Great little piece. I love administrative mix-ups leading to soft vore like this - this is my favorite of your short stories yet.

If I may suggest another chapter, I would love to see Miss Bauer get contacted by the shrinking agency and react to the mix up!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed this short story. 
I haven't thought of a part 2 yet, but I might think of a good idea to continue this and write it. However, I'm not sure Miss Bauer would react to this mistake the way you think she would, who knows.

A nice follow up would be the lab assistant Kayla showing up with the convict Tom, and explaining the mix up as she asks for the other Tom back.  Imagine the look on Lena's face as she informs Kayla she already swallowed the innocent Tom and her body has finished digesting him.

I didn't have a follow up in mind, but now that I see people liked it (also on my DA page) the I might think of one. 
However, I'm not sure Lena would react the way you think she would lol. Who knows, I might think of something and continue this.
