HOLY.....! I can’t believe what I just read.  Holy buckets!
Mission impossible play on Oliver’s part.  And I love mission impossible. 
Of course, I seem to have missed the part where he plans what he’s gonna do afterwards.  But the necessity of the act makes that pretty dang forgivable. 
Ya know, it’s been said that every character thinks they’re the hero of the story.  But try to remember that when you’re 3 inches tall.  Poor Cam cannot be blamed for just barely holding on.  And he did hold on.  I say good on him.  While others may have made better pets in the judgment of his treacherous sister,  he held up.  One aspect of the shrinking would be the whole demoralizing aspect.  And it’s probably not unintended.  If you’re the sort who has to lessen others to feel better about yourself it must be pretty appealing to see them wither on the inside. 

Just think of all the poor (probably mostly) guys through the years.  The Brooklyn of the class of 1972 delivered a quivering puddle to the Cerys of 1972 and just giggled.  Cuz the Harmony of 1972 wasn’t dumb enough to use her band on anyone after Cerys but the Allie of 1972 owed her a favor for getting her through anatomy class.  Meanwhile the Sersi of 1972 has landed a role in a super low budget ripoff of Willard....called Bubba!  “Unfortunately” their weasel wrangler got sent home early and accidents happen.  Hehe.

I’m also enjoying the thought of Allie going empty....handed?  Ha ha.  Of course, the real objective is to have Cerys stay empty ... stomached?  Is that a word?  It is now.

Tom is right...this story definitely needs more Tom...of course you’ll back me up when I say it need more weasels...right, buddy?

Of course, there’s a lot of speculation here.  That cliffhanger ending might just spoil all our fun.  But Oliver is a hero.  I have faith that he’s going to get clear of “the light of her own shabby universe girl” and spend the rest of the night getting a better place to lay low.  C’mon Oliver, don’t let us down. 

The tension is super “upped” Duggernaut.  You’ve given us another winning chapter and I gotta say well done.  And, of course, thanks!

Let's pretend the next chapter continues:

Oliver noticed Brooklyn moving a little bit. He also heard a small yelp soon after. He looked at the direction at the voice and saw another little guy. The guy locked eyes with oliver and ran away. Unfortunately, he tripped and fell. Oliver rushed over and pinned him down.

"What's your name?" Oliver demanded. The guy grunted. "Tom."

"Why are you here on this bed?" Oliver continued.

Tom confessed. "I was spying on Brooklyn. Please don't tell her!" Tom pleaded.

"Well, you can tell her yourself" Oliver said as he began dragging Tom to Brooklyn's panties. Tom fought back and Oliver took one strip of tape and wrapped Tom's hands with it.

Oliver lifted and began shoving Tom through the hole which Oliver created. "Please, don't do this to me. You have no idea what she does to her toys!" Tom argued, unable to fight back with his tied hands.

Tom then had an idea. "Help!!! Help!!!" He shouted. Oliver quickly placed another strip on Tom's mouth silencing him.

"Now you deserve this. I'm sorry bud." Oliver then pushed Tom completely inside and placed a strip on Brooklyn's panties sealing up the hole. Oliver can see Tom's eyes peer through the tape. Oliver didn't feel sorry. He had to get Cam rescued and Tom was going to jeapordize it.

Oliver turned away and carried Cam away. He slid down the sheets to the floor and together, they made a hideout and decided to wait while Cam regains his strength. Hopefully Tom could buy him some time.

Brooklyn felt something was off when her little Cam was taken from her. She had a mild nightmare where she lost him.

She stirred awake and reached down to her panties with her hand. She felt the tiny body lying against her and smiled. She felt it squirm and she closed her legs together tightly as she rolled onto her side. Thinking Cam was safe and sound, she went back to sleep.
