do you take requests??? holy cow what an amazing story!! I love that you added onto this! you should make a series out of this! I'd pay good money haha it was awesome!!

-cheers

Author's Response:

Thanks, happy to hear it was enjoyed! I don't usually take requests since I can be a bit too whimsical in my writing to deliver that. People are always free to make them, but rarely gets put to paper if ever.

Looking forward to it. Also, I don't know if you remember, but around four years ago I gave you several story ideas on devianart. Any chance something would come up with them?

Always glad to see more stories from you Inwiththebooks. Vore isn't really my thing I'm more into foot crush but it was a nice follow up to the other stories nonelthess. If Julia was smart she should have attacked before monologuing. That reminds me of a scene from The Incredibbles when Bob Parr/Mr. Incredibles and Lucius Best/Frozone where making fun of a villian monologuing. By the way, will you be writing another Humanity's Downfall story anytime soon, I really like them.

Author's Response:

If she were smart is the key there haha. I always did find it silly in my tabletop experiences how the villain has all the time to monologue. When ya know, could just attack mid sentence. Fiction-isms.

As for Humanity's Downfall, I might have another short story for the setting among my list of things to write. Dunno when I'll get to it, but its in the cards for the near future.

Yes! I was super excited as soon as I saw you'd written another story in this universe, and it absolutely didn't disappoint.

I really enjoyed the setup at the start, and general pacing. I adored the details of Julia's perspective after she dwindled down so much, as well as Rea's general reaction and dialogue.

As one small critique, I did find myself wishing that there was just a bit more of the mouth play. Relative to the rest of the story, it felt a slight bit rushed compared to the lovely build-up that preceeded it. That's a relatively minor complaint, though and it didn't impact my enjoyment of the story.

Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next!

Author's Response:

Happy to hear you enjoyed it, and yeah looking back I can see how that segment would come off as rushed. Something to note down for future stories. I definitely appreciate you pointing that out!
