 100% renewable resources. The orders of our parents are clear: Go to Monaco, leave the body to the relevant authorities, ask for compensation or apology for the assault and leave, all in 30 minutes or less, you get it?” Any other of her brothers would have felt something wrong seeing Alexa's expression of disgust and disappointment, Ethin unlike them felt nothing at all.

“In this family we are too responsible. I can't explore, I can't carry any of my little treasures… I want the world to see my engineering and weapons works, to see and fear and admire them as much as I do! What good is it to me to be a giantessess with a cyber-exoskeleton armor armed with the power of a small space combat cruiser if I can't boast about it ?! Do you realize this is castrating me?!” The giantess stopped turning dramatically to see if her brother was watching her, finding instead that Ethin had finished conjuring a space gate using the coordinates that floated on the orders of her mother Emilia. "Like talking to a wall"

"With a wall you could pretend that it's interested in your ceaseless talk, with me you know perfectly that I am ignoring you" Ethin smiled as the door finally reached the consistency necessary to see on the other side, the innocent people who walked in front of the palace that morning frozen on site without knowing what they were seeing. With a blow of the wrist, the young god opened the door big enough for his sister to pass, which meant that people on the other side in Monaco could see her as well.

While Alexa greeted the incredulous and slightly terrified pedestrians with a smile, Ethin took a deep breath, closing his eyes as he crossed the door. The young god's first step was decisive, Ethin making sure that everyone around him notices the vibrations and pressure that his presence (and a few seconds later from his sister) had just brought. Faces of fear, terror and unconsciousness about what was happening, all as he had anticipated.

And also as he had anticipated his sister remained she stayed behind him, studying everything in the square around her like a child in a toy store. His eyes lit up more than usual, the pantone of colors of his irises shining brighter than ever.

Clearing his throat Ethin raised his hand to the sky in a fist, pointing the index at the sky. "Outsiders, you are...-" The young god whispered, making sure that his voice penetrated into the head of everyone present and those inside the palace. “In the presence of Ethin and Alexa, children of the only Goddess who has truly stepped on this world”

"What a presentation ..." His sister whispered still too excited to quarrel, waving a mother and her children to her right. The giantess drew the brightest smile in a long time when she saw that the youngest of the children greeted her innocently, only wondering how big the girl was and how strange her hair and eyes were. Slowly and ignoring his sister once again, Ethin lowered his hand until he pointed directly at the palace. Before Alexa could realize what he was doing and stop him, the young god clicked his outstretched hand releasing a gust of pressure that opened all the doors of the palace and shattered all the windows that overlooked the square with a huge rumble, more similar to thunder than a snap of fingers.

“We come on behalf of Arcadia 7Th, I demand to speak with the representative of this country-”

"Ethin!" His sister shouted trying to get in front to stop him, her first step the ground under her giant feet breaking as if it were the most fragile puff pastry sheets. The giantess growling annoys while concentrating reducing its presence and weight to the minimum possible, each step only leaving slight cracks instead of destroying it. "This is no way to introduce ourselves!"

“And how would you, Alexa? With one of your robots raising a white flag?” Ethin asked without a hint of joke or irony, bending down to pass between his sister's legs. “These people have sent us an armed person, one who was clearly not ready for the responsibility that was demanded of him. They don't deserve our gratitude and good intentions until they've apologized for it”

Dealing with Ethin with orders and “injustices” in the meantime was (at least) frustrating, and although Alexa had offered to keep an eye on him knowing that she was one of the few of his sisters who had taken the measure that did not make it easier. “The first thing is that there are children around us, idiot! It is our duty to protect all the children and innocents we can, neither they nor their parents are the ones who sent that journalist! And you expect them to apologize now? You have destroyed a building that seems relatively expensive!” The giantess screamed rising again in front of her brother, this time both legs closed to stop her advance completely. “We will be logical, okay? Those people deserve-”

And just as the giantess raised an arm to point to the palace the sound of a gust of shots cut the action in the square completely.

The few pedestrians and tourists who were still in the vicinity (their curiosity beating their sense of survival) watched as the giantess had just received a lead storm all over her back, the smoke from the shots that had just hit her body dispersing with the the morning air. Slowly and before the gaze of the soldiers and security forces who had fired in a preventive manner at the movement of the giantess, Alexa stretched carefully, the bullets falling to the ground from the small holes in her shirt and long pants. "You know that I am defending you right now, right?" The giantess asked, raising an eyebrow as she turned her head toward the palace. “Aggg, I liked this shirt! Damn it…” Alexa growled shaking as she inspected the damage, the little black holes in the gunpowder ruining the dolphin pattern on the shirt.

"Do you still think they deserve our best intentions, little sister?" Ethin also asked raising an eyebrow.

“I'm going to turn this problem around in such a way that you owe me a new aquarium shirt, okay? And yes, I still believe it. This is simply the reaction to your action, focused on the giantess because it is easier to shot the bigger target, right guys?!” Alexa shouted furiously, turning to the soldiers as she took the coffin with both hands to present it. "I will ignore this act of gigantophobia too obvious and say that we come in peace, we bring the reconstructed remains of the journalist that you sent us and that tried to attack the one chosen by my mother-"

The security forces began to divide from their positions on high ground and those who began to take positions in front of the main entrance of the building, those without counting those who were arriving in armored vans surrounding the square. Ethin and Alexa kept silent while the soldiers took the last tourists and pedestrians out of the perimeter. "Are you still thinking about it, Lexa?" The young god asked his sister again, who frowned without looking away from the surroundings. Ethin could be many things, many more than Alexa would even think of saying out loud.

Imbecil was one of the few who she didn't find it hard to say out loud, only this time the young giantess goddess decided to save it for herself, the soldiers not being within the group of people who had to listen their family quarrels. "Please, gentlemen ..." Alexa raised her voice imitating her brother, making her words resonate in the minds of everyone around her. “We come in peace, I apologize for the behavior of my older brother. We just want to deliver the journalist's remains and clarify the situation that led us to have to attack him, just that and nothing else! Pinky promise!”

No one answered for a few minutes that for young people were made eternal, waiting and seeing in silence as an especially tall and well-behaved man, one who judged by his different uniform should be a high position. “Je m'appelle Cyril Suchet, lieutenant-colonel du Corps des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Monaco. Je parle et représente le prince devant vous, enfants d'un supposé dieu"

In silence Ethin walked to be side by side with her sister, both looking at each other in silence. "He's speaking French ..." Alexa stated mentally, not wanting to look ridiculous in front of so many people. "Why?"

"As we have used the universal language of Arcadia they must have believed that we could speak their language ..." For someone as serious as Ethin to be whispering and ashamed was something that was not even acceptable to think, much less live it. “If you have a French-Arcadian universal translator, now is the time to take it out”

“Do you want me to take it from my magic pocket? I can take it with my Hopter and the Anywhere Door. Damn it, Ethin! I'm a robotics and weapons engineer, I don't do things like universal translators or carry them on! You are the one who spends the day reading documents about laws from other countries, I hoped you knew French!”

“Why would I know one of the languages r03;r03;that will end up being discarded in favor of the Arcadian? With attending English, Chinese and Spanish classes that if they endure more is more than enough”

Even with brains and minds beyond human limits, Eva's children agree that they inherited from their mother the absolutely null passion for languages, trusting that the planet would end up accepting the ease and versatility of Arcadian, the language that everyone in the MWCommonwealth already attributed to the Earth. Alexa clenched her teeth while leaving the coffin on the floor next to her feet, deciding to take a different perspective to face the situation. "I know you think we are speaking French ...-" The giantess began to explain, expressing herself with her arms in a way that could (and was being) interpreted as a mockery despite her good intentions. “But in reality we are speaking Arcadian, our language that has evolved so that in combination with our abilities it can be understood by speakers of any language… we don't have much idea of r03;r03;French, so if you are so kind, could you speak English? We know it a little better, pleasy please...” The giantess smiled kindly and innocently, taking a few steps forward with her arms open to show she had nothing to hide.

The immediate response to the attempt of the giantess to approach was 2 shots to her head and specifically her right eye, courtesy of one of the most rookie law enforcement officers who had left to defend the palace. "And now? Are you still thinking about it?” Ethin asked once more while Alexa shrugged on her knees gripping her eye with both hands.

But while the soldiers hoped that it would have been a direct impact that caused substantial damage, the reality is that the giantess took off the bullets as if they were legañas. “Do you know? I can understand that you are scared of us!” The giantess said as she regained her composure, rising completely with her hands on her hips. “But if you want peaceful answers you should offer that same pacifist intention! You are lucky that we are virtually immortal and indestructible, because those shots would have killed anyone else!” The mention of their qualities by the giant caused a collective gasp among the soldiers, who tried to understand that having been shot in the middle of the pupil there would not be a wound notch in Alexa.

The commander who had spoken before whispered something to his nearest officer, waiting for his man to nod his head to take a few steps forward. "Put your hands behind your head and kneel, those low-caliber shots may have done nothing to you but I can assure you that we have positions taken with weapons that will undoubtedly be more effective."

Ethin took a deep breath before even responding to total boldness, and before he had the chance, his sister (to his surprise) broke out with a rage he had never seen before in the maniacal of robots and weapons. “KNEE UP?! What part of peace do you seem to understand, you big idiot?!” The giantess screamed with all her might, her voice heard throughout the city and the surrounding lands. Alexa was completely runaway, not even realizing that she was growing even bigger in size and presence. “I COME WITH ALL MY GOOD WILL TO RETURN THE REMAINS AND ASK WHY YOU DECIDED TO SEND A JOURNALIST WITH A FIREARM LOADED TO THE INTERVIEW WITH MY MOTHER, BUT NOT! THAT WAS TOO MUCH COMPLEX FOR YOU, DAMN BASTARD MONKEYS WITH GREAT ASPIRATIONS!” The giantess stepped forward when she reached 40 feet tall, her foot longer than most of the soldiers were high shattered the ground with the force of an explosive, the pieces of marble flying through the air in all directions while Soldiers' bullets flew towards Alexa and Ethin.

The older brother decided to let his sister release her frustrations, picking up the coffin before following in her footsteps. Alexa stopped just in front of the line of soldiers, who tried not to shake too much in front of her following the example of her general (something really difficult considering that they were only slightly higher than the heels of the young giantess). “Do you know? One of our abilities is to know at the moment the state of our bodies and that of the people close to you. The strongest of those here can lift 70 kilos of weight, do you think that will be enough against MY FUCKING 36 TONS OF WEIGHT?!”

The mere threat was enough to unleash two actions: that of fleeing in all the soldiers at his feet except Cyril and that of firing by those he had ordered to take elevated positions. The new wave of shrapnel of greater caliber was joined by shocking grenades and, to the surprise of Ethin and above all Alexa, a missile that hit directly on the side of his skull.

The giantess remained impassive throughout the shooting, her eyes full of fury pinned to the general at her feet. The explosion only managed to slightly disheve it, not a scratch or burn mark on its perfect skin. "Rude" The giantess proclaimed as she raised her arm in the direction from where the missile had come, with a snap of fingers the soldier even with the missile launcher appeared on her palm. Only this managed to break the temper of Cyril, who drew his gun to see how the giantess wrapped the soldier in his fist. "Are you begging, rude little man?" Alexa asked a few seconds later, giving up trying to make sense of the words between tears and babble of the anonymous soldier. "I'm not asking with irony, I could have learned all your dictionary ... and who I want to deceive, all your history as a country, in this time that we are here but your behavior has not allowed me to waste time learning your future dead language"

""He is begging you, giantess" Cyril muttered in perfect English.

“Mmmmhhhh… I think it's totally logical, I would do it in your situation too! I scare you, huh little rude one?” The giantess asked smiling without caring the least that her words were destroying the self-esteem of the soldier, taking him with both hands and leading him right in front of his huge mouth (making sure to smile showing his teeth as much as possible). "Tell me, if I inspire you so much fear that you urinated in your uniform and my hands, you could do me the favor of explaining why-" Picking it up again in one hand, Alexa pulled with a gentle pull (which was enough for the soldier to dislocate the shoulder and wrist) the missile launcher. The soldier stopped crying and breathing when he saw how only the thumb and index the giantess flattened and folded the missile launcher until it became a rectangle of metal no thicker than the sole of his shoes. “-You shot me with this toy? Do you like to have firecrackers thrown in your face? I can assure you, I don't like it at all.”

“Leave it now! It has been my order, giantess!” Cyril shouted while pointing his gun at Alexa's head even though all the previous tests had shown him that it was no use.

Alexa looked down, still smiling, squatting, making sure to cast all her shadow on him. “Oh, has that been your order, lieutenant-colonel Cyril Suchet? Then should I punish you for all the shots? It would be more fair, right?”

"Do what you want with me, just let it go" Cyril growled without losing eye contact for a second.Alexa stopped smiling when she realized that it was starting to cost her to keep the sadistic vein. Unfortunately, these things were much better for Mist or Mythra than for her. “Big brother, I think it's time for you to intervene, right? You are the one who received the mission, I am only here to intimidate them in the role of your personal thug ... and I think I deserve a good reward for such a good job!”

Ethin nodded pushing the bridge of his glasses with both fingers, his eyes shining with an intense black tone. The young god began to walk slowly towards Cyril, each step unleashing a seismic wave that shook the foundations of everything around. "Lieutenant Cyril, if you answer for your prince, answer: Why did you send a journalist with a loaded firearm to us?"

Cyril stifled a growl, changing his gaze to the young god. "I can't speak for his bosses, but at our meeting We order you to maintain your composure and honor our country in front of your supposed goddess-"

"Do you dare to call our mother supposed goddess?!" The two brothers said at the same time.

“In front of your mother. We have seen the images that other journalist recorded, we have seen his reaction to the election of Lucy Crews and we totally accept the punishment you imposed. Accepted our humblest apologies both for him and for the behavior of my men right now, please.” Cyril bowed his head, bending in a perfect bow of apology. The two brothers watched him silently, alternating between looking at each other and him.

Alexa silently nodded to her older brother, the only sign Ethin needed. "As representatives of Arcadia 7Th and our mother, Goddess Eve, we accept your apology, Cyril Suchet" Cyril looked up, feeling her heart return to normal rhythm, arriving just in time to see how the giantess left next to him the soldier who was holding his shattered left arm as well as I could. "Now, as punishment ..." Ethin began speaking again to Cyril's terrifying surprise.

"For having attacked my sister even though she was the one who wanted everything to happen peacefully: Alexa, that tower"

The giantess looked to her left quickly, distinguishing the smaller tower than herself that her brother was referring to. Quickly recovering the smile Alexa began to walk until she was in front of her, all while Cyril kept begging her to stop. The giantess stood with one foot forward to the other in front of the tower, her body slightly tilted to the right with her right fist tightly closed.

"10 seconds!" Alexa humming as her fist began to glow in a mysterious and slightly scary dark yellow tone. "5 seconds, I hope there is no one left inside!" The giantess repeated her announcement, closing her eyes while the light of her fist was dyed an intense black.

“DO IT, RIGHT NOW!” Ethin shouted making sure the entire city listened to him, adults, the elderly and children alike. Alexa's smile grew as all the faces of the humans at her feet froze, the giantess leap to hit the tower down with her fist. The resulting tremor traveled throughout the city shaking it as if it were a low-intensity earthquake, the fragments of stone flying up to several neighborhoods away (none of them damaging any living being thanks to Alexa's charm) and the cracks traveling and covering everything 100 meters around where the tower used to be. The impact was perfect, completely destroying the tower without the impact damaging or knocking down another part of the palace. Centuries and centuries of history vanished in less than 2 seconds, the crater several meters deep that the punch of the giantess had left still shining with that strange black and yellow glow almost half a minute later. (Shine that as the people of Monaco will discover would never fade again)

“Uff! Goddess, what a pleasure to release a half quarter of my power! It's been too long since the last time!” The giantess humming innocently while waving her right hand like a boxer after a round.

“Good blow, little sister. Not powerful enough considering that you have been shot with a missile but as an exemplary measure it will be more than enough to this people” Ethin congratulated his little sister as she returned to her natural 18 feet 3 inches high, hitting the five between them before redirect himself to the lieutenant crying in front of him. “As I said, you have been very lucky that my sister Alexa was the one who accompanied me today; If there are no robots involved, this girl here is unable to maintain a grudge with anyone. With this I end our relations permanently until further notice, I advise the executive body of the city-state of Monaco not to think for a second or ask to look in the same direction as Arcadia 7Th, good morning” And with that last sentence that Cyril would remember all his life Ethin and Alexa began to walk again towards the center of the square where the space gate had opened again, leaving behind debts valued at several tens of millions of Euros both in physical and psychological damage to all who had witnessed the acts.

08:30 in the morning.

No matter how many days passed, Lucy still did not get used to hearing the sound of the alarm ringing throughout all the room. The beginning of a new day in her new job, the first day finally without being under the firm and muscular wing of Lucius. The old chief of staff had spent three days and almost three nights instructing her with everything necessary to attend to and deal with the Heirs and their Vital companions, creating in the process a mental image of them terrifying:

From not losing the eyes of the Heirs not even a second to avoid letting them into your mind until always control their movement in the corridors to avoid unexpected collisions of a similar magnitude as if a Hammer ran over her. And not just referring to the girls.

The time for action had finally arrived, and on occasion too. Celica's life partner, Abbie, was finally going to receive the "adaptation operation" after 3 years of delay. According to Lucius, Abbie had gone through a great depression and diagnosed terror before finally deciding to have surgery, so the whole family was going to accompany her to the clinic at the island's command base. And for the whole family as the reporter discovered minutes later it included all the vital companions, matriarchs, patriarchs and staff members who decided to go. Apparently the decision applied to her too apparently, since Sirius had even prepared the alarm clock.

A unique opportunity to finally put face to all the people who had been learning with Sirius these days and put into practice all his lessons. An occasion that terrified her at levels that she couldn't believe herself. "8:31 in the morning, Lucy" The old leader of the Staff shouted knocking on her door, the sound of his stomps to the rhythm of the second hand of the clock denoting an impatience, in opinion never expressed vocally by Lucy, perhaps too exaggerated.

“I'm awake, Boss! Just one minute!" She pleaded as she jumped from one side to the other, trying to dress for three different parts of the body at the same time.

“Abbie and Celica are already in the clinic waiting room, so we will meet with the family as soon as you are ready. Let's do a quick review, okay? Adaptive Operation” Sirius didn't ask it as a question, rather as an affirmation. Even so it was enough for Lucy's neurons to get to work.

"The adaptation operation is the process by which a vital partner or important member of the vicinity of the Goddess receives ...-" The reporter bit her lip, try to search her notebook in the maximum possible silence.“Is injected with the blood of the Goddess and the Heir of whom they are Vital companions! The blood of the spinal cord of the Goddess and the Heirs has the unique property of transmitting certain qualities of them to its recipients, including immunity to aging, superhuman resistance and a greater capacity for mental scanning"

"Well read, you are very good at checking your notes" Sirius joked while Lucy finally opened her door, giving the last touches to the arrangements to her new work uniform. (Lucy was not a fan of wearing pants, and yet it was hard for her to admit how well they felt)

Lucy only responded with a growl while Sirius took the liberty of giving her the last touches, this time leaving her perfectly. “A lot of text, a lot of everything! You can't pretend to learn everything in just a few days! I'm sure it took you years to also remember all this!-”

“Obviously, Lucy, but that doesn't mean you should relax and trust that one day you'll be up to it. Now is as important as tomorrow, and now is especially important! While I attend and control the Heirs and Olivia controls the mission of Monaco from her office, you will assist Abbie and Celica in the preoperative” Lucy nodded silently, glad that the old man had put her with the only ones who had at least spoken something (although in the case of Celica it all came from the unfortunate incident). The couple went down the employees' elevator to the hall next to the main hall, where Morgan was waiting for them sitting in his chair to the surprise of the reporter, his expression of annoyance on the other hand did not surprise her so much. “Thank you for waiting to wait for us. The morning is something too cold for my bones-”

“Cut it out, old man! I know you've made me stay to see what my attitude is with the new nany.” The Heir growled without getting up from his chair, crossing his arms behind the back of his neck.

Being Morgan who had put her in the situation of duty favors, Lucy had specially studied her information sheet. Making sure to smile without looking away from the Heir's eyes, she approached the white armchair with a card deck pattern (somewhat tacky but that she would keep for herself for all eternity) with the name Morgan Engraved in golden letters. “Morgan, the second son of the Goddess born on September 18, 2002” The reporter began speaking without flinching at the mocking grimace of the Heir. “Son of Patriarch Aiden, within the system of titles without any value that he maintains with his siblings, he calls himself ‘The magician’”

“Well, I'm glad to see that you know how to memorize information from a record of… information! That puts you ahead of this chair but behind my cat Athena, congratulations!” Morgan clapped loudly, his mocking grin turning into a mocking smile.

And with a mocking smile, he became a neutral expression when he saw that Lucy stood firm smiling. “But that's not fair, don't you think? Athena is your vital companion thanks to the experiments that Eyvel, the eighth daughter, performed with her. To compare myself with her that combines an IQ of 145 points with the collar that allows her spinal cord's electrical impulses to be converted into sounds allowing her to speak in any language is simply unfair!” The reporter hid as much as she could the superiority she was feeling when she watched as Morgan unconsciously cringed in her chair. “And know that I have not only memorized your entire information sheet! I have also memorized the medical and psychological, which allows me to know that you measure 2 meters and 37 centimeters, weigh 145 kilos of pure condensed muscle fiber and hide two great secrets from your siblings: An irrational envy to the gigantic size of your sisters and a fear that-”

"ENOUGH!" Morgan shouted, jumping up from his chair, his cheeks burning red with all the accumulated shame. “It's clear to me, you have taken your nany work very seriously! I'm glad to know that I work with a person so involved, you can stop talking!”

"Oh, should I stop now, Morgan the great god-wizard?"Hearing Lucy pronounce the nickname of her childhood that had haunted him throughout his adolescence was too much for him, who simply did what every teenager with powers beyond the laws of relativity would do to a young woman who was only as tall as his own navel.

Take her by the shoulders while lowering her head defeated. "Please, I have made no one remember all that of the magician god ... I don't want to repeat all that humiliation ..." The Heir's reaction was much more innocent and much less violent than the reporter expected (also much cute, another thing that she would have to be taken to the grave), almost to the point that Lucy began to feel really bad for him.

"I will never get that issue out again, you can trust me." The reporter smiled, taking the hand of the Heir in his. “Your mother hired me to serve as a support, a friend for you to tell your problems and all that things you already know. We can try to be friends instead of this sort of resentment and distrust that you have for me, don't you think? It would greatly facilitate my work for and with you!” The young god raised his head even without being able to understand his new nany very well, something strange considering that it was the only thing he had been doing the last days at all times, even in the middle of his rehearsals. The combination of sincerity, folly, simplicity and picaresque of her was certainly curious, enough to put him on the defensive by hiding in resentment for what had happened to her with her sister Celica.

"Well, if you are finally going to deal with us we can try ... get along" Morgan growled without looking into her eyes, arms crossed over her chest in her best interpretation as a tsundere to date. “But rest assured that I will not forget the errands you owe us! I plan to make sure you're going to meet each and every one of them-”

"Morgan, dear" Sirius interrupted as he looked at his watch, as much as he liked to see how the lessons he had taught Lucy paid off as time went by and nothing could be done to avoid it. "Can we go? You know that when Leah and Eyvel get to work on something together ... those two crazy asshead to call them affectionately are too irritable and irritating when their schedules are not met”

The mere mention of his mother Leah and her sister Eyvel irritated was enough so that Morgan will completely change his behavior, moving away from the duo to extend his hands. The reporter stayed away as she had studied, the ritual of opening the space doors causing great physical discomfort in any normal person. The door opened as soon as Morgan opened his hands, the mysterious crack in reality showing on the other side a room not too far from a hospital room of the many that the reporter had been. "Well Lucy, you know what not to do?" Sirius asked while patting her back.

"Close your eyes and mouth and don't breathe until you are on the other side, I remember it." The reporter smiled as she ran to Morgan's side, stopping just in front of the crack. The air pressure felt strange, a strange smell similar to burnt wood emanated from it. His skin bristled at the situation, feeling almost as if everything was a dream. "Good ..." Lucy whispered as she closed her eyes, mentally mentalizing to start walking. Slowly. Very slowly. Too much for the Heir, who decided to give a gentle push to his back. "Hey!" Lucy growled noticing the change in pressure, opening her eyes to look back and find a hospital bed so mechanized and full of devices that looked like the future.

One used by Abbie, who was sitting on the bed while Celica stroked her back. Except that the giantess on the other side of the bed didn't look exactly like the girl she had seen naked days before. Physically she was identical to Celica, but at the same time her most modern and masculine clothes were not something that the reporter imagined that Celica would usually wear with everything she had been reading about her, which led Lucy to only one possible conclusion.

“Good morning to both of you, Abbie! And you must be Rio, right? Before you say anything I feel very much my misunderstanding with Celica, I swear”

"This is the girl, right?" Rio asked quietly, his speech and tone instantly differentiating her from her twin sister. Rio reached out her other hand to the reporter, offering her index finger. “You will have already gone through Sirius's classes about us, so I'll get straight to the point. Do you have any questions to ask me about what you have read about me?” Lucy nodded, thanking how quickly Rio wanted to take the presentations out of the way.

“Two questions really, if you don't mind. Why does it say that your vital partners are Celica and Abbie? Your sister Alazne has Hope as her Vital companion but in her case it is marked as temporary ... in yours not and there is no extra entry, besides your name appears on the Celica card too as her Vital companion! And the second question is why every so often do you spend certain weeks away from home in Arcadia 6Th? They thought they wouldn't let you out except in very specific situations like today's mission of Ethin and Alexa”

Rio sketched a grimace of interest reinforced by a half smile, crossing one arm under her breasts and covering her mouth with her other hand. “Interesting and well-posed questions without letting me dodge it by taking other courses, good job Lucy Crews. For the first answer, I must assume that my ... ability is not indicated on my information sheet? Calling it that way considering who we are seems somewhat redundant but it will be the best option” Lucy denied confirmed. "You will see ... within our wide range of powers, I have one that is ... unique to me, the alteration of fortune"

"Alteration of fortune, like you can give good luck or bad luck to people?"

Rio denied with a smile that told Lucy that she was not the only one to make such a statement. "We could summarize it very openly in that ... but I prefer to say that I am able to alter the probabilities of certain events, such as a topdeck playing blackjack or a slot run" The two examples opened the eyes of the reporter, who quickly understood where the shots were going. “This skill of mine has a limit range as far as I can use it, and by chance the destiny, Las Vegas was built very close to Arcadia 6Th! Every time we need money from abroad to solve the affairs of some new inhabitant of Arcadia 7th our father Henry sends me to Arcadia 6th, and from there using my telepathy to guided the actions of our agents-”

"You don't need to say anything else ... I get the feeling that this is extremely illegal and I prefer to know just the right thing!" Lucy laughed as she approached Abbie's couch, leaning on the railing. "Today I am here to assist in what you need, so start asking for whatever you want, I will try to fulfill it-" Abbie closed her eyes throwing herself to cover the reporter's mouth directly. "Please ... if you put yourself in this way you will only make me worry even more! I had to send Celica to find my favorite milkshake in Arcadia just to get a few minutes without worrying about it and trying to make me happy.”

"It's not that it seems like torture especially ..."

“It is when it is something constant every 20 seconds or so… This operation has my nerves already and I don't need more pressure! I just want to have surgery and go home with my two favorite girls ... And maybe please them now that they don't have to worry about me.” Abbie looked sideways, winking at the giantess who was blushing furiously. For exactly 2 seconds, when Abbie realized they were not alone in the room.Lucy frowned in confusion, tilting her head as she tried to make sense of the situation.

"I guess this answers your first question, right?" Rio whispered without looking away from the door. "The reason why I have my sister and Abbie ... and my sister has me is because...-" "We've always been together three times ..." Abbie continued trying to speed up the conversation, the discomfort of both feeling in the environment. And Lucy couldn't understand why, especially given that Mythra and her harem lived literally at the end of the hall.

“I can understand that you are a polyamory trio, is that what worries you so much?-” "Don't say it out loud!" The two shouted whispering. "Why?" Lucy asked joining the whispered screams.

“Because unlike who you're clearly thinking about and I don't need to read your mind to see it, ours is… incest! A polyamorous three-way relationship...-” Rio lowered her head to be as close as possible to the reporter, drowning every word more and more of the sentence. “Where two of those in the relationship are daughters of the Goddess! Imagine the shame we would pass if someone knew that I or Celica not only have feelings for Abbie but for the other even though they are physicaly identical!” Lucy bit her lip silently while thinking of a suitable name not humorous to call the physical attraction to someone who is physically a copy of you. "You can see how terrible this is, right? We would be the laughing stocks of our family and Arcadia!”

Lucy nodded even without paying much attention. From the first moment the reporter entered the island, the number of concessions to the crazy things she had been living had only increased almost exponentially, much more than she had ever imagined. And the first time that someone in this crazy country turned out to be incest. Country of crazy people fell short.

“With all my respect and from the fact that I have left in the comments of hundreds of fanfics that Incest=Wincest, that you should know that I see nothing wrong in your relationship no matter how much social taboos are against you and that you have my support and trust" The reporter said taking her hand to her fist, a gesture that, along with her words, greatly relieved the shadow on the faces of the young women. "Just a point from me ... you don't think that being your family who you are is really difficult for them not to know what of you three?”

Of the silence of both Abbie was the first to speak, even with her head bowed. “We have never talked about this with anyone, so I have no idea if they know it or not. And I'm not going to find out either.”

"Okay, I can understand that feeling..."

Much quieter to see that Lucy was not reacting as they (and Celica) imagined, Rio straightened again to talk. “The only people who know how you can imagine are Sirius and mom, they are the ones who filled out our chips in secret. On the advice of mom, Abbie and Celica were the ones that formalized being Vital companions and I have a decoy token for the rest where I have Sirius as a Vital partner ... and if he has given you the truth sheet for you to study it's because he trusts true in you, either because he sees you trust after what happened to my twin-”

As if she had heard her name, Celica appeared from a space door that covered the entire wall with a giant smoothie of her size in one hand. "Here's your milkshake!" The giantess announced quickly as she ran to squat on the other side of the bed, completely ignoring the presence of the reporter to the point of almost crushing her when she sat down. “Double cream, banana, mango and no sugar sprinkled!” She said as she pulled out of her left pocket a normal-sized straw already prepared to join the tip of her own giant straw. Celica silently waited for a thank you or some word of kindness from her beloved like a puppy that had just brought the newspaper, but instead all she found was the bewildered looks of both and the hand of her twin sister pointing to the ground under she. "What happens?"

"You haven't noticed ... your ass is so big that you haven't noticed anything?" Rio asked as she blinked in bewilderment, mentally wondering if she could also become so ... unconscious. Celica threw back her hand in confusion, feeling the ground beneath her ... until she touched what appeared to be boots connected to legs.

Rising slowly as the blood from her body ran at full speed to her cheeks, the giantess looked down watching as the reporter who had managed to lie on the ground just in time crawled until she could stand up on the railing. "We don't have good encounters ... eh Celica?" Lucy joked as she looked up, seeing how the giant was on the verge of crying.

"Yeah ... are still worth for you some of my ol' good apologies?" Celica asked as she sat a little farther away, two huge knees and thighs surrounding and blocking Lucy's path without anyone noticing. "I will understand if the answer is no ..."

"Apologies accepted, I owe you after the other day" Lucy joked while fixing her clothes, rejoicing more than ever how stupidly clean everything was on this island. “Just let me ask something because right now I'm very curious. Do they have glasses for giantess in all Arcadia stores or is it because you have gone to a cafe or whatever you go to very often?”

Celica denied turning the glass until she showed the reporter her name written on a border. “We have them in the kitchen of our house for situations where we want to go to eat at a restaurant or stop by a bar. To ask the thousands of Arcadia 7th establishments to have utensils for giantess... considering that we are currently only 13 sisters and our mother as giantess is asking them to attend less than 0.0001% of the population! A little overkill if you ask me”

The argument was so logical that Lucy could not fault her, but knowing that despite her title Eva and her children were too soft with their status. With her doubts resolved, the reporter retired to one of the chairs placed at the foot of the bed, leaving Celica and Rio to take control of the situation.

Watching them was a lot of r03;r03;fun, two identical young people in absolute power and image devoting all their attention and love to someone who was lucky one tenth of their size and weight, like seeing two Bengal tigers taking care of a hamster. A fighting hamster that mercilessly rejected all the excessive attempts to overstate her, but a hamster after all. Only by the gestures of both sisters was it easy to start updating the mental record she had formed of both:

While Celica was the one who took the lead and the first one faced the wall that Abbie represented, all her gestures and form speaking they revealed a great softie who enjoyed attending not only Abbie but her sister or herself as well. Rio in contrast was more planner and cautious, studying the failures of her twin to try to offer more correct and efficient options, always maintaining an elegant and adult way of speaking. And none of that saved her from being like a great (both ways of the word) dork when her ideas were rejected, making the same silly face of confusion as her twin sister.

A certainly comical situation because of its constant repetition and the increasingly desperate attempts of the twins, one that still did not prevent the reporter from admiring Abbie's fortitude. The human was the best possible example of the role of a Vital Companion that Sirius had emphasized so much, being able to move forward, evaluate and reject the movements of her two gigantic almighty fiancees before even they could do them and without immutating for it or losing the slightest of tight control over the situation. An ability to handle them impressive at least, letting their smaller offerings pass to make them happy and to steal a look at their faces lit with discretion, a skill that Sirius has say that herself had to learn and replicate to a lesser extent. (Lesser measure was a term that Lucy herself did not believe true, since unlike the Vital companions who dedicated all their time to their linked Heirs, she had to control and judge the proposals of all the brothers at the same time)

Looking at them, a flame lit within her, one that she had not felt for years. The burning desire to write and show the world how amazing these girls were, their reporter instinct returning with the force of a liner.

After almost 10 minutes of being silent seeing that every idea that crossed her mind to liven up Abbie's wait was said before by Celica and Rio and rejected on the spot, four knocks at different heights of the door interrupted her mental list of future questions. Without waiting for an answer (something that the reporter began to see more and more common in the family) the giant knob turned opening the door, the two women on the other side forcing Lucy to rub her eyes.

Ignoring that the more adult-looking one was a somewhat lower and flatter human than Lucy and the other was a clear daughter of Eva with her gigantic size, her hair and eyes of iridescent glass and her body filled with generous curves; the two were maintained a similarity physically much more superior to that of Celica and Rio. Same disheveled mane, same dark circles and ungainly look, same white coat unbuttoned with an inner tank top, same lips gestures handling a stick between the lips (a gigantic lollypop in the case of the giantess), same posture with the shoulders forward and the head angled towards the ground (only logical gesture in the giantess). Without a doubt and without the need for anyone to confirm it, Lucy knew that she was facing the infamous matriarch Leah, known as "Eva's insane demon-scientific."

“what yer yak still daein 'haur, mah idiots an' gigantic daughters? tak 'awa' yer huge an 'grottie hans frae mah patient!”

'Oh no, she's Scottish' Lucy thought as she struggled to remove the flashbacks from her nowhere discreet former neighbors of the farm.

“th 'adaptation operation is a lang an' exhaustin 'process, an' if ah hae tae play th 'gam by bettin' somethin ', it is' at ye tois arenae adequate tae tak 'caur an' someain in th' preoperatife period!"

"We're not doing anything to stress her, mom Leah!" Celica and Rio responded in synchrony, their tone of voice degenerating into a more chill and childish in the presence of one of their maternal figures. Leah kept her expression of constant disgust as she moved her cigarette from side to side, looking sideways at the reporter. "Ae ... yoo're th 'lassie mah hen has hired, huh? Ah hiner uir bairns huvnae caused ye tay mony headaches. sirius says ye waur a reporter, sae ye shoods be used tae dealin 'wi' egocentric assholes loch mah bairns, reit?”

Memories of Mr. Campbell talking too fast and pinching his cheeks flooded his mind so much that translating Leah's words was not possible, simply choosing to nod. While Leah smiled making almost a dozen holographic screens appear with Abbie's name around her, the third Heiress present moved away from her side approaching Lucy, sitting squatting beside her. The presence of the giantess so close was as impressive as that of her sisters, the air around her covered in the mysterious fragrance of power of all her brothers and mother. “Nice to meet you, Eyvel!” Lucy took the initiative, remembering that Sirius had mentioned that shyness was one of the two characteristic features of her (along with evil genius although the reporter was almost certain that it was some kind of heavy joke of the old man). "I'm Lucy, I hope you remind me of the other day's meeting-"

“Lucy Crews, Alabama Spirit reporter. I have GEMA. researching all about you. Why a reporter like you have so much hidden information? Is it part of the deal with mom or was it her idea? Or do you hide a hidden past as a hired killer for the South Korean mafia” Eyvel asked at full speed in a single phrase with an almost whispered voice. Voice so soft and adorable and so far from the deep Scottish tone of her other biological mother that Lucy had to blink twice to understand that she had come from someone as big as her.

Without thinking too much Lucy simply nodded, realizing that she was not really answering any questions. And that was surely ideal, Eva's idea with the report remained a secret. “The human beings from the outside are curious, you don't seem to be too clear about how to communicate. I will do more research to develop a language that allows me to question you more effectively, new nanny” A comment certainly worrisome, Lucy thought, much more coming from someone whose title among her brothers was that of Genius of Evil.

“Eyvel! gonnae-no wastin 'time wi' th 'new lassie an' come haur, we hae a lang an 'complex wark day aheid ay me an' Ah want tae finish suin tae see th 'lest chapter ay "foorteenth street" wi' eva an 'henry oan time tae nae swallaw spoilers!” Leah shouted at her daughter while taking control of Abbie's bed, slapping Celica's hand away to make her way. Eyvel obeyed his mother without waiting a minute, saying goodbye to the reporter with a gentle nod before getting up to open the door. The matriarch stopped passing control of the bed to her daughter to look back at Lucy, keeping her eyes narrowed in an expression that worried her slightly. “Lucy, I will keep an eye on you. I trust my wife's decision but as a mother of these children I have a duty to take care of them, do you understand right?” Without being surprised at the slightest of the perfect english (technically Arcadian according to Sirius), the reporter saw how the matriarch and the Heir marched down the hall with an almost too theatrical evil laugh. Lucy decided to continue her work of attending to the Heiresses turning to see how they were, Rio sighed looking at her phone and Celica put both hands to her chest biting her lower lip in her best interpretation of wife watching her husband go to war.

The theatricality mentality seemed to be something that was carried in the family's blood, Lucy nodded to herself.

And with the arrival of twilight, her consciousness returned to her.

The first thing Abbie noticed when consciousness returned to her body was ... how much she was noticing everything. The movement of her lungs, the serum entering her veins... the blood moving through her body. A strange, almost extracorporeal feeling ... as if her body was not her!

Her muscles felt different, just like her bones, as if everything in her would be part of a machine in perfect synchrony. And that scared her ... but not even fear felt as before. Where one day ago fear felt as if it was dragged into an abyss, drowning and blinding it; Now that same fear was nothing more than a slight feeling of discomfort inside her stomach, one that a new sense of security will not go wrong.

Her ears caught everything around her body, from the dripping of the serum to the same vibration of electricity entering the machines that controlled her physical state. The pressure of her own body was completely overcome, Abbie slowly opened her eyes ... marveling at the white ceiling of the postoperative room. The light took on a new form around it, the brightest and purest colors of the afternoon danced around it in a way that the human would never have imagined ... and at that moment Abbie thought that calling herself human was no longer correct.

No ... a human would not feel enough energy to run several triathlons in a row after a 10-hour and 27-minute operation. And a human would not know exactly how much he had been unconscious as soon as he woke up without looking at the clock. Now she was a vital Companion in her entire definition of the title, the closest in this world to the Goddess and her children.

Maybe in the future, maybe one day what she was feeling will become the normal form of humanity ... but until that day these feelings were all her own, her own and those of the other Companions destined to walk alongside the Heirs and Eve.

"You remember who you are, right? That means we were all right that there was no reason to worry!" The voice of the first vital Companion behind the Matriarchs and Patriarchs, Cesar, rang from the other side of the room under the window, the young man in his early twenties reading a book while waiting to wake up from it. Abbie nodded without even speaking, somewhat afraid of hearing her own voice in case she had changed. The fear that had dragged her so much in recent years was completely behind, the feeling of having behaved like an idiot was too powerful to ignore. “Don't blame yourself for what you're thinking, Abbie. Reconciling the actions of your old self with the thoughts of your new self is the most common during the first days, the internal confrontation between who you are, who feels you should be and who you were is inevitable”

"You make it look complex ..." Abbie replied noticing how her heart sighed in relief, the tone of her voice almost identical to the previous one except in greater clarity and firmness in the words.

“We are complex beings, Abbie. We combine a tiny part of what makes Eva, Hope, Celica, Rio and the others who are with a body that was originally human and to that we add our own identity. I like to call it… the Sangenshoku effect”

"The combination of the three primary colors in the color black ... Why the hell do I know that ?!" Abbie shouted as she sat up leaning on the railing.

Cesar could not suppress a giggle, closing his book at once as he rose from his chair to approach the bed. “It's called inheritance of knowledge, a byproduct of the adaptation operation. A tiny part of the knowledge that Celica and Rio have acquired in their lives has passed to you through their blood, you can expect to have all kinds of stupid data in your head ... for example I have the different models of some outsiders dolls that Hope was investigating for a college exercise. Advantage or disadvantage of our new condition, only time will tell if the information you have acquired will be useful or not.”

"All this sounds even too weird ..." Cesar knew well the sensations that were flooding his "new" sister, both having passed through those same as having been present in the transformation of all other vital partners so far. The task originally falls to the hands of matriarch Leah, who by simply her way of being made her the last person advisable to deal with people in such a ... strange and awkward situation. “It must sound weird since it's intrinsic to Aunt Eva! Come on, stop wasting your time and get up. You and I know that you had never felt better than you feeling right now"

To deny it would be to lie and to delay it would be useless, Abbie thought silently as she sat on the other side of the bed. Leaning on and breathing deeply, the ex-human stood up with such an amazing facility that she almost made her jump a second time. "I have to say-"

“That you cannot understand how you might find yourself after good, so alive after such a complex and long operation where you have been: A) Removed almost 2 thirds of blood from the body to exchange it for a mixture of Celica and Rio, B ) They have replaced your old useless and inefficient organs for your new body with the versions synthesized through Eva's cells, and C) Leah has hit you with an electric shock intense enough to stop your heart, which has caused the new antibodies in the blood of the Heirs take control of your heart to replicate and reactivate the beats. That was what you were going to say, right?”

Abbie denied, even feeling chills from the first time they explained the last part of the adaptation operation. "The truth is that I was going to comment that I had never felt good before just because standing up. I also notice my point of view somewhat higher ... is that normal?"

"Oh ..." The disappointment at César's failure was more than palpable, to the point that Abbie doubted if she should have lied. “Yeah, it's pretty common. Anyway, let's start with the routine checks: Abbie, I want that right now in less than a thousandth of a second to points out where Rio and Celica are. COME ON, NOW!" The Vital partner shouted unexpectedly for her and for himself. Abbie unconsciously raised an arm in each direction, pointing out without quite understanding why.

Simply ... something inside her guided her.

“Correct both directions, the ability to know where your Heir is especially useful, even more so if you train to detect where Eva or the rest of the Heirs are as I did. Your hair and eyes have crystallized correctly, I will look for a tint and contact lenses of your original colors so that you do not align too much when looking at you in the mirror" César smiled as he crossed out the check on his list, noting that Abbie kept silent looking at her own hands. "Do not keep useless secrets for yourself, hide what you feel is just soooo human... -"

“Did you think that when you talked to me yesterday? Have you always thought that since your operation? Will I think that when talking with our friends in Arcadia, with Sirius, with the rest of the Staff? I will feel that my father... Goddess, I don't even know how to express it in words..."

Rubbing the back of his neck, Cesar looked away pretending to review the holographic list that floated near his left arm. "No need to express it in words, I know what you're talking about. What do you want me to say? Yes, you will feel that you are not being efficient ... but I know you can understand it, both yesterday and right now. It's hard to understand the actions we once did from a higher point on the scale-”

“We are a top on the evolutionary scale, below Eva and the others… but above all who are like us once we were. Every time you talked to me, you felt that I was limited by my own human nature, right? Because that is what I am feeling from my own old thoughts of fear... and frankly, I'm feeling really disgusted with myself!" César put his right fist to his mouth, biting the surface of his index as he tried to think. "I feel that right now the sky is not the same as this morning... that the stars above us look much closer, much more real than they have ever been ..." Abbie's expression could be found in the dictionary next to the words confusion and self-contempt.

"Life takes strange detours, right?" Caesar said as he turned his back on Abbie, walking towards the window and opening it completely to show the sky getting of a dark orange. “When you see your father you will see the man who raised you and protected you by making sure you knew the best possible path. You will look into his eyes and see in them that light that has always taken care of you ... and you will want and know that now you are the one who must build the way for him, for Sirius and for everyone else. From this point you walk this path with us, not by the work of an invisible force but because you know we have a duty to fulfill the rest of our people from Arcadia and this planet.

The day will come when our Heirs will have to stop playing and start working, and we will bring a new light to them on a world limited by their own humanity.”

Abbie smiled, tilting her head, something inside her telling her that Caesar was right. Also while smiling the ex-human said that he had to find a good name for that new ... voice? Will? Thing inside that warmed his heart. "That's pretty beautiful... did you have write it by yourself?"

César smiled showing her the list of the same speech he just said written with dozens of notes. “I thought about it after the third postoperative period I controlled! A little motivational speech to make sense of everything we feel in this situation, one that I can improve for all who come! And at the rate that Aunt Eva is still getting pregnant and that is not going to be soon. I hope that when she reaches her magic number of 25 she decides… take a break!” The first Lifemate smiled as he made the screen disappear. “You are well enough to have debates and philosophical issues, I think we can leave all your new body training for tomorrow and the next day and tonight enjoy a family dinner while watching the biggest scolding in history!"

"Who to whom?" Abbie asked as she searched the room for the bag where her clothes were stored, taking her out seeing that everything was going to be small. Under the clothes a note on paper with what appeared to be her new measures stood out, being on paper meant that it was if or if it was the work of Henry, the only one around who kept pointing things on paper.

“Aunt Olivia to Ethin and Alexa. They have destroy part of the Prince's Palace of Monaco during their visit to return the journalist's remains” Abbie was completely speechless with her eyes wide open, one second at least before assuming that with Ethin "Iron Judge" on the ground the mere fact of having loaded only part should be taken as a resounding success. The desire to see her girlfriends again flooded her heart, the voice in her assuring that there was finally no impediment to consummate her love without needing to contain herself.

Celica enjoyed being directed and dominated much more except when her "inner beast" broke loose ... but Rio instead was a bookcover Top, the most perfect definition of a dominant that Abbie could think of, much more than Mythra.

And only the Goddess knew how much Abbie finally craved this moment!
