I think I like Mavka now more than Yagaritte! I enjoyed how the mouse scared Mavka and she turned to Edo for protection. Nice reversal in dynamics. Plus she now sees him as something more than a toy. It would be interesting to delve further into their relationship, highlighting the conflict between her 'hunger' to consume him and her interest in him as a person. Which would win? Surely she wouldn't let her passions kill him...or would she be unable to control it? Can't wait for the next chapter!
