Love how this story is progressing, well done. Especially like the fact that Diane seems to have been in a relationship were she was either taking advantage of or for granted. Hope you tell her story.

Yep! Typcial case of abused person over-compensating. And, the fact she hasn't exposed herself totally, as yet, could mean that she's got scars--from previous relationships--that aren't just mental and/or emotional.*

*Sad-but-true. Some of the sick bastards,who give the male gender a bad name, are just smart enough to leave their girlfriends' faces alone.
