I am very glad Tom was just dreaming.

So Tom had a lucid dream. It means he was aware of dreaming and probably he also could control the dream into certain extent. It looks he enjoyed that dream - being tethered to the crop and face-down stroked against her ass (which is a beautiful scene).
It indicates he is submissive and he likes being dominated and used by giantess goddesses for their pleasure and amusement.

I like Katie is just warming herself up in this chapter ;-). Possibly she can smell his submissiveness which in return just boosts her dominant / sadistic needs.

E.g. it is obvious her dominance graduates as he submits to her:

It starts when she uses her stern voice asking him to address her properly Miss Harwood instead of Katie. He submits and corrects himself.

Then it continues when she brings her silicon friend and he looks up at her with sad eyes (this is absolutely great moment). Probably amused (and satisfied) with his reaction she responses with a smile and then pushes him even more into submission by saying she does not care and then bluntly and mercilessly informs him what is going to happen (which is another excellent moment in the story). He murmurs something weakly and submits again. I can just imagine the rush of power when Katie senses she has a natural submissive in front of her (in addition shrunk to few inches) - because if he is naturally submissive she can easily turn him into her obedient little servant or slave who will eagerly please her. And what more a dominant woman could wish for? ;-)

 

Licking her lower lip means the action starts :-). I absolutely love how she uses him to warm up. Silicon friend in vertical position means Tom is head down. I would just love to be on his place :-). I like very much the hovering and then the smothering scene - it is so erotic :-). She clearly enjoys his helplessness and her power over him.

Then there is one more interesting moment for me. It is when she brings him back to her face. You writes: "She smiled, before puckering and kissing his torso, tongue lapping at him and flicking his excitement." The moment of truth. He is excited and it must be a clear evidence for her Tom is a natural submissive and he likes the way she treats him. He likes to be dominated by her. And although he may be scary or afraid he is excited to be turned into her little sex-slave - only a true submissive can be turned on by this :-).

I hope Katie will realize that and she will use it to her advantage. As TomSpeedy has already pointed she could turn this little submissive into her servant. (If I remember correctly nobody used Tom as the servant yet.) Although he is very small she can still do various tasks for her. Sloppy job would be punished and good job would be rewarded. To increase his obedience and desire to please her she could think to deny his orgasms and forbid him to masturbate. She can tease him close to the climax and then let him beg for the permission to ejaculate - she can laugh at him and just say "No, you may not.". Later on it would be very interesting to see how Katie tells Cassidy that Tom actually likes to be dominated demonstrating his obedience and arousal in front of her. Then they could dominate him together.

... there are so many possibilities now :-).

But most importantly. I would really really love if Katie is not like Janine. If she preserves her special spirit and if she stays sensual, sophisticated and creative while enjoying Tom.

I get why you didn't make Miss Hardwood into a disciplinarian,  Miss Addison kinda fills that role already. In fact, i hope he tells her he's been with Addison. 

 

By the way, how does Miss Hardwood know when Tom needs to come out for air? She's clearly careful.
