Good stuff. It's a familiar premise but you utilize the tropes well to their fullest degree. Nice bits of domination and fun. I appreciate that she didn't straight up kill her at the end as happens in so many such types of stories, which always pulls me out.

I will be returning to this story, but I have some more story ideas to get off my brain first. I'm working on a new one right now, actually. It's going to be quite a bit different than this one (more light-hearted, and involves a shrunken man instead of a shrunken woman.)

Oh, man. I loved this story. I really enjoy the big boss and lowly employee dynamic. I would love to see a sequel to this! This was damn good for a first story. Looking forward to seeing more from you.
