This seems like a really fun concept for a story! A D&D campaign in miniature. I can't wait to see what other characters Aoth recruits and what shenanigans they get into.
One question - If he didn't know he was shrunk, why wasn't he surprised to see a fairy his size? Did he think she was an elf or was he just not thinking in general?

Hey there! I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the story.
To answer your question: Aoth wasn't entirely conscious at the beginning of the story, so he didn't question it. His head still hurt, and he woke up in a random cave, so he wasn't all there mentally.

Fairies and Goblins? I'll be keeping a close eye on this story from now on. I can only hope they all get to have some fun with him.
