I really appreciate this start. It's a great story with a good development that makes me want more and more, because I need to know what's going to happen with Daniel while his aunt has all control over him. It's interesting see how useful he can be for her and how she ignore him sometimes.
I'm curious to see what his aunt will going to do with him and if Daniel will have the opportunity to escape or he will continue without being able do to something, only making what she really wants.

This is one of those stories you just want to go on and on and on. I sure hope you add more chapters, especially what happens to Dan when Aunt Nancy is talking with all those clinets; is he still on the floor or is he in some secret compartment within the sole of her high heels, or perhaps scrunched up beneath her toes within her nylons? If they are female clients, will they step on Dan too?
The biggest problem I have with this story is that you start out by saying his mom is comong back in a week. Hopefully it will take a lot longer than that to rehabilitate Dan.
Will Dan ever come to appreciate his Aunt Nancy's foot odor enough that the stench alone will drive him to ectasy, or even Goddess Worship of his Aunt Nancy?

great set-up and story you have here. would love to see nancy's patient play with the protagonist while being unaware or him being used as an unaware hand or foot stress toy.
