Really interesting story.  There are a quite a few gramatical errors {e.g. he becomes she, her becomes his} but nothing major to distract from the overall story.

The one question I have, why is it Mark never realizes Alexa IS the giantess of his desires?

You're right that Alexa is the giantess of his desires.  The problem was that she only dated him because of his money which is all she really cares about which turned him off and why he broke it off with her.  Now that they are past all that and get married you'd think he'll get his fantasy but she'll probably treat him like a toy and cheat on him with normal sized guys.
