“I don’t blame you if you want to get the hell out of her"  My favorite typo so far.

I suppose being a good sex worker includes identifying others' deepest unspoken desires, but that doesn't make Amanda any less of a shit for exploiting both Karen and Sam. Getting Karen clean would "crush her heart" because she would miss sex-tripping?

Of course, after Saturday night all will be forgiven. You want a hit, Sam?

I saw that typo reading over this chapter today and part of me almost doesn't want to fix it.

And, yeah, Amanda's selfishness in combination with Karen's carelesness/obliviousness is a horrible combination.
