I'm liking it so far, though I do have a few suggestions. The plot seems a bit unrealistic. Being put in detention, yeah, but pulling a gun and kidnapping the kid seems a bit extreme. I like how it's going so far and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

Also, small thing, but after a quote the "she said" and "I said" should be on the same line.
