Rats! I really did want to see a catfight between Ruth and Vanessa. Or, a group beat-down of Rose Crusher.
I still liked the chapter, though. Mostly for the plot twist of an anti-lesbian giantess! To paraphrase Robert Preston's best line from VICTOR/VICTORIA: "Kill her. But, mustn't kiss her."

I wonder why you don't like Rose Crusher.
To tell you the truth I had orginally planed to have Paula Summers as the GTS-Goddess that stayed. Then the story took an unexpected direction.

Hmmmm! For me, it's a toss-up between Vanessa Bell and Eve Summers. Although, the former might get disqualified if she gets into a fight with Ruth Winter (over that annexation thing).
Author's Response: Actually I perosnally don't care for Vanessa Bell. Don't be surprised to see her get the boot in chapther three.

Or, better yet: Buffy can simply tear Rose's head off, herself, in order to absorb the latter's Quickening (or whatever you call GTS-goddess essence)!
