Okay, for some reason my first review of this chapter disappeared, so I'm gonna try again (and that's why it's out of order.)

Tatiana is so sweet.  I have to admit I'm a little smitten.  I hope we get to see more of her. 

Ya know, all those uber controlling dom-types Tom has been dealing with lately don't know what they're missing.  You get out of the way and let the little fucker work and woo hoo. 

I really have to compliment your writing of Tatiana's experience, how you used terms and images that you would usually use to describe a "Tom experience."  Like she's inside her own love cave, experiencing herself the way Tom experiences her.

Simply brilliant.

Tom has officially become an orgasm specialist. He has had many clients and they keep on requesting sessions.

I only mentioned the big words this time, becuase the 2nd and 3rd words were close together and it made me wonder what other big words are there.

Well, Tatiana definately got her money's worth of Tom even though he was free.
