I've said it before and I'll say it again: this might be my favorite story ever. It focuses on what might actually happen in real life if a shrinking epidemic spread, as opposed to the "every non-shrunken person is an asshole" angle of most stories. I'd love to do some pics for it if you like!

I hadnt taken the time to read this little gem of a story cause the synopsia didn't seem terribly interesting at first but now after reading all the current chapters, I honestly wanna know what happens next now..
Its one of those rare stories that doesn't feel like the fetish based stuff is the focus and I like it.

Author's Response: Rich folks benefitting from nanotechnology enhancements was mentioned in chapter 2, but when I do a full overhaul of the series I plan to seed that idea a bit more in multiple sections.

I'm glad to see this story continue. As you said, I'm looking forward to the kinky stuff. In the first chapter, it looked like Erica was trying to maintain some kind of social life for her siblings. Maybe even trying to set some of them up. For her, it could be a way to eventually unload some of her tiny family members by partnering them off to someone else that would take responsibility for them. The fewer shrunken family members she has to take care of, the more freedom she has to pursue some measure of her own life. I can already forsee that Britanny is going to have a rough time when she shrunks with her soriority caring for her. Interested to see how she can be rescued from that. Keep up the writing!
Author's Response: I'm looking forward to the kinky stuff too! The story began as an fantasy romp, but as I grew to love the characters I back more invests in exploring their transitions. There will definitely be some pure embarrassing fun in the coming chapters, but the real crazy kink will have to come in other stories. Next chapter though is going to have our shrunken heroes dealing with a whole group of giggling girls, exploring how to have fun with women other than Erica, and generally finding out what life as a toy really entails.

Care and control of the reduced is a great name for a book. Interesting how Erica is using it and making sure they plan for the future. Love how she now has set mom straight. What will happen when they are all small and no one can stand in her way? It will be great when the older sister shrinks. Will Erica keep her word? Is it possible that maybe an adult female like an Aunt or teacher will enter the picture?

It's great to see my favorite story back!
Each chapter is such a gift. Your attention to detail and description of perspectives is incredible. It makes this story so realistic. ("Her eyes like judgemental shop windows") I know it is geared towards a "fetish audience", but this would make a great novel!

Great story so far! Love the power struggle and role reversal issues prsented: it adds a very realistic aspect that greatly improves the feeling of immersion (at least for me). Hope you continue with this story and I'd also love to see some kind of struggle that lasts more than a few chapters in the future, like one of the characters is lost or Brittany runs away.
Anywho, looking forward to future chapters!

That's a good point, I've so far been structuring chapters around having a beginning, middle, and end which usually resolves that chapters' conflicts. Might be good to split them up a bit more.

I really hope you continue this story. The ground work you have already laid is absolutely brilliant! You have a lot of talent. If I can offer some advice, and take it for what its worth cause I'm not a writer but I read a ton! I've noticed over the years guys trying to over think it or write the perfect story usually end up getting burned out and not finishing. My advice, just start writing, or typing, and what ever comes out the other side will be awesome! Good luck and I can't wait!

I promise that I really am writing, just not at the same pace that I wrote the first 3. Chapter 4 is about 70% done.
And you're completely correct, whenever I just sit down and write I get out a few paragraphs and make progress. Comes pretty naturally so long as I sit down and actually do it.
Unfortunately I'm more likely to procrastinate rather than actually write.

Just read all three chapters and I must say this is a great story. It's even given me some ideas for my own. Keep up the good work. I would be interested to see Brittany shrink and have to deal with the transistion from alpha female to little sister. Will Erica still respect her? Will she feel pride in her sister stepping up or jealousy that it wasn't her? Probably both. Were they close before the shrink? If not maybe the whole experience will bring them together. Or maybe she'll snap and lose it. Can Erica deal with that? From the first chapter everything seems a little totalitarian and I don't think Brittany like that. Will she speak up. Can they speak up? SO MANY QUESTIONS!!

Thanks, I'm glad you're enjoying my story. I'm a very slow writer but chapter 4 is underway, I hope to get out about a chapter a month.
I'm enjoying the heck out of your New World series, I love how you embed the action in specific scenes rather than unmotivated 'playtime' type stories (which are definitely fun as well). I'm trying to do the same here.
There are definite big plans for Brittany and her relationship with little sister, I'm pretty excited to get to them.
