As always, a veritable wealth of information and dedicated research, merci!

Author's Response: De nada, senor! :-)

I think one the most appealing aspects of your writing is the attention to detail. Creating anticipation is a subtle form lost on some with a need for instant gratification. I myself am in no particular need of a rampage and shall continue to enjoy! (Love the mythological tie in)

Author's Response: Thanks, dude. :-) This story is primarily meant to bridge the gap between M.A.C.H.O. TALES and my KNIGHTS OF MELION stories (which were originally meant as a salute to "steampunk horror/sci-fi"). Heck! Even Gustave Liebenkraft was meant to be a composite homage to both August Hildreth and HPL.

I think I may have to give this site away. Work's just not alllowing me much time these days even to read, let alone write.... and just as the stark naked giantess comes in too.

Author's Response: Well, hopefully, you can stick around long enough (even if only as a lurker) to read the rest of the repost.

OOOPS! Almost forgot. "Operation: Barbarossa" was the German code-name for the Nazis' double-crossing invasion of the Soviet Union. Their unsuccessful siege of Stalingrad leading to the unconditional surrender of Field Marshal Paulus (and all German forces under him) on February 2, 1943.

Hey Carycomic,

Checked out your stuff, digging it. When I read Jotunheim, made me laugh, next installment in The Book starts there :P

Author's Response: Well, then, you'll probably get a small kick out of chapter 3. ;-)

This came up in my alerts as a new story, but the title seems familiar. Have I forgotten one of your recent promo explanations? I'm not as with it as  I used to be. LOL

Author's Response: It's the one I accidentally erased while trying to get rid of only one chapter.
