Bug girls are an underrated niche. As a general rule I like the idea of being smaller than already tiny things, and I look forward to Agatha having more adventures in the ant farm that used to sit on her desk, here's hoping her former study subjects will be kind with her!

Author's Response:

Hey! Thanks for the review! Just now seeing this actually. I really liked how this story played out, and have a few ideas jumbling around in my head. I do think the story "wraps up" with a nice cliffhanger as is, but I do have some possible future chapters, or at the very least "what ifs" in the spitballjng stage.

Cool story, would like to see it continued. Do you have any inspiration for what the chitinians look like? Kinda curious about that busty queen

Author's Response:

Sorry for the late response, just now seeing it. I went a little in-depth on the descriptions for both the drones and the queen in the story, but the TL;DR on their appearance in my mind is that they look mostly human. The drones are androgynous, so both the males and females look nearly identical, and they have large compound, ant like eyes, as well as various chitin-like coverings around their joints and covering their chest and crotch areas.

The queen, aside from being much larger in size, is much more curvier, having accentuated hips and breasts. I'm thinking kind of a "plus sized model" vibe. She also has the same eyes and chitin coverings that the darkness might have.

I do have ideas for other types of Chitinians, like warriors and scouts, but those will have to wait for potential future chapters.
