I was definitely not expecting Scorpio to be her father. Nice plot twist.
"They're a bunch of fucking cannibals," she says, shortly after swallowing one of them alive. Hypocrite much, Susan? Her behavior in this chapter was pretty disturbing at times. I assume that was the drug affecting her. Not sure why she didn't try to cough up the little girl's mother once she realized what she had done.

Almost all of her actions were due to the drug. Dautra is a real thing and the effects are exactly what as in the story. In fact, India is really having a outbreak of users right now. When she broke free of her bonds, normally she would just run for it but her added aggression won over. The fact she didn't puke up the mother showed that even when she had a brief moment of regaining control, her normal thought process was compromised. It was only her training that kept her from going full rampage.
