The Shifters by Sketch

Prologue

You never know what the fates have in store for you along the way. Scientists once believed space was curved. Then scans of background radiation suggested it was actually flat. When humanity took to the stars they discovered it was all an optical illusion. It was caused by the radical differences in the actual sizes of planets and stars. There are planets more than twice the size of Sol and stars smaller than Luna, Earth's moon. Furthermore each galaxy has its own genetic code for the structure of life. In the Milky Way all intelligent life eventually evolves into a Humanoid form. They don't all look exactly like humans. Some are anthropomorphic with claws or wings. While others have skins in a variety of colors: brown, blue, or rainbow striped. And they range in sizes similar to the range of sizes for planets. The smallest are the Microns of SXSM-16 and the largest known were the 9-foot primitives of Ixtel prime. That was before we encountered the beings of Orcaidia IV.

The year was 2550 AD. A fleet of Orcaidian warships were preparing to leave their home system. At edge of the system waited the Terran Alliance star fleet. The average size of an Orcaidian ship was twice the size of the flag ship juggernaut. As the warships approached, the Terran ships opened fire with full cannons. The beams struck the forward armor plating of the Orcaidian warships and a moment later exited through the aft armor in a brilliant light show. All warships were decimated in a matter of minutes. You may have expected the larger Orcaidians to overpower the smaller Terrans but they were a race centuries behind in technology. With the enemy fleet destroyed, the Alliance set up a blockade around the system. Little did anyone know, that would not be the last threat to come from Orcaidia IV.

Part 1

Six months later…

Spaceships traveled in and out of Lunar 1. It's the busiest starport of Earth's moon. Two men sat at a local bar, watching the space traffic through the long bay window. In the center of the port was a 300-foot statue of a woman called Luna the Goddess.

"You know Eddy; she might be twice that size by the time we get back."

The bartender looked up at the men. "What's that son?"

"It's nothing," replied Eddy as he gave Tai a jab in the side with his elbow. "Pay the man for the drinks Tai, I'm gonna go check on the ship." Eddy got up and headed for the exit. It seemed as if no one had heard, or care about, his friend's slip of the tongue. However, at least three, two men sitting by the bar and a woman sitting alone by the door had taken notice of them.

"Let's see… quite a large supply of food, and equipment. Do you deliver supplies for a colony or transport cargo or something?" smiled the attendant.

"None of you're business. Is it all loaded up?"

"It is," replied the attendant, a little put off. "And it's fully fueled as you requested."

"Thanks." Eddy tipped the attendant generously to ensure no more questions and entered the hanger. It was a large barrow shaped hanger with inner ribs built into the lunar rock. He walked out onto the raised platform that ran along the side of the ship. A walkway extended to the ship's airlock. The name 'Silver Strike' stenciled on the door. To someone from the 20th century, the Silver Strike might resemble a SR-71 Blackbird. The difference was the Silver Strike was 95 meters in length; the wings were more curved and rounded since it didn't need an airfoil for space flight, and it was silver with a blue lining instead of black. One might also have mistaken the ship for brand new because of the shine.

Eddy looked farther down the platform to the stacks of empty crates resting on the retractable bridge towards the rear of the ship. To his surprise, a woman was sitting on the stack of empty crates next to his ship. She wore a light blue uniform that looked like the flight attendant uniform style of the local space lines. She was stunning from her light brown hair which hung around her shoulders to her incredibly long legs which were fully visible under her short skirt.

Eddy was 5'8" with better than average Latino good looks and confident to match. As he walked over she turned and looked down from the crates at him with the prettiest smile he had ever seen. He could also see now that she had a very unusual eye color. They were a deep purple, kind of like Maggy's eyes.

"Hi there," she grinned. "I'm Allura." Eddy only continued to stare at her. "I hope you don't mind. I was just admiring your ship. It's very beautiful."

"Um, yes, I mean hi. Hello, Allura. My name's Eduardo but friends call me Eddy," he replied with an exaggerated Spanish accent. After stumbling at first, he managed to regain his demeanor and punctuated his Don Juan routine by taking her hand and kissing it.

Eddy leaned on the crates as he and Allura spent time talking. There was some small talk, mostly flirting. The two growing to like each other's company, that Allura almost forgot why she had come there for in the first place.

"Thanks for sticking me with the bill man. You're a real friend. Hey are we going to get going or what? I don't want to keep Maggy waiting." Eddy turned around to see Tai walking towards them already dressed in his flight suit. Tai was Japanese and around the same height as Eddy. Allura hopped down from the crates and stood behind Eddy. "Hey who's your tall friend?" Eddy looked back and then up. To his shock Allura had to be at least 6 foot 3.

"Well I guess this is goodbye for now Eddy. Next time you come to Luna, look me up." she said with a wink and turned around to leave.

Tai and Eddy launched the Silver Strike a short while later from the Lunar 1. They were delayed only slightly while the port hands removed the empty crates. A new, apparently lazy, worker had gone missing midway through the operation and they had paused work to look for him. Finally giving up, the chief worker gave Tai the all clear to launch. The workers stay protected in their suits as the hanger doors opened up to the vacuum of space. The plan was to make a small hyperspace jump to the asteroid belt, navigate through it, and then make the main jump to Corenia. But as they came out of the first jump, they were attacked.

"Incoming missiles!!" yelled Eddy.

"What?! You were supposed to be watching the scanners! Why didn't you spot them?!" shouted Tai.

"I did spot them, just now. So just shut up and dodge them. I'll try and dust a few with the lasers." Tai was a skilled pilot. He made a sharp turn to the left and straight into the asteroid field. All the missiles collided with asteroids or were shot down. "I have an ID on the attacker Tai. It's the Marauder."

"Drake…"

Victor Drake was a space pirate and mercenary for hire. The Marauder was a green and gray ship. It had a long rectangular nose and the engines on side pylons that resembled the wings of a bat. Drake and Tai had a history, but Tai never talked about it, not even to Eddy.

"I told you, didn't I? I knew it was him." Brinx was extremely excited about the high praise he was sure to receive. Wolf was seated next to him at the controls of the Marauder. He was trying to keep on the tail of the Silver Strike.

"Will you please shut your trap!" Drake sat in the command chair behind his two lackeys. "You thought you could escape into the asteroids did you Tai. But you can not outmaneuver the Marauder. Your blunder has left you in a confined area with no escape route. Prepare the grappler lines an…"

"Commander," interrupted Wolf, "his ship is pretty fast. He may reach open space before we are in range."

"Hmm… Launch the spider then."

"What just impacted with the ship?"

"I don't know but I think it's time to go to hyperspace," replied Eddy.

"We can't. There's too many objects of large mass nearby."

"That won't be a problem if we use the micro drive at full power."

"I don't think that's a good…"

"Too late, I already engaged it."

"What!!? Aww ssshhiii___"

A bright flash of energy suddenly appeared and blinded the crew of the Marauder. "Did they collide with something?"

"No you fool, they escaped. Very clever Tai but you can only run, you can't hide."

Eddy and Tai had made it with only their luck to save them. They decided it was best not to resize until they past the stellar crimp around the Corenian system. Tai was still a little mad, although Eddy wasn't sure if it was over his actions or the encounter with Drake. Either way, he figured now was a good time to check if any of the cargo was knocked loose.

There are areas of space so small, so compressed that normal star ships cannot fit to travel through. Navigating around these areas, or around large bodies of mass at safe distances, meant longer trip times for space travel. That was before the invention of the micro drive. The most sophisticated m-drives are the .5's on military ships. They can reduce a ship to 50% of its original mass. The Marauder is rumored to have a .4 m-drive, but even it cannot compare with the .1 of the Silver Strike. The smaller a ship gets the more power it needs in its reserve batteries to return back to normal. The Silver Strike was now one-tenth normal mass and size. Stellar crimps are highly compressed areas of space that separates two larger areas of space. The crimp around Corenia completely isolates it from the rest of the universe and is impassible to all but those with at least a .3 m-drive.

Eddy opened the doors to the cargo bay. There were indeed some damaged crates as well as Allura who trying to bend her body around the cargo. Eddy couldn't believe his eyes. It was Allura; see was 60 ft tall, and totally nude.

Part 2

Eddy just stood there in shock. Allura's hips were twisted sideways and her knees were bent so her feet were in the far corner of the cargo bay. Her back was arched with her breast pointing up in the air and her head was pressed against the top corner of the cargo bay opposite her feet. Both arms were applying pressure on various crates, crushing the contents inside. Eddy would have just stood there staring at this amazing beauty if Allura hadn't spoken up.

"I'M SORRY. I SNEAKED ABOARD AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW THE SHIP WAS ROCKING VIOLENTLY. THEN… I STARTED TO GROW… MY CLOTHES… I-I…" Allura was starting to panic and was getting self-conscious about her nakedness.

"It's okay; everything is just shrunk because I activated the m-drive. But I don't understand why you didn't shrink too.

"M-DRIVE?"

"Yeah, we have a .1 micro drive. We're at ten percent of our original scale."

"YOU MEAN EVERYTHING IS EVEN SMALLER? (incredible) UM… CAN YOU MAKE IT BIGGER AGAIN? I'M A LITTLE CRAMPED."

"Yeah we could do that but you'll have to wait till we cross the stellar crimp around Corenia."

Luckily for Allura, the M-drive allowed them such a direct path through hyperspace that they could reach the Corenian system in a matter of hours instead of days. Awhile later they had crossed the crimp into the Corenian system and resized. The ship produced a dark shadow shape as it absorbed energy for the process. Eddy got Allura a blanket to cover up with. He then went and got her some shorts and a shirt. Eddy told her the planet was kind of warm but even so he hoped they weren't too skimpy for her. Allura told him they would be fine for now. Eddy left her to change and went to have a talk with Tai. Tai was a little suspicious. However, he figured Maggy might know her. Their conversation was cut short when Allura came out. The clothes were tight and form fitting on her. Her midriff was exposed and her nipples poked out under the shirt's fabric. Her legs were fully visible as they squeezed through leg openings of the shorts.

"How do I look?"

The Silver Strike entered the atmosphere of Corenia. They choose a marsh-covered plateau that was about a mile from the coast as a landing site. Tai set it down right smack in the middle of a large mud puddle. Eddy offered to help Allura cross but she refused instead choosing to walk straight through the mud to the puddle's edge on her own. Tai just shrugged and took off after her with Eddy following shortly after. When Tai reached the edge he warned her not to be afraid when she saw Maggy.

"Why should I be afraid?"

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Allura let out a short scream as Maggy appeared over the treetops. Clearly she was not prepared to see someone so gigantic. Maggy was almost 600 feet tall. She had long full dark brown hair, large breast and curvaceous hips. Her skin was a rich mocha color. She looked Latina and of course she had deep purple eyes just like Allura's. The remnants of what was a short homemade dress when they left were now a very short skirt and a swimsuit top.

"Hey Mags I'd like you to meet…"

"ALLURA!"

Eddy was very surprised to have Maggy finish his sentence and even more confused as her eyes traveled up from the ground. He turned around and found himself looking at a big toe that was almost taller than him. The giant foot sank deep into the mud. Tai and Eddy both craned their necks back to see Allura's face, which was barely visible because of the steep angle.

"And I thought she had long legs before," muttered Eddy.

"What is she some sort of shape-shifter?" said Tai.

Maggy let out a girlish yelp and took a few quick steps towards Allura. As they embraced, Allura appeared to be a good deal taller than even the 600 foot Maggy. Eddy and Tai found themselves cornered between the colossal feet of the two giantesses.

"Hey watch where you're stepping!" but Tai's protests were ignored.

"IT'S GOOD TO SEE YOU AGAIN SIS. I HOPE I DIDN'T SCARE YOU TOO BAD." said Maggy.

Eddy and Tai let out a simultaneous, "Sis??"

"I'M JUST NOT USE TO SEEING PEOPLE FROM THAT PERSECTIVE. IT'S GOOD TO SEE YOU TOO MAGARIQUE."

"GUYS, THIS IS MY SISTER ALLURA. OH AND SHE'S MORE OF A SIZE-SHIFTER THAN A SHAPE-SHIFTER." She turned back to Allura, "HOW ON ORCAIDIA DID YOU FIND ME?"

"I CAME LOOKING FOR YOU. WHY DID YOU LEAVE?"

"WELL… THE TRUTH IS I FELL IN LOVE AND..."

"IN LOVE?" Allura looked down at Tai and Eddy. She reached down and pinched Eddy's collar between her thumb and fingernail and lifted him to face level. Allura had just a tinge of hurt in her voice as she spoke. "YOU LEFT ME-US… WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A GOODBYE… FOR ONE OF TH-THESE SHRIMP?" She moved her hand over a nearby pond and released Eddy.

"NO BE CAREFUL!" Luckily for Eddy, the gravity on Corenia was less than that of Earth. He landed in the water with a splash. "EDDY! ARE YOU OKAY?" Maggy was greatly relieved to see Eddy break the surface and tread water. Turning back to Allura she said, "IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE SOME CATCHING UP TO DO. HOW 'BOUT WE HEAD TO THE BEACH AND TALK ALONE." Allura agreed and two walked off together, their footsteps thundering in the distance.

Eddy waded to the edge of the pond. Tai was waiting for him.

"So what now?"

"We get the hover bikes and we follow. I want to hear what they have to say." Eddy looked over at the massive footprint left in the mud and whistled in appreciation for its sheer size. "But I think maybe we should be discreet."

No one it seemed noticed the foreign object attached the hull near the tail of the Silver Strike. So no one saw the small scout droid that left it and followed the two giantesses.

Part3

Tai was uneasy about following a couple titanic babes on a simple hover bike. Eddy felt he was being too cautious but Tai still felt better taking the mech instead. It was a walking armor class vehicle called a Predator. It was small, standing only ten feet at full height, but it carried a personal energy shield, a pair of dual lasers, and it was faster and more maneuverable than any bike. Eddy was still going to take the bike but did strap on his arm blaster gauntlets before leaving. The gauntlets actually had many more functions than just blasting in the hands of a skilled user. Tai powered up the mech. It stood on a pair of legs that resembled a bird's or some predatory dinosaur. The Predator took several running steps through the mud before leaping into the air, tucking in its legs, and allowing its rockets to take over. The machine lurched forward into the trees and in the direction of the beach.

"Hey wait for me," cried Eddy as he jumped on the back of the hover bike and followed.

"I'M SORRY, I DIDN'T MEAN TO DROP EDDY IN THE WATER LIKE THAT. I ACTUALLY KIND OF LIKE HIM. IT'S JUST… I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR MOTIVES."

"LOOK ALLURA, MAYBE I SHOULD START AT THE BEGINNING. DO YOU REMEMBER THAT PLANET WE, ALL OF US SHIFTED DOWN? THAT WAS THEIR HOME PLANET, TAI AND EDDY. SESANI AND I WERE SENT AHEAD AS SPYS TO BRING BACK INFORMATION FOR QUEEN IDINA, BUT INSTEAD I LEARNED TO CARE FOR THESE PEOPLE."

"MAGGY, THE ALLIANCE MURDERED OUR PEOPLE."

"…." Maggy didn't respond.

"IT'S TURE, 70 SHIPS AND 12,000 SOLDIERS WERE ALL KILLED. AND THEY ARE STILL SITTING AT THE SYSTEM'S EDGE TO PREVENT ANY OF OUR SHIPS FROM TRAVELING INTO SPACE."

"I SEE… I HADN'T KNOWN SHE HAD ALREADY LAUNCHED THEM AND I BET THE CREWS WERE MOSTLY MEN. ALLURA OPEN YOUR EYES. IT WAS QUEEN IDINA'S LUST FOR POWER THAT BROUGHT THE WRATH OF A SUPERIOR FORCE DOWN ON US. WE STARTED IT BY TAKING ONE OF THEIR WORLDS. HOW DID YOU EXPECT THEM TO REACT?"

"MAGGY…"

"I GOT EDDY AND TAI TO LEAVE BLUE OMEN BY CONVINCING THEM THAT THEY SHOULD SEEK THEIR DESTINIES AMONG THE STARS. AFTER WE SHRUNK THEIR PLANET, I REDUCED MY SIZE AND LEFT TO JOIN THEM. THEY STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THERE HOME."

"MAGGY, SHRINKING A PLANET TOOK A LOT OUT OF ALL OF US. YOU NEEDED TO REST BEFOR USING YOUR POWERS AGAIN SO SOON."

"I KNOW, AFTER A SHORT TIME I WAS UNABLE TO HOLD MY REDUCED SIZE. I FOUND MYSELF SLOWLY GROWING BACK. TAI FOUND THIS PLANET FOR ME TO LIVE ON." Maggy stared into the Allura's eyes. "YOU DIDN'T COME JUST TO FIND ME DID YOU?"

Allura turned away. "NO, AND I DIDN'T COME ALONE. THE QUEEN SENT THREE OF US TO SPY ON THE ALLIANCE."

"WHO?"

"ME AND TWO OF OUR OTHER HALF-SISTERS, CRYSTAL AND PHANA."

"THAT JUST LEAVES MORRA AND THE TWO YONGEST, ZARA AND SESANI, ON ORCAIDIA IV."

Tai's mech pulled up on the beach at that moment. Eddy was a few seconds behind.

"This isn't what I call discreet Tai."

The canopy on the mech opened up. "So what were you two talking about?"

"OH NOTHING, JUST GIRL TALK," said Maggy as she reached down and picked Tai up. She held her open palm up to her face and gave him a hungry look as she licked her lips. "I MISSED YOU SO MUCH WHILE YOU WERE GONE."

Allura stood up. "I GUESS YOU WANT SOME TIME ALONE SO I'M JUST GONNA HEAD OVER THERE."

"IF YOU'RE SURE." Maggy wasn't really paying attention to Allura anymore. She kept her gaze on Tai as she pulled at the straps on her top.

"OH YEAH, I'M SURE." She turned and stepped over Eddy as she walked off.

"Hey wait a second!" Eddy turned his bike around and followed.

Meanwhile, the Marauder was circling the stellar crimp in search of an opening. Wolf was working the scanners while Brinx was trying to enhance the micro drive.

"It's always 'Do what I say Brinx,' 'accomplish the impossible Brinx.' But is it ever good job Brinx or well-done Brinx? No!"

"I don't think we will fit," said Wolf without paying too much attention to his comrade's ramblings.

"Nooo, did you figure that out on your own genius."

"I do not think so. The computer has been helping me." He turned to Brinx. "The commander has been all day reviewing the information from spider. What is up with that?" Brinx just rolled his eyes at Wolf's last comments.

Drake walked through the door. "Have you found a way to bypass this cosmic obstruction yet?"

"No sir."

"Then launch the seekers instead. I want them dead one way or another.

Allura sat with her feet stretched out in front and her back against a tall cliff face. She looked up into the sky as the first stars began to appear. Eddy stopped his bike just short of her right foot. He got off and called out but got no reply in return. Eddy approached the foot. It towered high above his miniscule form and the scent of her feet was strong. Both soles of her feet were covered in sand. Some of the patches of sand stuck to her foot were larger than him. Eddy reached out and touched the heel. It was softer than he expected. He banged his fist against the foot and some of the sand came off. Allura scrunched her toes and piles of sand began to flake off nearly burying Eddy.

Allura turned sideways so she could lie down. She crossed her feet at the ankles and folded her arms behind her head. Eddy was tired of being ignored. He walked up to her shirt and began to climb it to her breasts. When he reached them he stood on the part of her shirt that stretched across her cleavage like a suspension bridge. Allura shifted her gaze from the stars to Eddy.

"EDDY BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING I WANT TO SAY I'M SORRY."

Eddy was cut off guard but he wasn't dumb enough to refuse an apology from a 600-foot plus women. "Um, that's okay."

"SO HOW 'BOUT TAI AND MAGGY. YOU KNOW ON MY HOME WORLD MALES ONLY MAKE UP TWO PERCENT OF THE POPULATION. MAGGY'S REALLY LUCKY TO HAVE A GUY SHE LOVES ALL TO HERSELF."

"I guess the larger the species the slower their breeding rate has to be," remarked Eddy, "but your right about Tai and Maggy. I can tell Tai loves her back just as much."

Allura gave Eddy a sexy smile. "EDDY IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT, HOW ABOUT RUBING MY… WHAT'S THAT SOUND?"

"I don't hear anything."

"IT'S COMING FROM OVER THERE." Eddy looked in the direction Allura indicated. A group of black spheres were in the distance behind Allura's head, and moving closer.

"Wow you've got some great ears." Eddy could now hear a buzzing sound. "Shit! Seekers!" Eddy thrust his hands forward, palms opened, and an energy field appeared from his gauntlets just in time to block the blaster fire. Some of the blasts struck the bare skin of Allura. As the black balls zipped by, Eddy formed a fist that produced a ball of energy and threw it at the spheres. He would have hit except that Allura quickly sat up.

"OW, THAT STINGS!" Eddy fell down into her lap. He only grazed a single sphere but it was enough to send it flying askew and crash into a tree where it exploded. Eddy wasted no time jumping to the ground and getting to his bike.

"They're heading for the ship! Get Tai and Maggy!" Eddy and Allura took off in different directions. Even before she reached the beach she could hear moaning. When she got there, Maggy quickly sat up. She was completely nude and using only her hands to cover herself.

"WHA?!"

"MAGGY THE SHIP IS BEING ATTACKED. EDDY WENT TO… WHERE'S TAI?" Maggy looked down at the hand that covered her womanhood.

"UM, HE'LL BE RIGHT OUT. GO HELP EDDY!"

Eddy managed to destroy two more seekers as he raced back to the ship, but as he got to the clearing he could not see the remaining three. What he did spot was the spider attached to the ship's tail and the scout droid hovering next to it. He destroyed both with a quick energy blast. Eddy dismounted and scanned the area with his eyes. Suddenly a tremor began to vibrate through the ground. Eddy turned and saw Allura running through the trees towards him.

"LOOK OUT!" As Eddy turned his back the three seekers that were in hiding appeared from behind. Before they could open fire, four beams of energy came from the trees and destroyed the spheres. Tai's mech came running into the clearing.

"Thanks man, you save life."

Allura stepped into the clearing a split second later. As her foot came down it splashed a wave of mud over Eddy, Tai, and the ship. "OOPS." Maggy arrived to find the guys and the ship a mess and everyone laughing.

It was decided since Drake was most like still out there, they couldn't risk taking off. As state-of-the-art as the Silver Strike was, it was no match for the arsenal and fire power of the Marauder. It was best to sit and wait and hope he gave up on them.

"I destroyed his spy but he's not stupid. He'll send more seekers to make sure the job is done. Now he knows where we are and we can't even move the ship without setting off the sensors on his ship."

"WHY NOT? YOUR SHIP IS ONLY ABOUT HALF AS LONG AS WE ARE TALL. ALLURA AND I COULD CARRY IT TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ISLAND."

A short while later, they where doing just that. Allura had the back and Maggy was holding the nose of the Silver Strike behind her as they walked through the forest at night. Every so often Maggy would stop short and cause the front to press into her gigantic ass.

"Why does she keep doing that?" asked Eddy.

"It's sort of an inside joke. You remember a week ago when you left to scout the rest of the island?"

"Yeah."

"Well, while you were gone I got into the ship, shrink down to ten percent, and… well… Maggy used it to pleasure herself."

"Are you kidding? You told me that was translucent swamp slime." Eddy looked out the cockpit to see the ship's nose press into Maggy's ass once again. He heard the thunderous giggles of both women coming from outside and all he could do was sit back and sigh. "Do you have any idea how much trouble I went to clean the ship after that?"

Part 4

Tai awoke from a good night's sleep. He turned over in his sleeping bag and opened his bleary eyes. The first things he saw were four very large logs. As he got his eyes to focus he could tell they were actually giant fingers. Tai crawled out of his sleeping bag and walked over to Maggy's huge hand. It was amazing; her baby finger alone was more than twice as long as he was tall. Tai placed both hands on the finger and stroked the soft tan skin. He looked up toward her sleeping face.

"Huh… What's that?" A deep breathing almost like snoring caught his ear. It most definitely was not coming from Maggy. Tai turned around and found the source of the sound. "Ugh!!"

It was coming from Allura and Eddy. They were supposed to keep watch during the night and yet the two were sound asleep. Allura was sitting with her back leaning against the sea cliff and even then was head and shoulders taller than it. Her arms were folded over her chest and her feet were resting on top of the ship. Eddy, who was supposed to use the height to his advantage as a lookout, was on top of her head fast asleep and wrapped in her silky light brown hair. Allura tilted her head just a little bit and Eddy rolled down her forehead and slid to the very tip of her nose. "WELL THAT'S GOOD," said Allura as she stood up. "IN THE MEANTIME I'M GONNA GO TAKE A BATH." Allura took off walking down the beach to find a secluded spot. She was already knee deep in water and still going. He needed to get her attention. Allura stopped and bent down to splash water in her face. That's when Eddy got an idea. Her tongue moved quickly to pin him to the roof of her mouth as she snapped her head back, producing a small tropical storm as her drenched hair back whipped through the air. Allura's lips closed tight cutting off the light from outside. Eddy could feel her boisterous giggles vibrate through his whole body. After a while she opened her mouth and picked his exhausted body up off her tongue. "HOW DID YOU LIKE MY LITTLE GAME LITTLE MINNOW? YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL. THERE'S SOME BIG FISH IN THESE WATERS," she laughed.

"What?! That's my Fashion Style 24-7. Maggy put it down right here."

"How much did you spend on that thing?" asked Tai.

"It's a necessity." Eddy walked up to the machine. "Watch, I'll show you how it works. Slightly damp clothes? No problemo." He stepped inside and after a small light show came out wearing a dry black and blue flight suit and sporting a stylish black trench coat.

"WOW, I WANT TO TRY." Allura emitted purplish glow as she shrank down in size. Once at the relatively short height of 6 foot 3, she stepped inside the machine. She came out dressed in black strap high-heel sandals, a pair of long black slacks, and a white frilly short-sleeve shirt that came off both shoulders exposing her bare skin. Before Eddy could comment on how great she looked, Allura began to glow again. Her shoulders widened and her legs grew longer but the new clothes did not get one size tighter. Eddy found himself looking at her belt, then at the cuffs of her pants, and finally looking up at the bottom of the arch of her heels. The words Fashion Style 24-7 were printed in billboard sized letters on the underside of the arch.

"YOU LOOK GREAT ALLURA. I WISH I STILL HAD ENERGY TO SHIFT."

"I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A SLIGHT JUMP START. HERE, GIVE ME YOUR HANDS." Allura cupped her hands together and produced a glowing ball of purple light. Maggy covered the ball with her hands and started to glow herself. When she finished shrinking she was about 5'11". She came out of the box dressed in a beautiful blue dress with matching heels. She and Tai embraced in a passionate kiss.

"It's been a while since I've been able to hold you like this."

"Then I hope you don't mind if I test to see if my powers have returned." Maggy began to glow like before only this time it was without the help of Allura. She grew the same way Allura had, keeping everything in proportion. Her embrace with Tai became a lifting hold. First with both hands and then with only one. As he seemed to dwindle in her hand she had to switch to holding him in her cupped palm so she could continue to see him. From Tai's view it looked like the ground was falling away. When Maggy stopped growing the view he had from her hand was incredible. He could just make out the ocean from the other side of the island.

"I HOPE I'M NOT TOO BIG FOR YOU NOW," said Maggy with a big grin.

"Hey Maggy, could you set me down next to Eddy? I need to talk with him."

"UM… SURE, I GUESS." She lowered her hand and Tai climbed off.

"What's up man?"

"It just occurred to me that we make a very big target."

"So?"

"Sooo, why haven't we had any visitors?"

"Look I'm sorry I fell asle-"

"And if it had mattered we would be dead by now. I don't think he's still around and I think it has something to do with that scout droid."

"So what about us would b-"

"No, not us. I think the scout overheard something else of greater interest." Eddy and Tai gave each other the same look and then turned their gaze to the two giantesses. Allura and Maggy exchanged a glance and then looked down at the two little guys at their feet.

"GUYS, (SIGH) WE NEED TO TALK," said Maggy.

They told Tai and Eddy everything, well everything that they needed to know at that point anyway. They told them about where they were from, their true mission, and about their other sisters who also had the ability to size shift. They also told them what had happened to their home planet, Blue Omen. Everyone was silent for a while.

Finally Eddy spoke up, "I think we need to form a plan. We need to go out there, find your sisters, convince them to help us, go to Orcaidia IV, and get Blue Omen back to its rightful place and size."

"EDDY'S RIGHT, WE HAVE TO SET RIGHT WHAT WE DID."

"I'M WITH YOU MAGGY. COUNT ME IN."

"If we're going to go ahead with Eddy's plan then we need to finish clearing the cargo bay out or we'll never get you two across the stellar crimp." In the back of his mind, Tai still wondered why this information would make Drake leave the system.

Anything not deemed essential was dumped out on to the beach. Most of the rest, including the Fashion Style 24-7, was moved to other parts of the ship. The girls shrank down as small as they could get. Even so they were both still taller than the guys. Once they left Corenia's atmosphere the M-drive was activated. An almost empty cargo bay was a vast improvement over a nearly full one. Even so, with two giantesses in there it was far from spacious. Allura said she remembered one of her sisters was supposed to be on a space dock called Liberty Station.

Four hours later they were full size again. It seemed like they were in the clear. Without the use of the M-drive, the trip to Liberty Station took almost a week. During that time Eddy shared some of the details about his life with Allura. He was born on Earth but had come to Blue Omen with his parents during his early teens. They were people who longed to see space on the frontier. After they were both killed on a pirate raid, he had taken to living on the streets of New Delta. He eventually found residence above a ship repair shop. The old man who owned the place had taken notice of Eddy's natural talent with technology. It's also where he had first met a skilled pilot by the name of Tai. The two of them designed and built the Silver Strike using the shop's equipment. Eddy didn't build the .1 M-drive. He acquired the alien piece of technology from a mysterious space trader. Eddy only adapted it to work with human technology. They were lucky to salvage a large supply of micronium-289, the fuel that powers the M-drive, from an abandoned star frigate floating in a spaceship graveyard. Micronium is rare and expensive to produce. With the exception of Tai using the drive to help pleasure his girlfriend, the guys only used the drive when it was absolutely needed, usually to avoid detection or to get somewhere fast.

Even though Eddy now knew she was an alien, Allura was not as open about the details of her life with Eddy. She would always change the subject when her family came up in conversation. Eventually they arrived at Liberty Station. The station resembled a slot cd player like the kind found in cars with a disk sticking half way out. The Silver Strike pulled into one of the dock entrances that lined the edge of the disk.

"Later guys, I'm going to check out the local bar and get a drink."

"Eddy you loser, you're not even going to help me with the registration and dock fees?" Tai yelled to Eddy who was already walking down the station corridor.

"I handled that at the last port," he shouted back.

"Don't worry Tai, Allura and I will come with you."

The bar itself was crowded with patrons so Eddy sat at one of the tables instead. A tall young woman with blond hair approached his table. She was wearing a bright pink miniskirt, an orange halter-top, and matching low heels. A nameplate was pined to her top.

"Hiya, I'm Crystal and I'll be your waitress." She was bubbly and spoke with a friendly smile but Eddy wasn't paying attention to what she was saying. He was more preoccupied with her eyes, her deep purple eyes.

Part 5

Tai was still fuming as he made his way to the bar from the registration office. The station was crowded with visitors and travelers so taking care of the Silver Strike's papers took longer then expected. As they walked into the station's tavern they found Eddy sitting at a table with an attractive blond.

In the time it took Tai to return, Crystal's shift had ended and she had agreed to join Eddy for a drink while they waited for his friends to arrive. She had removed her nametag and switched out of her heels and into a more comfortable pair of white tennis shoes. She had undone her hair and left it hanging down around her shoulders. She was having a great time with Eddy and found him very funny. She turned towards the entrance, still laughing at his last joke, and noticed a pair of very familiar faces.

A few glasses where dropped and shattered and several customers looked up as the place was rocked by the high-pitch squeals of best-girlfriends who had not seen each other for a long time.

"Hey Crystal, you wanna try and not disturb the atmosphere of my establishment?"

"Sorry sir." Aside to the others, "That's my boss, why don't we sit down at my table over there. Magarique, it's so great to see you again."

"It's good to see you again too Crystal," said Maggy.

"What about me?"

"Oh hi Allura. What are you checking up on me now? Oh and um, what's your name again?"

"I didn't give it yet. I'm Tai."

"Oh yeah Tai. I'd like you all to meet my new friend Eddy."

"We've met, he's with us and you must be one of Allura and Maggy's sisters."

"Yeah I am, so what gave me away?"

"Well other then the fact that no one else would know us, it was probably your eyes hon. People around here don't have our unique eye coloring," said Maggy.

"Right, I knew that. You go by Maggy now? That's so cute. And look at the two of you holding hands." Tai and Maggy blushed at Crystal's observational comment. "You know," she said as she hooked her arm around Eddy's as they sat down, "I think friend Eddy is the funniest most charming guy I've ever met. What do you think? Would we make as cute a couple?"

"Hey! Get your hands off him!" Allura came off a bit too jealously as she pulled on Eddy's other arm.

"Oh I get it; he's already your boyfriend." Crystal folded her arms across her chest and began to pout. "I bet he doesn't even know what you look like at your normal size."

"Well it's not like he's officially my boyfriend, and for your information he has seen us at our natural heights. They both have."

"Oh. Ohhh, I get it." Her eyes brightened up. "It's just sex between you two."

"(gasp) Crystal."

"I'm curious. What's it like when she's huge and you're right there by her pussy."

"Crystal!"

"Well she does have a very sweet aroma."

"Eddy!"

"I bet I'm twice as sweet as she is," continued Crystal.

"By the way, I've only been able to find Humans. I haven't seen any of the Terrans I'm supposed to find." Everyone paused for a moment.

"Crystal hon, they're the same thing," said Maggy.

"No way," she said gesturing to the people in the tavern. "They're supposed to be our mortal enemies? But they're so interesting and so much fun."

"It doesn't matter now because we're changing sides," said Allura, "and the first thing we're going to do is get everyone together and restore that planet we shrunk."

"Why lu-ra? What difference does one planet make?"

"Don't call me that and we're gonna do it because it's the right thing to do." Crystal just stared at her blankly. "Maggy help me out here."

"Look Crystal, we need to restore the planet because it was Tai and Eddy's home-world."

Crystal started to tear up. She pulled Eddy from Allura and hugged him so tight she nearly squeezed the air from his lungs. "Oh Eddy I'm soo sorry! I would never do anything to hurt you! (sob) If I only knew! (sob)"

"Hey! I thought I told you girls to keep it down."

Crystal was now more than willing to join the group. As a plus she also knew the planet Phana was on. Before they got going, she wanted to go back the room she had rented in the residential section of the station and collect a few possessions she'd bought with money earned working. Most of it was small stuff. It all fit into a very small and very chic purse that she had also purchased. They got a very rude surprise as they stepped out into the corridor.

"Well well well, what do we have here? A couple of small time chumps and a bounty worth 50… er 'scuse me 75 million credits." A man who was about 6'0" and dressed in black was standing in the corridor. His hair was slicked back and he had stubble on his chin. He was wearing a long black trench coat, a real brand name and not a knock off like Eddy's. He had several spiked rings on his fingers and he was carrying three stunner collars.

Tai leaped forward and got into a fighting stance. "What the hell are you doing here Drake?"

"I simple chimp could track a ship traveling through space without using an M-drive. Do you think you could have left Corenia without my allowing it? I did some checking around and discovered there's quite a hefty bounty on all Orcaidians found outside the blockade. Of course I couldn't collect it while you sat behind a cosmic barrier."

Eddy stepped forward. "So now you're a bounty hunter? What happened to pirate and mercenary? You have a lot of prices on your own head. How do you even expect to anywhere near a bounty office? Besides that, I think you'll find these girls' powers are more than you can handle"

"Don't you worry about me. The bounty offer is very hush-hush. No need to expose myself to other hunters at a bounty office." Drake held up the collars in his hand. "And these stunner collars have worked to subdue other alien powers. They'll handle you're lady friends."

Eddy pulled back his sleeves to reveal his blaster gauntlets. A pair of rods extended from each arm blaster and began to charge with energy. A green force field formed around his entire left arm. The energy produced a green beam lance in his other hand. "You'll lay one finger on these girls over my dead body!"

"Well that's the idea you nitwit. I had brought a third collar just for you, but now that there are three girls, I'll just have to kill you right here."

"What are you doing Eddy? This is my fight." Eddy looked at Tai in shock.

"What are you saying? I'm not letting you fight alone."

"Do you think it's only me you have to fight?" Two figures approached from the side corridors. One was a short scrawny man with a long nose and spiky hair. He was dressed in a grubby brown coat and carried a death disk under his arm. The other man was tall, 6'8", and muscular with white hair, long bushy side burns, and a connecting beard. He had on some imposing looking battle armor. "Brinx, Wolf, take care of Mr. Ramos but leave Mr. Toriyama to me."

"Who's he talking to?" asked a confused Crystal, "I thought their names were Tai and Eddy."

"Those are their surnames," replied Maggy. "Terrans have two names. One is like the name of the family they belong to and the other is their personal name."

"Oh, I think I get it. Go Ramos! Go Toriyama!"

"No Maggy meant (sigh)… never mind," said Allura.

Brinx whipped the disk out at Eddy who deflected it with his arm shield. The disk ricocheted off a support arch and returned in the direction of the thrower. Eddy swung behind him at Wolf with his beam lance. Brinx back-flipped just as the disk hit the spot he was standing and caught it as it bounced up. Wolf blocked Eddy's lance with the armor plating on his arm. He struck Eddy in the face with a massive punch and sent him to the floor.

"Hey that's not fair!" Allura's height increased to eight feet. Maggy quickly grabbed hold of her arm.

"Whoa, you're going to get yourself hurt if you walk into that."

Tai was engaged in a fierce attack on Drake. Whirl kick, rapid punch, Drake dodged and waived each attack without even dropping the collars. Seeing an opening he gave Tai a strong hook to the midsection. The spikes on his rings tore through the flight suit and drew blood.

Seeing Tai double over in pain caused Maggy to shoot up to 16 feet. She grew so fast she didn't give any concern to her dress, which ripped one of the shoulder straps. She also forgot about the nine foot high ceiling. It was a big mistake. The second her head bumped the ceiling it sent her flat on her ass. This time Crystal spoke up.

"You better be careful or you'll rip this station apart. I think it'd be better if we ran instead fighting."

"I'm way ahead of you." Eddy raised a fist into the air and produced a blinding flash of light. Seconds later the five of them were running for the dock, Tai being supported by Eddy. Once they reached the docks Crystal turned and headed for the airlocks.

"Where are you going? The ship is this way!"

"I have a plan. Go on without me, I'll meet you outside the station." The Silver Strike left the Liberty Station docks amid the protests of the dock operator.

"I don't see her, said Tai. "She said she would meet us."

"We may have to go back," said Eddy. A missile overshot the ship.

"Bad idea, the Marauder is already coming after us. I can't believe they'd opened fire while still in the space dock."

"Hold it," Eddy looked over the scanner. "I'm reading a strange radiation source." A large glowing purple object exited the station's airlock. When it stopped growing everyone could see it was one of the station's spacesuits. Crystal powered up her rockets and moved between the two ships.

"Commander, there appears to be a giant in our path."

"Then shoot her down you fools." Crystal pulled into a defensive posture as missile after missile impacted with her massive suit. When the barrage ended she unfolded to reveal the missiles had failed to even scratch the suit. The suit, which was designed to protect a space walker from punctures caused by small meteors, had increased in strength by Crystal's same proportions.

"No effect commander, and she is still in our path."

"Avoid her you idiots!!!" The Marauder veered and tried to pass by the giantess.

"OH NO YOU DON'T." Crystal seized the small tail of the Marauder and held on with both hands. The power from the dual engines dragged her along with the ship. She managed to reverse the direction with her suit's rockets and bring the ship to a halt. "TIME TO GO FOR A SPIN." Crystal began to twirl around with the help of her suit's rockets. Drake and his crew became dizzy from the spinning. Crystal must have also become disoriented because when she released the ship she sent it straight into the path of Silver Strike.

Tai's voice came over the speakers in her suit. "Hey watch it!"

"HUH? OH SORRY."

"I have an idea. Listen up."

Meanwhile, the Marauder had regained control. "No one makes a fool out of Victor Drake. Load an Antimatter charge into the torpedo launcher."

"Commander, are you sure you want to use the charge so close to the station?" inquired Wolf.

"Just do it!" The Giantess was just floating there in space. The Marauder was about to fire when she spread her legs apart. A shimmering Silver Strike passed between them.

Tai and Eddy chanted in unison, "The portals are open and the ship's a shine, the batteries are charged, it's silver strike time!"

The ship zipped by so fast that Wolf and Brinx could only watch as it unleashed hundreds of energy blasts on their ship. "Severe damage to the starboard engine commander."

"Grrr… get us out of here."

The crew aboard the Silver Strike cheered their victory but stopped short as they felt the ship jilted from above. Crystal's voice came over the com, "WHERE TO NOW?"

"Crystal, are you riding on top of the ship?" asked Tai.

"YEAH."

"Do us a favor and shrink down so you can ride inside like a normal person." They met at the ship's airlock and each gave Crystal a hug for helping them defeat Drake, although, she did hug Eddy for an extra long time.

"I think we should head for the planet Malo and find your next sister. We can repair our battle damage there."

Maggy started to ask, "We can't we fix it here…" Just then the ship was rocked violently from what could only be weapons fire.

A voice came over the com, "This is an Alliance patrol ship. You are to stand down and prepare to be boarded. You will surrender all unclassified aliens into our custody."

"Quick all three of you to the cargo bay!" Eddy and Tai, who was still somewhat sore but coping, ran to the helm. "Activate the M-drive!" yelled Tai. The ship jumped to hyperspace.

Back in the cargo bay, "OW YOU'RE POKING ME WITH YOUR ELBOW!" whined Maggy.

"IT'S NOT MY FAULT. CRYSTAL STILL HAS THAT STUPID SPACESUIT ON," retorted Allura.

"I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO TAKE IT OFF AND QUIT KICKIN…click." Eddy switched off the ship's intercom.

"How long before we can resize?" he asked.

"With a military vessel on our tail? I think it may be awhile."

"Great… you can go tell them."

Part 6

The Silver Strike resized hours later when the guys felt confident no one was on their tail. Their cautiousness was not very appreciated by the girls, who were crammed in the cargo bay for over three hours. They traveled the rest of the distance to Malo without the M-drive for the girls' comfort. The guys kept a close eye on the long range sensors the whole time. Malo was pretty far on the frontier of the Terran Alliance, and it took nearly two weeks to reach their destination. Because of the planet's reputation, there were a number of patrol ships around. Tai decided they needed to use the M-drive to avoid detection. However, they had a hell of a time getting the girls to return to the cargo bay. Once in the planet's atmosphere, Eddy had found a cave they could use to conceal the ship. It wasn't too far from the mega-city of Gosodom. The mouth of the cave was wide enough for the shrunken ship to fit through and its cavern was large enough for a normal size Silver Strike.

The group had gathered in the ship's open room. It was an area adjacent to the ship's quarters. There were a number of chairs and a couple of couches in the room. There was also a table, which was littered with the wrappings and empty packaging from former insta-meals. Maggy and Tai were seated on one of the couches. Eddy sat on the other between Allura and Crystal. The girls had come to him complaining of sore necks caused by the cramped conditions in the cargo bay. It was a shameless ploy for his affection and by now was routine, not that he disliked the attention. Eddy offered to massage their necks for them but he had meant one at a time. Instead he found himself rubbing both their necks at the same time. Still, it wasn't that bad an experience. Both girls seemed to almost purr in pleasure, but each would give Eddy a sideways glare if they felt him lose focus on them for even a second.

Tai was so amused at Eddy's predicament that he had completely forgotten what he had called everyone together for. In their shrunken state, the two relatively 'small' women still dwarfed Eddy and he was desperately trying to keep them both happy.

"Um Tai," Eddy stopped massaging Allura and Crystal's necks for a moment. "Didn't you have something you wanted to talk about?" Both girls scooted closer to Eddy so that they were actually squeezing him between their larger bodies. They looked down at him with demanding stares.

"Hey, don't stop on my account." Tai said with a smirk as he stood up. "I called you here so I could tell you what to expect on this planet. Gosodom is the most crime-ridden colony in the sector. The people here would just as soon cut you open and sell your organs on the galactic cyber net as mug you."

"Eww" Crystal made a grossed out face.

"Damn straight eww, but that's just the first problem," continued Tai. "Because this is also an official colony of the Alliance, there is a strong military presence on Malo to keep what little order there is left."

"I get it. The incident back at Station Liberty has made us fugitives," added Maggy.

"Correct, so we will need to keep a low profile. That means…"

The girls finished for him in unison, "It means no growing into giants and scaring the shit out of all the little people and the local authorities."

"I guess if that's clear," said Tai, still not any less worried, "we should get going."

The group stood outside the ship as their means of travel was lowered from the vehicle bay. The small craft resembled a car without wheels.

"What is it?" asked Allura.

"It's a flyer and it'll get us to Gosodom," Eddy answered.

Tai got into the driver's seat. Eddy reached for the front passenger door when Maggy yelled, "Shotgun!" and jumped in ahead of him.

"What's shotgun?" asked Crystal.

"It's what you say so you can sit up front and someone else can't," answered Maggy.

"Great," said Allura, "that means you can sit in back with me Eddy." Eddy was pulled into the back by Allura and Crystal jumped in behind him. "Hey wait a minute. There's not a lot of leg room back here."

"I know. That's why I called shotgun," laughed Maggy.

The flyer sped across the barren wastelands of Malo towards the mega-city of Gosodom. Despite the cramped seats, Allura and Crystal relaxed as the rush of wind blew through their hair. Maggy was greatly disappointed with the quality of scenery that the planet had to offer. Even the twilight sky was unremarkable. The stars were mostly concealed by the dirt colored clouds of Malo. Eddy and Tai inhaled deeply just before they crossed the city limits.

Maggy cried out, "Oh yuck!" Allura just went "mmf" and leaned over the side of the car.

"Whots dot all-fall s'mell?" Crystal talked though a pinched nose as she tried desperately to keep the foul odor out."

"That would be the pollution. (cough) Welcome to Gosodom ladies," said Tai. Gray metal soldered towers loomed along the sides of the main road into the city. Brown air wafted through the city.

"Id stints, les go bok," Crystal cried.

"It'll take you a little while (cough) to get use to it. (cough cough)," said Eddy.

"Bud id s'mells lite a doylet!" she complained.

Tai found a secure parking lot for the flyer but he still felt that he was being robbed based on what the attendant had charged him.

"Are you okay Allura?" asked Eddy. "It looked like you threw up back there."

"Not quite," said Allura, "but I was close."

Tai looked around. "So how do we find your sister..?"

"Phana," said Maggy.

"Yeah, how do we find Phana?" he asked.

"Well, she has dark skin. Kind of like Maggy only darker," said Crystal. "Her eyes are purple just like ours of course, and she has bright red hair. Also she should only be 5'9."

"Only 5'9"? Are any of your sisters going to be shorter than Tai or me?" asked Eddy.

"At their normal heights, no," smiled Allura, "but I see what you mean. Phana is the shortest and I'm the tallest."

"You're only taller than me by an inch Allura," said Crystal.

"Funny, it looks like I'm a lot taller than you from here."

"That's because you have heels on."

"I don't know how to break this to you, but that description won't help us much around this city," said Tai. It was true. Gosodom was filled with people who had an exotic array of hair and eye colors.

"Wait, I also remember she works in bookstore of some kind," said Crystal.

"Okay a bookstore," said Tai, "in Gosodom that's gonna narrow things down a lot."

"How could you possibly know that Crystal?" asked Allura incredulously.

"Well unlike some sisters, Phana and I keep in touch."

The neon sign flashed the name of the store, Dick Cock's Erotic Literature. A beautiful young woman was behind the counter protected by blaster proof glass.

"Okay that's six magazines," she said. "That will be…"

"Hold on. Get me one more, that one, up there," pointed the man on the other side of the glass.

"Up there? Okay." She used the ladder to reach the top shelf but when she got up there, "This one… hey!!!" The man was gone and so where the magazines. "Damn it! I shouldn't have left the window open." She climbed back down. "Why are people such assholes?"

"We're not all assholes."

"Wha…?" She turned around to find a tall man dressed in a military uniform.

"I said we're not all assholes. Here, I thought you might want these back."

"Where did… what happened to…?"

"That creep? He'll be lying unconscious in the street for a while. My name's Paul, Captain Paul Nelson."

"Nice to meet you Paul, I'm Phana."

"I love you hairstyle Phana. Did you have a salon color it or did you just dunk your head in a bucket of paint."

"What are you talking about? My hair color is natural."

"That's real funny. You have good sense of humor."

"Um, thanks I guess."

Two figures passed by the storefront window. They had come out of a spare ship parts store next door and were loaded down with engine parts and tools. The shorter one almost tripped over a man seemingly passed out in the street.

"Lousy drunks, why don't they pass out in an ally and stay the hell out of my way."

"Hey Brinx, does not that girl look unusual to you?"

"What girl? This city is full of freaks."

"Yes, but I am thinking that one has eyes just like the girls the commander was looking for."

"Hey I think you're right Wolf. Let's dump this stuff in the air jeep and come back."

By now the group had become hopelessly lost.

"I'm beginning to believe there are no bookstores in Gosodom at all," said Tai.

"So why don't we asked directions?" Crystal walked up to a pair of women standing on the corner. "Hi I'm Crystal."

"My my my, aren't you a tall drink of water," said the red head.

"I'm sorry hon, but Roxy and I don't swing that way," said the other girl, this one with black spiked hair and heavy blue eye shadow. "Now if one of your male friends wants to join us, I'd be interested in some three-way."

"Huh? No, I just wanted directions…"

"Hey Roxy, Tish, what the hell's going on?" A liquor soaked man stumbled out of a nearby bar. "Look here. This is my corner. Pedal your whores somewhere else."

"Relax Jimmy. I think she only wanted direct…" (smack) Jimmy struck Tish across the face.

"Shut up! I wasn't talking to you bitch." He pulled out a vibro-knife from his pocket.

"Eek!" Crystal scrambled behind Allura and Eddy. "You can't have our organs!"

Eddy tried to calm her down. "Relax; he's just a drunk pimp. Tai and I can handle him."

Allura had a harsh look in her eyes. She was totally shocked by what she had just seen. She extended her arm and engulfed Jimmy in a purple glow. "You need to learn how to respect a woman." Jimmy watched in bewilderment as the world around him began to grow. Allura appeared to become a fierce giantess looking down on him with contempt. When she had finished Jimmy was only two inches tall. Roxy bent down to look at him.

"Wow that's the most amazing thing I've ever seen. What are you going to do with him?" she asked.

"Nothing, he's yours if you want him," answered Allura. Tish rubbed the red bruise on her cheek and then whispered something in Allura's ear. Both women smiled as she caused Jimmy to glow again. His size increased to 7 inches. Tish lifted him up, making sure to give him a little squeeze, and brought him over to Roxy. Roxy smiled knowing what was in store for Jimmy.

"Fuck you Jimmy… later," laughed Tish as she stuffed an irate Jimmy in her purse.

"So now we owe you guys a favor," said Roxy. "You said you needed directions?"

"Um, we're looking for a bookstore," said Crystal, still apprehensive after her fright. Both hookers laughed out loud.

"The closest thing to a bookstore around here would be that Dick Cock place." Roxy pointed down the street to a store just as two figures came running out. Brinx jumped into the jeep and Wolf followed carrying a limp Phana in his arms.

"Phana!" the girls cried out.

The group took off running but by the time they reached the store the air jeep had already taken off. A man in a military uniform crawled out the doorway.

(groan) "Big guy… sucker punched me as I was leaving. They took her."

Eddy grabbed a hold of the man. "Where?! Where are they taking her?" But the man was unresponsive, apparently he didn't know.

"Shit," said Tai. "We'll never catch them without the flyer."

Tish and Roxy had followed from behind. "That's a jeep from one of those warehouses," said Roxy.

"Yeah, you'll find the lot a good ways outside the city," said Tish.

Eddy and Tai turned to each other and at the same time said, "Wait here, I'll get the flyer."

Part 7

The large warehouse was filled with dust and grime and little else. Phana was tied to a chair with heavy duty rope. Its purpose was partly for restraint, but mostly to keep her from slumping over. The stunner collar served the function of subduing her nicely. While Brinx kept a watchful eye on her, Drake used his communicator to check on the ongoing repairs to the Marauder. Wolf was with the ship in another warehouse handling the repairs all alone.

Brinx moved in for a closer look at their bounty. Phana was not just beautiful, but incredibly sexy as well. She had on purple eye shadow and lipstick. She wore a small powder blue T that pulled tightly around her breast. Her pants were silver colored pleather hip-huggers. Brinx leaned in closer. Phana's hair was a fiery mane. Brinx brushed his hand back and forth through it like it was a feather duster.

"Brinx! Do me a favor and don't touch the alien." Drake shut off his communicator. "Now let's interrogate the prisoner." He walked over and pressed a button on the side of the collar.

"…mmm…"

"She's waking up," said Brinx.

"Tell me. What is your name?" asked Drake. "Where do you come from?"

"…Phana… I'm from Orcaidia…"

"There are more like you? Does every member of your race have this power over size?"

"no…No, only members… of the royal family… only we can shift."

"What is the source of this power?"

"Shar plant… grows wild… it was delicacy… centuries ago…"

"What?" asked Drake somewhat confused. Phana was still suffering the effects from the stunner caller. She was having trouble organizing her thoughts clearly.

"The plant… shar plant… m-makes micronium… it's a weed that grows in the forests."

Drake's eyes grew wide. "Plants that produced the fuel for the m-drive? It costs millions to synthesize and it grows for nothing on her homeworld."

"It sounds like nonsense to me boss," said Brinx.

"I didn't ask your opinion. This would explain the power they have. Orcaidia? That sounds like the quarantine zone that lies just beyond the frontier." His communicator began beeping.

"Commander, I have completed the final repairs."

"Excellent, I'll be right there. Brinx see if you can watch the prisoner without touching. We'll sell her into a local sex shop before we leave."

"Huh?! What about the bounty?"

"It's a drop in the bucket compared to what we'll make off these plants. I don't want to waste any time." With that he left.

Brinx roamed around the empty warehouse kicking around stray litter. "I never get any respect. You'd think I was incompetent or something."

"uh… Hey where am I?!!"

"Oh no! I forgot to reset the collar." Brinx tried to reach in and press the button but Phana snapped at him.

"Don't touch me you creep!" Phana began to struggle against the ropes. A purple glow surrounded her and her breast began to swell underneath the restraints. The collar and rope snapped away as she began to grow. Brinx ran screaming out the nearest side exit. "HEY COME BACK HERE!"

"Aaaaaahhh!" Brinx ran from the warehouse. He came back thinking maybe he should go tell the boss what had happened. He then decided it would be better to save his own ass first and changed direction again. Before long he was running in circles.

Back inside Phana had grown too large to stand up in the building. She started to crawl towards the large doors in the front. The sound of her arm crashing through the warehouse door frightened Brinx into a nearby waste receptacle. Phana had to get on her belly as her body continued to expand.

"MPFF." Unfortunately, her rear was now too large to fit through the doorway. She struggled for several minutes. She sent tremors throughout the complex. Her fingers dug into the pavement. Her hips managed to bend the frame but she was still stuck. "DUH PHANA, SHRINK YOURSELF DOWN A LITTLE AND THEN PULL YOURSELF OUT." She finally got out and continued to grow until, with the help of some 20-foot heels, she stood 600 feet tall.

Brinx peeked out from under the lid of the trash bin. Phana was an awesome sight. The roof of the warehouse didn't even reach her ankles. "NOW WHERE DID THAT LITTLE PIPSQUEAK GO?" Brinx ducked down. If she found him he was shoe paste. He was nothing but a little speck to her now. "WHO CARES? I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THESE PEOPLE ANYWAYS. THEY NEED TO SEE WHO'S BOSS NOW." Her thunderous footsteps shook Brinx's tiny box as she headed for the city.

"A lot just outside the city; more like a giant complex and there must be at least a half dozen of them out here." Tai was piloting the flyer. The girls where piled into the back. "That's the last time I get directions from a hooker."

"They were only trying to help Tai," said Crystal.

"Don't worry, we'll find Phana somehow," said Maggy.

"I think we just did Maggy." Eddy pointed out the window. A giantess was leaving one of the complexes and walking down the road in their direction. Tai brought the flyer to a halt.

"Move!" Crystal pushed Allura out the door. Once outside she began to jump up and down and wave her arms trying to get Phana's attention. Phana seemed to continue along without noticing the tiny people in her path.

"I think you both should get back in the car right now," said Tai.

"I just need to grab her attention," said Crystal. "Maybe if I grow…"

"Everyone out!!!" shouted Tai. From their perspective the group had failed to realize how fast Phana had come to within one step of them. Now her giant boot was bearing down on the flyer. Everyone was able to clear the shadow of her foot, but as it compressed the hover car like a soda can, the shock wave and displaced air sent them all flying out several more yards.

Phana look back as she continued down the road. "TAKE THAT JERK!"

Crystal was in shock. "Hey she did that on purpose."

"Clearly she wasn't expecting us so maybe she didn't recognize you either," said Tai.

Maggy crossed her arms, "It figures. She's the one with the attitude problem you know."

Eddy brushed the dust off and stood up. He turned to the girls and asked, "Are you alright?"

Allura and Crystal together, "Yeah, I'm okay Eddy."

"He meant me Crystal." Allura was ready to start another argument but Crystal appeared preoccupied.

"Forget it for a sec well you," she said. "Aren't you concerned that she might want to do the same thing to the city that she did to the flyer?"

"You forget what a cesspool of filth and crime it is," said Tai. "I'm sure whatever she does will only be an improvement."

"Don't say things like that Tai. What about our friends Tish and Roxy?" Crystal's energy began glowing brightly she started growing. "I'm going to try and stop her. And save all those people."

Eddy looked up in awe as Crystal grew. "Wow Crystal, you know you really have a heart of gold." Crystal's face blushed bright red.

"uhh… wait a minute, I'm coming too," said Allura with just a touch of envy.

"No you're not." Tai pressed a button on his watch. "One giantess, let alone two, is bad enough. You're just going to attract every military unit for miles. I need you, Maggy and Eddy to find a jeep somewhere so we can get back to the ship."

"What are you gonna be doing while we do that?" asked Eddy.

"Once my mech gets here I'm going to go and play decoy to draw the weapons fire of that approaching security force."

"Ohh, well have fun. I'll see you if, I mean when you get back."

"Thanks Eddy, your faith in me is very reassuring. Crystal go get your sister and see if you can…"

A jet bike pulled up from the side of the road. The rider stopped his bike at the foot of the now 600 foot tall Crystal. He sat on his vehicle staring up at the titaness. His face was hidden behind his helmet but his uniform was clearly military. Eddy waved his hand in front of his faceplate to grab the stranger's attention.

The rider removed his helmet. "I'm Cap. Nelson." Everyone stiffened. This was it; the military had them now for sure. Cap. Nelson looked at the crushed flyer, back to Crystal, and then at Phana in the distance. "I want to help." Everyone was speechless. "You know before the local patrol blasts her to bits. If this exceptionally tall lass would be so kind as to give me a lift, I want to try and talk to Phana."

Crystal got down on one knee and lowered her hand to the ground next to the captain. "CLIMB IN." Cap. Nelson did so while maintaining as much dignity as one could while climbing into a giant hand. After positioning himself safely in the center of her palm, he gave her a thumbs-up. Crystal stood up again. She carefully picked him up with her other hand and set him on her shoulder. "WE'RE OFF." She gave him a sideward glance. "ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE A REAL SHIP'S CAPTAIN? YOU LOOK A LITTLE YOUNG."

"Yeah well, it's not like I'm in charge of one of those huge carriers or anything."

The roar of rockets and a small dust storm announced the arrival of Tai's Predator. As Tai started to climb in, Eddy ran up, "Are you sure we can trust him?"

"Looks like Crystal already decided that we can." He sat down in the pilot's seat. "Find us that jeep."

Phana had arrived at the city limits of Gosodom. Her feet were planted on either side of the road. She pushed through the first of the cities towers. The welded metal structures distorted in shape from her arms and hips simply brushing by. Phana smiled as she watched the inhabitants flee from her. She picked up one of the abandoned cars and crushed it in her hand. Satisfied with her show of strength, she picked up another car and prepared to toss it as far as she could. She caught movement from outside the city just out of the corner of her eye. She stepped into the open between a couple of buildings to investigate. A strong laser beam struck her in the chest causing her to fall back against a building which withstood the force and weight of her gargantuan body. Every window in the building shattered however, and rained bits of glass down on her.

"Damn that was quick. I hope she's alright." Tai looked back but was unable to see Phana through the buildings. He continued on towards the direction the cannon blast had come from, hoping to shut them down before either she got up again or Crystal arrived.

"Colonel, laser was ineffective"

"Damn it. Don't your men maintain their artillery?"

"It appears that the pollution levels around Gosodom are impairing the beam. We will need to move closer for an effective range." The colonel observed the scene through a pair of vid-line binoculars. To his dismay a second blond giantess approached the fallen redhead.

"Negative, bring up the mega-particle beam cannon positioned in the rear."

"DO YOU NEED A HAND?" Phana was so surprised she could barely speak.

"CRYSTAL? WHA…?"

"I CAME HERE WITH ALLURA AND MAGGY…"

"ALLURA AND MAG…? OH MY GOSH! YOU MEAN MAGARIQUE?" Phana took her hand and stood up. "YOU FOUND HER?!" The people in the streets who had gathered to watch the giantesses were forced to cover their ears as Phana's voice boomed through the city. "I DON'T UNDERSTAND, WHY ARE YOU ALL HERE?"

"I CAN EXPLAIN IT ALL TO YOU BUT FIRST WHY DON'T YOU SHRINK DOWN AND COME WITH ME."

"I WILL BUT FIRST I HAVE UNFINISHED BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. HEY, YOU WHANNA HELP ME CAUSE SOME RANDOM DESTRUCTION?" Her words caused all onlookers to turn and run.

"NO PHANA! YOU MUSTN'T!" Crystal grabbed Phana's arm but she managed to yank it free.

"OW THAT HURTS."

"YOU'RE SUCH A BRAT YOU KNOW THAT. I BET YOU DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE IT WAS US IN THAT CAR YOU SMASHED."

"DON'T LECTURE ME CRYSTAL. YOU HAVEN'T LIVED HERE LIKE I HAVE. MY APARTMENT'S A RAT HOLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. JUST TODAY A JERK TRIED TO RIP ME OFF AND THEN A COUPLE OF SLEAZE BAGS TRIED TO KIDNAP ME. IF I WANT SOME PAYBACK WHO'S GOING TO STOP ME? YOU? THOSE GNATS AND THEIR TOYS?"

Crystal was caught off guard but she remembered her passenger on her shoulder. Only now he wasn't there. Crystal remembered she had leaned forward to help Phana and now panicked thinking of what might have happed to him. "OH NO, WHERE DID HE GO?"

Phana spotted a man dangling from one of Crystal's golden locks. "PAUL?"

About a hundred yards from the Malo defense forces, Tai switched from rockets to running mode. The forces were aware of him now and had assessed him to be a threat. Tai strafed from side to side. He easily avoided the blaster fire but his own firepower could not penetrate the force fields of the heavy laser tanks.

"Damn, they sure as hell don't make it easy on you." The guns on his mech rotated and a pair of arms extended. The right one produced a beam lance. The speed of the predator was incredible as it passed through the front lines. In a flash he had managed to cut into the large cannons of both tanks. His victory was cut short however as he saw the approaching mega-particle cannon. In a more unorthodox tactic, he overcharged his beam lance and slipped it down the barrel of the super cannon.

Paul now stood safely in Phana's hand. He was distracted shortly by the explosion in the distance. "I take it one of your friends had something to do with that."

"I GUESS SO," said Phana, who by now had forgotten what she was mad at the city for.

"I STILL THINK MOST OF THE PEOPLE HERE ARE TOTAL JERKS BUT I'LL GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE FOR YOUR SAKE."

"That's all I asked," said Paul as he smiled up at her. Both giantesses left the city and began walking back to the lots. They were more than half ways there when an air jeep approached. Eddy was at the wheel.

"WELL HERE GOes nothing." Phana set Paul on the ground and began to shrink. Tai arrived just as she reached minimum size. Phana wanted to run to her sisters but Paul pulled her back. Now that she was normal, to him, he was less intimidated. They embraced in a passionate kiss.

Maggy ran to up to Tai as he dismounted. "Are you alright?" She looked him over for injuries.

"I fine. Mission accomplished with zero casualMpf…" Maggy didn't let him finish. She pressed her lips against his as the two kissed as well.

Allura sat in the jeep with Eddy. She turned to him and was about to put her arm around him when she was interrupted by a series of small tremors. They looked out and up at a still giant Crystal. Her arms were folded across her chest. The source of the tremors was coming from her large tapping foot.

She suddenly cried out, "IT'S NOT FAIR. WHY DOES EVERYONE HAVE SOMEBODY BUT ME?"

Part 8

Tai piloted the Silver Strike out the cave before the girls boarded. It was their suggestion. Now that there were four of them, it seemed like it would be cruel to seal them up in the cargo bay like sardines. Even at full size though, it was surprisingly easy to leave Malo undetected. Granted, it was due in part to the captain of a certain destroyer "mistakenly" misdirecting the fleet's attention to the opposite side of the planet.

Eddy could barely contain his excitement. The three remaining sisters were on Orcaidia IV. They were so close to accomplishing their mission he could feel it. Gathering the girls had been no more difficult than they could handle. At least that was the view if you were a die-hard optimist. But the more Eddy thought about it, the more it seemed like the final steps would be a piece of cake, if he only knew.

Eddy was at the controls of the Silver Strike. Deciding to be cautious, he and Tai had set the autopilot to take the long way to frontier. Their route would take them around most populated systems, but it meant their trip would take six hours instead of two. Eddy was not the pilot Tai was, but all he really had to do was monitor the ship's computer.

Tai sat behind him at one of the tactical stations giving Maggy yet another lesson on the ship systems. He had done so many times before and had paused only briefly when she had become too big to fit inside the ship. Now that her powers were restored, he continued where they had left off.

Phana sat across from them at the other station. Her attention was not with the empty station but with the view of the stars outside the cockpit. It didn't matter to her that they whipped by as streaks as the ship traveled at hyper-speed. Few people from her planet ever got to travel through space and she was going to savor every second of it. Malo had been a huge disappointment to her and she had almost regretted volunteering for the mission just for a chance to travel in space. Now that they were back among the stars, her mood had greatly improved. "Now this is what I signed up for," she said to herself.

The door to the cockpit slid open and Crystal and Allura walked in. Crystal's curiosity was sparked immediately by what Tai and Maggy were doing. Allura walked over to Eddy.

"Hi Eddy, how's it going?" Allura got no answer. Eddy was humming happily to himself as he stared at the screen. "Huh?" Allura walked around to his side and leaned over his shoulder. He remained unaware of her presence so she leaned in closer. Eddy slowly floated back to reality and turned to find his face inches from Allura's. Her inquisitive stare became a smile accompanied by a small giggle.

"Uh… hi."

"Daydreaming are we?" she asked. Everyone burst out laughing.

"Yeah, I guess," said Eddy as his face reddened.

"Hey Eddy, if it's too much for you, I can make sure the autopilot is doing its job for the next hour or so," said Tai.

"No, no I'm okay," replied

"Hey Maggy, what are you guys doing?" Crystal asked as she pointed to a spinning wire-frame sphere on the screen.

"I'm helping Tai reset the ship's system clocks for Orcaidia time."

"What for?" asked Crystal.

"Because, there's a difference between our time and Earth standard time," answered Maggy. Crystal only gave a blank stare that said she clearly didn't understand. "Here let me show you." Maggy pressed a button and both spheres appeared now to move in orbits around blinking points. "Earth time has a year of 365 days. An Orcaidian year is only 212 days but one of our days is like 2.7 times as long as an Earth day. The break down of hours is also different."

"Oh, I see now," said Crystal.

"It gets even more interesting when you figure in our ages," said Maggy. "At 16, even our youngest sister would be 25 years old on Tai's scale. Being oldest, Allura would be around 35."

"Hmm," said Crystal sarcastically, "I think I can see it."

"Hey come on Crystal, she doesn't look a year over 25," said Eddy.

"ahh… I'm only 22 Eddy!" Allura gave him a shove. It was just a playful nudge and yet Eddy was knocked from his chair. Allura was surprised by her apparent strength, and once again everyone was laughing at Eddy.

"Allura, if you think that's bad listen to this," said Maggy. "Eddy and Tai would only be 13 to us."

Maggy pinched Tai's cheek. "Who's my little man?"

"Hey, quit it."

"You're too serious." She gave Tai a playful shove and, like Eddy, he was knocked down.

"Whoops, are you okay Tai?"

Phana glanced back from her precious stars. "If you're not careful, you're going to hurt those two."

Tai and Eddy were rubbing their sides for long after the incident. The girls were surprisingly strong even at their reduced size. When they reached the frontier, they were dismayed to find the military presence had increased dramatically. After analyzing the situation from a good distance, Tai came to a decision.

"There's no option, you know what needs to be done."

"No way!" replied Crystal stubbornly.

"Look, you're not still mad about being pushed down by a couple of women are you?" asked Allura.

Eddy spoke with a half cocked smile, "Hey if you're that strong, how 'bout helping me clear out the rest of the bay."

Nearly an hour later they had removed just about everything and placed it in the hallways. Eddy drew a box on the floor based on ratio to which the ship would shrink. The girls laid down inside as best as they could. They even removed their shoes in an effort to fit. The others explained to Phana that she would have to concentrate to keep her clothes from ripping.

"This isn't going to work Eddy," said Allura. "We'll never fit."

"Remember you'll have a little clearance on top. Move your leg on top of Maggy, Allura."

"It looks like there's a debris field just inside the blockade line," said Tai. "I may be able to resize in there. Don't worry. I'll start the process slowly. If there's a problem, call me on the intercom." Tai left the cargo bay. "Ow! Damn it!"

"Are you alright Tai?!" shouted Eddy.

"Yeah! I banged my foot on one of these crates!"

A short while later the shrinking process had begun. Suddenly Allura stood up.

"Allura, what are you doing?" asked Maggy.

"I'm not going to be crammed in here anymore. I'm shrinking down with the ship."

"What?" exclaimed Crystal, "That'S IMPOSSIBLE." The girls all seemed to expand as the ship shrunk down, all of them except Allura. She was clearly struggling to keep up with the ship. Her eyes were shut tight, her fists clenched, and she was glowing the brightest purple. She managed to keep her concentration as Maggy's growing body knocked her off her feet. Allura continued to dwindle down while on the tummy of her sister. Eddy was so busy watching; he was almost smashed by Phana's foot as her leg stretched out.

Finally the process ended and Allura stood up. She was standing on Maggy's midriff. Looking around she saw her sisters were pretty well sardined in the cargo bay. "Well I guess I'll catch you suckers later," she said.

"WAIT, YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE US LIKE THIS," wailed Crystal.

"What do you want me to do about it?"

"IF YOU'RE ABLE TO SHRINK YOURSELF FARTHER, THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP US DO IT TOO," replied Maggy.

"Hmm… Nope I don't think so."

"ALLURA!!!" cried the girls.

"Fine, I'll do it," she said. "Just concentrate."

Allura was surrounded in a purple glow that extended to her sisters. When the girls stopped shrinking, they got up and looked themselves over.

Phana was incredulous. "I can't believe it. We're like one thousandth our regular size."

"I know what you mean. Allura's powers have gotten a lot stronger," said Maggy.

"1,000… I can only imagine what you would all look like if you were a thousand times larger than you are now," thought Eddy out loud.

The girls smiled to each other. "You know, we could arrange that Eddy," said Allura.

Eddy smiled back weakly. "On second thought, maybe I rather not."

The Silver Strike had no trouble slipping by the patrols and for the first time the girls could watch. For the first time they were not stuck in the cargo bay while the M-drive was operating. Tai headed for the debris field as planned. They were clear of the patrol parameter so he, and the girls, resized. As a piece of space junk floated by, Crystal made a startling discovery.

"Ohmygosh you guys, this is what's left of the fleet."

Eddy studied a hexagonal block that Crystal had indicated. "I'm sorry for the people you lost."

"No, you're not getting it Eddy. What you are looking at is a life pod."

"A life pod?"

"Look, there's more!" Phana pointed out the window. Indeed, there were numerous pods floating out in space.

"Hold on," Tai jump in, "That was over seven months ago. There's no way anyone is still alive in those pods?"

"The pods use suspended animation," replied Maggy. "I don't remember how long the power supply is set to last but those blinking lights mean the pods are still functioning."

Allura clenched her teeth. The throbbing vein on her forehead looked like it was ready to burst at any moment. "That bitch!!!!" Everyone looked back stunned. "This area is far enough from the blockade. She left them here to die!"

Crystal placed her hand on Allura's shoulder. "Calm down, Tai and Eddy are here now. They'll help."

"I don't know about that," said Eddy. "There's too many and just one is 2-3 times the mass of this ship."

Allura rushed forward and grabbed Eddy under the arms. Eddy was lifted off the ground. "Then we need to go and take care of the queen now so we can return with a new fleet and rescue those people."

"Al-alright Allura," replied Eddy nervously. "I was going to suggest that."

Allura's face softened. She lowered Eddy back down then pulled him close for a hug. "I'm sorry Eddy. I know you'll be a big help."

Tai set course for the moon of Orcaidia IV. He and Eddy were blown away by how huge the planet was. The moon alone was almost as big as Blue Omen. Tai was running scans when the sensors detected a ship leaving the planet. It was a large cylinder shaped craft and somehow it spotted the Silver Strike. The ship, which was considerably larger than the Silver Strike, stopped about 3,000 meters away and hailed them. From the image that appeared on the screen, Tai and Eddy could see the ship was little more than a capsule. A beautiful black woman with long dark hair was the only passenger.

"YOU ARE AN ALLIANCE SHIP ARE YOU NOT? I AM MORRANDA. I GREET YOU AND WISH TO NEGOTIATE A PEACE FOR OUR PLANET."

"Morra!"

"HUH… ALLURA?"

"Phana, Crystal, and Magarique are here with me as well."

"I DON'T BELIEVE IT. I WAS GOING TO GO LOOK FOR ALL OF YOU."

"We were coming back for the rest of you too. We have to…"

"STOP OUR MOTHER? YES I KNOW."

"Hold on right there," interrupted Eddy. "Are you telling me the queen is your mom? This is like the most important information ever. Why didn't you tell us?"

"I'm sorry Eddy," said Allura. "I did think it was important enough to tell you guys."

Morranda noticed the two males with the group. "I'M SORRY. I DIDN'T GET YOUR NAMES."

Tai answered, "I'm Tai and this is Eddy. We are natives of Blue Omen."

"I SEE," said Morranda, fully comprehending what planet he was talking about.

"Attention unknown ships…" Everyone jumped. A large destroyer appeared over the moon's horizon. The patrol ship must have been on the far side of the moon observing the planet. Morranda's ship had drawn its attention. "…this is the Stingray…" There was a slight pause. "Silver Strike, there is an order for the seizure of your ship and the arrest of your crew. Orcaidian ship, prepare to be boarded."

"BOARDED? ARE YOU KIDDING? THERE'S BARELY ENOUGH ROOM IN HERE FOR ME."

There was another pause as that fact sank in. Suddenly the sensors on all three ships flared red. Five super large missiles had launched from Orcaidia and headed for the moon. They impacted and detonated. The blast engulfed the entire area and all three ships.

Part 9

A younger version of Allura is running through a grassy field on a clear day dressed in a flowing white summer dress. There are numerous flowers and large winged insects that resemble butterflies. Allura laughs playfully as she tries to catch some with her hands. As she chases them into a patch of tall grass, she notices several other girls in the field. She shouts and waves to them. As she runs to greet them, she suddenly trips and falls. A very young Crystal pops up from the grass, points and laughs. Seeing grass stains on her new dress, Allura's eyes begin to well up with tears. She stands up, turns around, and tackles Crystal to the ground. Crystal is shocked and Allura stands up again, this time to laugh at her sister. She is cut off as four other girls rush in and tickle torture Allura and Crystal. When merciful they stop, Allura looks up to see the youngest, maybe only five years old, standing there just watching. Allura crawls forward and tries to coax the little one to come closer. The other sisters look up from their play and add encouragement. A butterfly-like insect floats nearby and Allura holds her finger out for it to land on. She smiles as she grows it to giant size. The little one steps back in fear rather than awe. A tall figure dress in deep purple and standing in the shade of a large tree calls to the girls. The youngest takes off immediately and one by one the rest follow reluctantly.

Allura, much older, stands on the bridge of a star ship with her sisters. It's a large round white room. A large window shows the stars and a rich blue colored planet. The queen stands in the center with her hands on an orb shaped control that sits atop a column. The girls hold hands and form a ring around the queen. Outside the blue planet turns purple, and then vanishes.

Allura is sitting with her back against a rock ledge. The night sky is filled with stars and the moonlight reflects in her large violet irises. She looks down into her cupped hands. Eddy is seated inside. He looks up to her beautiful face and grins.

Allura is wearing a princess gown. This time she stands alone in the courtyard of the grand palace of Orcaidia. She closes her eyes and begins to grow. The fountains, the walls, the palace itself, all seem to fall away. 100 feet, 200, 400, 600 feet, she opens her eyes. Now she is as large to the Orcaidians as they are to humans. But she hasn't stop growing. To the east she can see the University, and to the southwest she can see the capital city. Her feet now fill the courtyard. Allura steps over the wall and walks north to the forest. In a few steps most of the trees are crushed. Clouds float pass her forehead, then around her neck, then around her waist, and then around her ankles. Allura jumps off the planet. Floating in space and still alive, she watches as her world shrinks and shrinks to a vanishing point.

Reality fades in
Allura's eyes snapped open. 'Where am I?' she thought. 'I'm on the floor of the cockpit of the Silver Strike.' She pushed up off the floor and looked around. "Is everyone okay?"

Tai was laid out on his back. "No, I think I'm dead," he groaned.

Maggy had propped herself up on one of the chairs. "I think everyone survived."

Eddy had managed to get to his feet and helped Phana and Crystal do the same.

"ksh… HELLO…kshh… ARE YOU… ksh… ALIVE?" Morranda's voice came in broken and garbled over the com.

Tai reached up and touched the control. "We're okay, are you alright?"

"ksh…FINE. BUT MY SHIP…"

"Morranda listen, if you shrink we'll pull you into the cargo bay," replied Tai.

"AGREED…kshhh"

Tai maneuvered the ship around its axis with little difficulty. Crystal held her head as she tried to get it to stop spinning. "Hey what about that Alliance ship?"

Eddy looked at the com screen. "I'm getting the automated SOS only. They were closest to the moon and I think they got the worst of it. Lucky for us the missiles penetrated deep into the moon's surface before exploding."

"I've got her. She's in the bay," said Tai.

Allura stepped out of the cockpit. "I'll bring her here."

Phana looked out the window. "Eddy, where's our moon?" Asteroids floated by the ship, only they weren't asteroids. When Allura and Morranda arrived, they found the cockpit in silence.

Maggy turned around when they came in. "Oh thank goodness Morra, you're not hurt." She hugged her sister.

Phana was still looking out to where the moon once was. "How can this happen?"

Tai looked at Eddy. "Did those missiles look familiar to you?"

"It couldn't be. That would mean a factor of more than 100, more than 1000 even."

Morranda stepped forward. "The powers of the queen far exceed any of her daughters. I can assure you, we possess no such weapons of our own design. But it seems you know who would."

"We have our suspicions," replied Eddy.

"That's not the problem," interjected Tai. "The problem is the Alliance fleet will think they are yours."

The girls had worried expressions now. "W-what happens if they think that?" asked Phana.

With a solemn expression, Tai explained about the Nova Treaty. It was a pack adopted by 87 species that prohibited the use of or even the test of "weapons of annihilation." This included things like genocide by bio-warfare, corruption of a planet's atmosphere, and all weapons capable of destroying a planet. Aside from agreeing not to develop such weapons, the 87 alien races agreed to wage war on any other species possessing such weapons. "… the Alliance fleet will attack Orcaidia directly."

Morranda felt she had to ask, "How much damage are we talking?"

"It'll be an orbital bombardment. Any and all military installations," Tai averted his eyes before continuing, "and the capital."

"What?!" exclaimed Allura. "Our capital isn't a place of government like yours. It's the largest city on Orcaidia and home to millions."

Crystal rubbed her arm nervously. "Can we… um, stop them?"

"Only if your planet surrenders unconditionally."

"Hmp." Maggy placed her hands on her hips. "I doubt Queen Idina will give up 'til we're all toast."

"Wait," said Eddy. "If the queen… if your mom were overthrown, the Alliance would recognize a new government seeking peace."

"Alright," said Morranda. "How much time do we have?"

Tai tried to think. "Okay, if this was a regular operation, it would be months before the various governments decided on a course of action. But the blockade is a special covert operation. As soon as they find out from their damaged destroyer what happened, the fleet will mobilize. They'll strike first and report it to command afterwards. I think we have about two days your time before that happens."

Phana crossed her arms. "Great, so all we have to do is conquer a planet in two days."

"It won't be that hard," said Morranda. "I've been gathering a rebellion force for months now. The last pieces needed were all of you."

"Do Zara and Sesani know?" asked Allura.

"No, I can't be sure where their loyalties lie."

"Okay," said Allura. "Then we need to find out, and it has to be soon because we don't have a lot of time and we'll need all the help we can get."

With that the ship set course for the planet's surface. Aboard the Stingray a communication officer had gotten the com to work and was relaying everything that had happened to the fleet.

It was night as Tai set the ship down in the north woods. Allura, Maggy, Crystal and Phana were supposed to be somewhere other than here. If they were recognized, their plans would be compromised. They needed to be inconspicuous. Morranda provided them with clothes that where more the style on Orcaidia. The night air was cool as they exited the ship. Morranda had on a halter-top, tight pants that ended mid calf, chunky heels and a jacket. Next, Allura came out dressed in a short skirt and blouse and wearing open strapy heels. Crystal was wearing a turtle neck sweater, tight shorts showing off her nylon cover legs and knee high boots. Maggy was in a long dress and pumps. Phana wore shorts and a tee. Over that she had on a long coat, and she was wearing what looked like go-go boots. Feeling the cold, Allura and Maggy went back for a couple of jacket sweaters.

Tai and Eddy didn't bother to change since it wasn't necessary. Their insulated flight suits provided them protection enough from the cold. The girls had already started growing by the time they stepped out of the ship. Eddy saw that he was already below the waists of the girls before he even got to the bottom of the steps. Crystal looked down and gave him a wink as she continued to get taller. Five shadows expanded over Eddy, Tai, and the ship making the dark night even darker for them. Eddy's neck began to hurt from looking straight up as the knees of the girls enter his view and extended further up. He leaned back a little more and nearly fell over. Allura's big toe was now even with Eddy's height, for about a second. It moved up another six feet before stopping. The soles of her heels were most likely an inch thick by the Orcaidian scale. Tai and Eddy swallowed hard. They were below toe height to the five largest women any human had ever seen. A thought crossed Tai's mind. These giantesses were not the exception on this world. There would be millions of women all on the same scale.

"well good luck girls. we'll be here with the ship 'til you get back," said Tai.

Maggy looked down at her tiny lover. The ground shook as she stepped closer and squatted down as low as she could. "What are you saying silly? You're coming with us." With one hand she scooped up both Tai and Eddy.

"but we can't just leave the ship here alone," protested Tai.

"It can come with us too." Phana shrunk the ship until it was small enough to fit in her hand. She bent down to pick it up and deposited it in a pocket on the inside of her coat. "There see."

"Yeah," added Allura, "and Eddy can ride me." Allura tried to reach into Maggy's hand but was block be Crystal who reached in at the same time. "What are you doing?"

"What do you mean?" said Crystal.

"Move your hand," retorted Allura.

"No move yours, Eddy would rather ride with me anyways," shot back Crystal.

"Grrrr, I said move it!"

"Alright that's enough!" Maggy closed her hand around Tai and Eddy and brought it to her chest. "They'll both ride on my shoulder got it. I don't want you to end up pulling him a part."

"Aww…
…Come on"

Maggy placed them both on her shoulder. She draped some hair over for them to grip. Eddy was concerned for Tai because he seemed to be shaking uncontrollably but he didn't say anything. Maggy started walking towards the University. The rest of the girls followed except for Phana. She lagged behind staring up at where the moon used to be. The only thing there now was a twinkling string of lights in the night sky and an occasional shooting star.

"Hey Phana! You coming or what?!"

Phana sighed sadly. "Yeah I'm coming!"

Part 10

The palace trophy room contained a single pedestal in its center. Lamps on the walls and above the main entrance provided illumination in the sterile white chamber. The long tapestries that adorned the high walls were the only decorations. A woman, a girl really, entered through a side entrance. Her hair was flame orange and was done up in a bun. She was dressed in a military uniform. Turning to the pedestal, she undid the buttons on her shirt exposing the white tee underneath and released her hair from its do. It was short, falling down to just above her shoulders. She walked up to the pedestal. The heels of her boots clicked on the marble floor, the sound echoed due to the high ceiling. A blue sphere floated just above the pedestal with an overhead light shining down on it.

"Hi Ian. It's me, Sesani. How's it going?"

She bent down and scrutinized the planet with her purple eyes. She stained to see if an attempt at responding was made but the planet only floated there, frozen in time.

Sesani sighed heavily. "That's alright. I know you can't answer back. I just need someone to listen. Something big is happening…"

Morranda approached the edge of the tree line discreetly. The university was just beyond and the campus was brightly lit. Seeing no one around, she signaled to the others that all was clear. It was eerily quiet. Morranda wondered to herself if anyone even knew they no longer had a moon.

"… so now it looks like things are going to get a lot worse." Sesani leaned over the planet with her hands on the pedestal. Her hair fell over her face as she looked down on the frozen residents of Blue Omen.

"Hey Ani, whatchaya doing?"

Surprised, Sesani almost crushed the planet by falling onto it. Her younger sister, Zara, had snuck up on her, again. Sesani turned around to face her sister. They were about the same height, 5'10, but Zara was slightly more tanned than Sesani. Zara's brown hair was tied back in a ponytail and she had the widest grin.

Sesani began, "You're such a…"

"Girls?" A great big woman entered the trophy room. To Sesani and Zara she appeared to be eight feet tall. She wore a silver royal gown and a golden coronet on her head. It held a single jewel, which was royal purple. Her skin was cream, her hair long and raven black, and her lips were dark red. Her eyes were a richer, deeper purple than either of her two girls. "What are you doing here? You know, it reflects badly on a Queen for her guest to leave during the main event, especially when they happen to be her daughters."

Zara hung her head in shame. "I'm sorry m ma… your highness."

Queen Idina crossed the room and stood on the opposite side of the pedestal from her daughters. "I'm most disappointed with you Sesani. I would have thought being an officer in my personal guard would have taught you some discipline. You know your sister Morra would have made a more gracious guest, but I thought it was best if she concentrated on her studies." In truth, Morranda had become increasingly active in politics at the university. Idina was no longer sure of her loyalty.

"Mother, are you sure? About those little people, I mean, they're outsiders and…" Sesani was cut short by the Queen's narrowing icy stare. It was enough to make Zara sidestep out of Idina's field a vision to avoid her sister's reprimand. The Queen smiled, which was even more unsettling. With a swift motion of her arm, she snatched the planet from its perch.

"I see. It's this object that holds your fascination," the globe floated above her enormous hand. "If it's too great a distraction," her fingers began to enclose around the globe, "then maybe we should dispose of it." The color drained from Sesani's face. She wanted to say no, to scream out, to beg for the lives of the Blues and of Ian, but the sound froze in her throat. "No, I think this will be the last time," Idina set the planet back in place. "I know the two of you will be absolutely perfectly behaved from now on." She turned and walked out the main entrance. Before leaving she said, "Who makes the decisions around here?"

In unison, both girls answered, "You do my queen."

"And who is always right?"

In unison, "You are my queen." Idina smiled to herself as she left the room.

The group and their two tiny passengers arrived at the dorms. Morranda led them around the building to a side entrance. She pushed aside a tree, a shrub really by her scale, and revealed a box next to the door.

Morra pressed the side and said, "Hello? Vae, are you there?"

A breathy voice came over the speaker, "Who is this?" To Tai and Eddy atop Maggy's shoulder, it was at normal volume but to their giant companions, it was just a whisper.

"Vae, it's me Morra."

"Nice try, but you can't be Morra."

"Well I am. How can I prove it to you?" There was a pause.

"Say the special name you have for me."

Morranda looked around at her sisters who waited for her to speak. "Pick something else."

"Okay then, I guess you don't want me to let you in. Bye now…"

"No wait! Alright, (sigh), please come down and let me in… cuddles." The other girls failed miserably to conceal their giggles.

"Morra! It is you. I'll be right down."

"Thanks, and tell the girls I want a meeting."

"so i take it this is the girls' dorm," said Eddy.

"There are only girls at the University," answered Maggy.

"That's because men are forbidden to get a higher education," said Morra. Her tone was that of someone who had spent some time speaking out for the rights of the oppressed. "And when the rebellion comes, that will be one of the first things to change."

"Sounds like you've really gotten involved in politics since you've been attending school," said Allura. Turning to Tai and Eddy on Maggy's shoulder, she continued, "Both Maggy and myself are graduates from here. Crystal," she gave her sister a sideways glance, "dropped out early."

"Hey," Crystal said defensively. "I left because me and Phana wanted a chance to see space. You know and have some fun."

"Maybe it was fun for you," said Phana, "but I ended up on some spit bucket of a planet."

"so what about your other sisters," asked Eddy.

Morra answered, "Sesani is in the military and Zara's still too young."

"I didn't know Ani joined the forces," said Maggy. "I've missed so much hanging out with you guys."

"what's that suppose to mean?" remarked Tai.

"So," said Morra, "I bet living in the Alliance, you guys enjoyed getting the chance to go to college."

"um, actually we didn't go to college," said Eddy. Morra was dumbfounded that someone who had an opportunity denied to others would not take full advantage of it.

Maggy, sensing her sister's feelings, spoke up; "Tai and Eddy are pretty bright already. They built the Silver Strike." Phana fingered the ship, which now resided in her coat pocket. "You can't blame them for wanting to travel instead."

It was at this point that the door opened. Someone gestured for them to come inside. Once inside, Tai and Eddy got a good look at who they assumed was Vae. Vae was white with reddish eyes, the first Orcaidian they had met that didn't have purple colored eyes. She had a cute face and long straight brown hair. She wore a pair of PJ bottoms and an over sized shirt. Most noticeable was her shortness. She was still a 500-ft giantess to Tai and Eddy, but to the girls, all of whom towered over her, she must have been barely five-foot. Vae rushed up to Morranda only to be bear-hugged to her brown midriff. With the shoes Morranda had on, the bare foot Vae only came up even with the bottom of her breast.

"Don't ever make me call you that in public again." Morra lifted Vae by her waist up to face level where they embrace in a passionate kiss. With Vae still in her arms, Morra introduced everyone. "Girls, this is Vae. Vae these are my sister, Allura, Magarique, Crystal, and Phana."

"Wow, that didn't take long."

"Oh yeah, and Eddy and Tai of course." Vae tried to look around the girls for the missing guests. Eddy was waving his arms frantically with little effect. Tai waved his hand less enthusiastically.

Morra put Vae down and pointed, "Right there, on Maggy's shoulder."

Vae walked closer to Maggy. For the first time, Tai and Eddy were able to look down on a giantess. Vae's eyes grew wide. "Ohmygosh, little people!"

Eddy greeted her, "hiya vae, how's it going?"

There was an awkward pause as everyone waited for Vae to respond. Instead, she turned to Morra and asked, "Do they talk?"

Morra was stunned. "Of course they can talk, Eddy just did. Didn't you hear him?"

"He's too tiny. I can't make out what he saying." The girls were confused now. Standing farther away than Vae, they were able to hear Eddy clearly.

"Here let me try something." Morra held her hand to Maggy's shoulder. "I need a volunteer." Tai volunteered Eddy by pushing him from behind into Morra's hand. Eddy rolled down her long fingers and onto her palm. "Are you alright?"

"fine," said Eddy, not sure what just happened.

Morra moved Eddy to Vae's ear. "Listen carefully Vae. Go ahead Eddy."

"hellooo vae!"

"I can hear him!" Vae's voice boomed. "His voice is so tiny, just like him." She smiled. "Can I pick him up?"

Morra pulled her hand back a little. "You better not. Your senses aren't as acute as ours. You might squeeze him too hard." She returned Eddy to Maggy's shoulder. "Did you get the girls together like I asked?"

"Yeah, all 230," said Vae.

"230? That's double what we had when I left," said Morra.

"That was before tonight happened," replied Vae.

"So you know about the moon then? We had front row seats," said Maggy.

"You did? From space? What happened to your ship?" Vae asked referring Morra's personal space craft.

"It's alright," said Morra. "I docked it in Tai and Eddy's ship. They were headed here with the others. That's how I found them so fast. We shrank both ships, so, right now it's in Phana's pocket."

"Oh wow, your powers are so cool," said Vae excitedly.

"Focus Vae," admonished Morra. "Queen Idina's actions have complicated things between Orcaidia and the Alliance. I need to talk to the members of our group."

"Right, they're upstairs. I should stop by my room first and get my sound device. I have a feeling they're going to have trouble hearing your friends too."

A girl with bluish hair and golden eyes stood. By the way the others quieted down, it was clear she was a leader in the rebellion. "Miss Morranda, with all due respect, have you gone insane? We're not ready for an operation like…"

"I know Arin, but we don't have a choice. The Alliance…"

"The Alliance?" Morra was interrupted by a heavyset woman with dark hair and blue eyes. "Weren't you going to negotiate for their help?"

"I was Nayon, but things have changed. In two days Orcaidia will be attacked," panic swept through her audience on that word. "Please, clam yourselves." It was no use. Morra looked to Maggy for help.

"Please understand," said Tai. "We do not represent our government, nor do we defend their actions. However, if they do not take action, there are 87 other species that will. You can be sure, they will do far worse."

"Your wrong," said Crystal. "The life pods are still out there. Queen Idina never even tried to retrieve them." This was news to everyone.

"The pods are still there?" Arin looked Crystal in the eyes, "Still functioning?"

"Yes," replied Crystal.

"If what you claim is true," said Nayon. "Then why didn't you bring them back yourselves?"

Allura got the ship from Phana and set it down in the space where Tai and Eddy had stood. With a wave of her finger, she instantly grew it back, much to the astonishment of the group. "No room, that's why."

Morranda was finally able to convey the urgency of the mission to the rebellion. They would save their planet and rescue the crews. She made sure the new recruits were at least given the basics. "that's great," Eddy said astonished. "when did you plan this?"

"just now," said Tai, "but keep it quiet. it's a surprise."

Crystal and Allura returned to the room. Maggy wished them goodnight and went to her own room with Tai.

"I don't think we're both going to fit in this bed," said Allura. "Why don't we shrink down a little so we can fit?"

"Don't you mean the three of us?" said Crystal. "And you're crazy if you think I'm going to let you adjust my height again. Just make the bed bigger."

"What are you talking about?" asked Crystal as she placed two truckloads of what appeared to be some type meat on her plate. She reached back and grabbed a large slab of what looked like bread.

"I know it looks gigantic to you, but to us it's just scraps," said Allura. "So try not to hog it all Crystal. Your but is getting a little big anyways."

"Girls… yawn… it's way to early for this," said Maggy. "Here guys, try some of this," she said placing a strip of the meat down before Tai and Eddy. "It's good."

Phana speared a seven foot long strip of meat with a long pronged utensil. She took the whole thing in her mouth with one bite and grimaced at the taste. "No, it's not."

Tai bravely pulled a chuck off the piece Maggy had given them and took a bite. "well, it's not that bad."

"Here, maybe you guys might like some fruit." Allura pulled a slice from a large, lumpy, red and green, pear-shaped fruit. She placed it next to the guys. It was juicy, which was good. Eddy had been wandering how he would get something to drink. A thimble designed for one of these giant fingers would probably hold more liquid than he could. It would also have been too heavy to lift or tilt.

Eddy and Tai started eating, taking pieces from both the fruit slice and the strip of meat. Eddy looked up and saw Crystal leaned over her plate and staring at him. He looked around and noticed the other girls were doing the same thing.

"hey. we're not a couple of pets you're feeding here," said Eddy, a little perturbed.

The girls all flushed with embarrassment and some even apologized for their lack of manners. Crystal, on the other hand, said, "I just thought it was interesting to watch you guys nibble on a piece of something that could swallow you whole."

"i don't really want to know what i've been eating, do i?" said Tai.

"You wouldn't know what one looked like even if we told you," answered Phana. Turning to Morranda, she said, "So no one's told me yet, what's the plan for today?"

"Her Majesty will be making an appearance with her daughters at the festival this midmorning," said Morra. "After that they will split up to roam the fair grounds in the palace courtyard on their own."

"When you say daughters," asked Vae, "do you mean yourself as well?"

"Yes," replied Morra. "After the ceremony, I'll get Sesani and Zara to come with me."

"Why do you need to put yourself in danger," said Vae. "You don't even know what side they're on."

"Have to make sure they're out of the way first," said Morra. "We can convince them to join us later on. The rest of you will wait for me in a secluded area of the fair grounds. That is, except for two of you who will be helping Tai and Eddy sneak into the palace. You both understand the risk, right?"

"what risk?" asked Eddy. "i don't remember having this conversation."

"i kind of volunteered us," said Tai. "we need to know where the queen is getting her missiles."

"well i guess if you're willing to do something that's both dangerous and foolish," said Eddy, "you can count me in."

"Maggy already agreed to go," continued Morra. "I need one more…."

"Me!" said Allura and Crystal together.

Morra never even tried to argue with them. Maggy, Allura, Crystal, and the guys found themselves on a ridge overlooking the palace grounds. Tai and Eddy were perched on a rock wall. Tai passed his binoculars to Eddy. Looking through them he could see Phana, Vae, and Mana walking in through the main gates. Phana's faced was covered. Morranda was already inside.

"okay, they're in," said Eddy.

"Good," said Maggy.

"tell me, why are we way over here if we're supposed to get into the palace down there?" asked Eddy.

"We don't want to put you at risk of getting stepped on by a couple hundred pairs of women's shoes," said Crystal.

"There's an exit to a secret tunnel around here," said Allura. "It'll be safer."

Allura picked up the guys and walked into the woods. She stopped at a large hill and set them down. "Here it is," she said.

"here's what?" asked Eddy.

"The entrance," said Crystal. She gripped the sides of the hill, and with amazing strength, she ripped it off the ground. "This rock's a fake."

Maggy placed three vehicles on the ground, two hover bikes and Tai's mech. "if you're going to bring the predator," said Eddy, "then why don't you just ride in it instead?"

"i don't want to drain its fuel," said Tai. "i'm just bringing it along for backup." Eddy did a check of the wrist blasters on his gauntlets. Tai turned to his mech and adjusted the link with the controls on his watch. Eddy noticed the samurai style sword strapped to Tai's back.

"what's the blade for?" asked Eddy.

"it's extra insurance," he said.

"This tunnel leads to the wall of a private balcony garden," said Allura. "There's a phony grate in the wall that's used for spying. You guys are small enough to slip through the bars."

"this hole is big enough for you guys," said Eddy. "you're not coming?"

"I have a feeling we'll be needed at the fair," said Allura.

Tai and Eddy mounted their bikes and dropped into the opening. The mech followed on automatic pilot.

The ceremony was uneventful. When it had finished, Queen Idina dismissed her daughters and returned to the palace. Morranda persuaded her sisters to follow her. They walked to a small pathway that passed between the palace and the outer wall. It was separate from the courtyard where the festival was going on. Sesani, who had walked a few steps ahead of her sisters, stopped and turned around to question Morra. All of a sudden, someone burst out of the nearby hedges. It was Mana who lunged at Sesani. Quick on the reflex, Sesani waved her hand with a purple glow and shrunk the unfortunate girl.

Sesani stood over Mana as she spoke. "Stupid-ass, you should have known you were no mat…"

Sesani was tackled from behind by Phana who had come from the side pathway. Her foot barely missed crushing the frightened Mana. Zara was held from behind by Morra with an arm lock. Vae came out of the hedges and got on the ground to search for Mana. Vae was too small to help fight and knew better than to charge at someone with Sesani's powers. Phana, while being almost a year older, was still pretty much equal to Sesani in ability. Neither was able to effectively shrink the other. However, Sesani had the advantage as the two rolled on the ground. Phana may have been tough, but Sesani was a trained fighter. Plus, she had a height advantage on her side.

Tai and Eddy had reached the wall. They got off their bikes and climbed onto the arms of the mech. Tai used his watch to access the thrusters and guided the predator up to the grate they had been told about. They landed between the middle bars and surveyed the garden below. They were surprised to see the Marauder parked among the garden plants. Brinx and Wolf were leaning against the wall of the center planter. Drake paced nearby along stage sized brick tiles. It looked as if he was waiting for someone.

In a rage, Tai jumped off the ledge and pulled Eddy with him. Eddy was caught completely off guard but managed to pull it together in time to fire off an energy beam at the floor. The force slowed them down before they went splat on the floor below. Eddy landed on his feet but buckled at the knees as Tai used him to spring forward. He ran towards Drake, pulling out his sword.

Drake had seen the beam. Wolf pulled out a broadsword and threw it to his captain. Drake caught it and twirled it around a couple of times showing off his skill. "Ah, my old nemesis," he said. "I was wondering if I would meet you on this planet."

"Drake you bastard," shouted Tai, "I'm going to finish you off once and for all."

"Just come and try."

Part 15

The fight between sisters raged on. Zara struggled unsuccessfully against Morranda's hold. Phana managed to break away from Sesani and stood up. Sesani did the same but in a flash she had disappeared. Allura was standing there.

"Hold her tight," she said to Morra. Zara was slowly shrunk so Morra could hold on to her and eventually hold her in one hand like a doll. Phana looked down and saw Sesani. She had been shrunken down to six inches their scale. Sesani stared up at Allura without a clue as to what was going on. Allura wasn't even supposed to be on the planet.

"I found her," exclaimed Vae as she held up a doll size Mana. Allura waved her hand restored Mana who ended up falling on top of Vae.

"Phana bring Ani," said Allura, "let's hurry back to the University."

The girls followed Allura through the side gate. "Your powers are getting scary strong," said Phana as she reached down and picked up Sesani.

"So what's your scheme this time," said Tai as his sword connected with Drake's.

"What do you mean?" responded Drake sarcastically as he pushed Tai away.

"Don't tell me you're helping people blow up their own moons just for kicks." Tai tried to come in at a low angle but his blade was blocked again by Drake's sword.

"It's a simple business transaction really." Drake now went on the attack throwing several overhead swings at Tai as he back pedaled. "I help her highness destroy a pesky blockade and basically fell good about her own power and she provides me with some valuable shar plants."

"What the hell is so valuable about some giant tree?" Tai let loose with a powerful blow that nearly knocked Drake's sword into his own face.

"Not trees, weeds," said Drake as he recovered, sword clash.

"What?" clash, clash

"The shar plant is a weed that grows on this planet," said Drake as he and Tai locked swords once again.

Off to the side stood Eddy along side Brinx and Wolf. They were too engrossed in the battle between Tai and Drake to bother fighting each other. The speed with which the two connected swords seemed to almost give off sparks.

"So what's so special about it?" asked Tai yet again.

"It makes micronium," said Drake. "Do you have any idea how much people would pay for just a sapling."

"So this is all about profit," said Tai as he picked up the pace of the duel.

"huff," clash, clash, clash, "Of course," said Drake as he neared his endurance limit. "What other reason could there be?"

"Don't you," Tai gulp a mouth full of air as he neared his own limits. "Don't you even care that you're going to help run this planet headlong into the Nova Treaty?"

"So why should I care if the Alliance blasts a few cities on this planet?" said Drake grinning. "Why do you care for that matter?"

"Because," said Tai as he thrust forward at Drake. "There are people who I love and care about on this planet."

Drake dodged out of the way causing Tai to overshoot him and keep going, but Tai's blade still managed to cut Drake in the left shoulder. Tai turned around and stopped to catch his breath. Drake held his sword arm to the wound, also resting for the moment.

At that moment tremors began to vibrate through the floor. Tai knew it could only mean an approaching giantess. Drake gave him an unsettling smile meaning it was most likely a giantess he knew. Tremors continued to grow in strength. Your average giantess would have been on top of them by now. All eyes turned to the archway that led to the palace. Tai and Eddy were shocked by the woman who appeared.

The guys had become used to the girls who stood around 600ft tall but this woman was truly colossal. They were shocked to see her actually duck to get under the arch. She must have been around 800ft tall. She wore a long flowing gown that almost touched the ground. The flat sandals on her feet were just visible under the hem of her dress which was still higher than the tops of their heads. Looking up they could see her long dark hair, her purple eyes, and her golden coronet.

"Oh shit it's the queen," said Eddy.

Drake forgot about his duel with Tai and addressed the giantess. "My queen, it is good to see you this morning. Have you brought the plants I requested?"

"DO YOU THINK ME A FOOL INSECT?" thundered Idina.

"I beg your pardon my queen," said Drake. He was definitely perplexed.

"I KNOW WHY YOU WANT THOSE PLANTS. YOU DESIRE THE POWER I HAVE FOR YOUR OWN."

"No, that's not it…"

"SILENCE BUG." The queen's foot lifted up and landed with a boom just a few yards from Drake and Tai. The sole of her sandal covered more than twice the area of any of the brick tiles on the floor. "DO YOU THINK I WOULD PART WITH THEM IN EXCHANGE FOR A FEW TOYS? I ONLY WANTED TO TEST MY POWERS WITH YOUR TECHNOLOGY. YOU HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH WHAT I TRULY DESIRE, ONE OF YOUR SHIPS."

"But we had a deal," said Drake almost pleading.

"WHY DO I NEED YOU WHEN I CAN SIMPLY TAKE YOUR SHIP TO GET THE TECHNOLOGY THAT I WANT? AFTER I CAPTURE A FEW MORE SHIPS, I WILL HAVE A TRULY INVINICBLE FLEET. WE WILL SEE IF THE ALLIANCE CAN STAND AGAINST US THEN."

"She's out of her fucking mind," Eddy thought to himself.

"OH, AND MY DEAR DRAKE, I NO LONGER NEED YOU AT ALL."

Queen Idina's other foot rose from the ground and maneuvered over Tai and Drake. She pulled up her gown so she could better see them. Acting quickly, Eddy grabbed a hold of Tai and used his arm blaster to propel them out of the shadow of the giant foot. They barely made it as the foot slammed down, finishing off Drake once and for all. The shockwave of displaced air caused Eddy and Tai to crash into the ground and slide across the brick tile. One of Eddy's blasters came off in the process. Tai picked it up and ran over to see if his friend was okay. When he was sure Eddy was alright, he began to punch commands into the wrist control for the mech. Eddy looked up at the queen. She was grinding her foot back and forth and smiling wickedly.

"WELL THAT TAKES CARE OF YOUR BOSS AND LEAVES JUST YOU TWO."

Eddy looked around. Brinx and Wolf had conveniently slipped away. "Shit," he said to himself.

Tai was still working the controls, but the queen was between him and the grate so he was working blind. Queen Idina's attention was distracted as the mech rocketed from beneath her dress. "Grab on!" shouted Tai. Eddy and Tai each got on one of the arms and Tai directed the mech into the palace.

"OH WHAT FUN," said the Idina. "IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I PLAYED A GAME OF DEATHTAG. IF YOU WANT A CHASE YOU GOT IT, BUT JUST REMEMBER; IF I CATCH YOU, YOU DIE."

Meanwhile the girls had returned to the dorms. The group chose to use Phana's room to conduct what they viewed as the deprogramming of their sisters.

Maggy noticed the normal size Silver Strike sitting on the desk in Phana's room. Just about every hatch and compartment was wide open. "You haven't been playing around with Tai and Eddy's ship, have you?" Maggy asked Phana.

"I was just curious, that's all," replied Phana.

Maggy shook her head, "alright, but make sure you put it back the way it was before the guy see it."

"Okay," said Allura. "Let's place them both on the bed." Phana turned her attention from the ship to her sister in her hands. She placed Sesani down gently on the bed. Morranda did the same with Zara. Sesani had remained very calm and motionless the whole trip from the palace to the dorms. Zara on the other hand, hadn't stopped screaming at the girls since she had been shrunk. Most of it was either demanding some answers or just complaining about being handled by her now giant sister.

"If you'll just be quiet," said Allura as she knelt at the end of the bed, "I'll explain." That didn't quite get Zara to stop shouting at her, but knowing that with the size difference between them she could just talk over her, Allura continued anyways. "The five of us along with a band of rebels are planning to overthrow Queen Idina. Our reasons are mainly to prevent imminent attack on the capital and to right a few wrongs. We brought you here because we want your help."

All of a sudden Sesani began sobbing uncontrollably. "ani what's wrong?" asked Zara. Zara stared wide-eyed at her older sister. Out of all of them she was probably closest to Sesani. She had never before seen her lose control of her emotions so badly.

"No don't cry," said Crystal as she knelt by the bed as well. "What did you do to her Allura?"

"I didn't do anything," said Allura as defensively.

Mana suddenly felt very uncomfortable being in the room. "Um, I think I'm going to go get something to drink," she said. "Does anyone want something, want me to get you or…"

"No, that's alright," said Morranda in a gentle voice. Mana left the room.

"Come on Sesani," said Maggy. "Tell us what's the matter."

Sesani let it all spill out, but she didn't really make any sense. They were able to make out something about "my love's life" and "this'll get them all crushed."

By this time Eddy and Tai were deep inside the palace. Both were still riding on the outside of the mech as they hadn't yet gotten a chance to stop.

"Is she still back there?" asked Tai.

Eddy looked back. Not only was the queen still on there tail but she was gaining on them too, and at a pace no faster than a brisk walk. "Oh yeah, she's still there," said Eddy.

The predator rocketed into what appeared to be a dining room. The ceiling was beyond scale in terms of height. At human size the room would still have been immense. There was a long table in the center and Tai attempted to steer towards it in hopes of giving Queen Idina the slip. He didn't get the chance. The toes of the queen's left foot rammed them from behind, throwing Tai and Eddy off in different directions. The Predator veered off on an awkward path.

"WELL LOOKS LIKE I WON," thundered Idina. "NOW WHO SHOULD I FINISH OFF FIRST?" A green blast of energy struck her right foot. "OH? DO WE HAVE A VOLUNTEER?" said the queen, not showing any signs that Eddy had hurt her.

Tai picked him self off the ground. He looked just in time to see Eddy take a shot at the queen with his one remaining gauntlet. Idina turned in his direction and prepared to finish him off. Eddy looked over to Tai and mouthed the words, "Run, save yourself."

A warning light flared on Tai's wrist control. The Predator was nearing the failsafe point where it had just enough fuel to make it back to the university. He looked up and saw the mech arc back to his signal. One of its jets was damaged but it could still fly. Tai made his decision. He directed the mech to pick up Eddy just as the queen was lifting up her foot. Once it had him the failsafe kicked in and it made as direct a course as possible back to the dorms.

Shocked, the Idina turned to Tai. "LEFT YOU, DID HE? WELL DON"T WORRY. I'LL MAKE THIS QUICK."

Tai suddenly remembered he still had one of Eddy's gauntlets. He struggled to strap it on in a hurry. Eddy looked back at Tai who was now directly under the queen's gigantic foot. He appeared to be occupied with something. "Why doesn't he run?" thought Eddy. The last thing he saw before the mech carried him out of view was Tai still struggling with whatever he had in his hands and the queen's foot coming down fast on top of him.

Mana stood outside in the hallway. She wasn't really thirsty anyways. She had real mixed feelings about things. On one hand, she hadn't liked being shrunk, on the other, she felt somewhat sorry for Sesani. She was distracted from her thoughts as she felt something crash into her foot and something else roll down her thong sandal. She looked down and was surprised to see one of the little humans and his machines. She looked around but didn't see the other one. This one appeared to be having trouble standing and just slumped over her toes. Mana shrugged and crouched down. As gently as she could, she nudged Eddy into her hand. She picked up the machine and returned to the room.

Everyone was silent as she entered. Even Sesani appeared to have stopped crying for the moment.

"Wow Ani, I had no idea… on hey Mana," said Crystal. "Welcome back."

"I found him outside," said Mana as she held up her cupped left hand with Eddy inside. Eddy sat in her hand with his knees bent pointed up and his face buried in his hands.

"That's only Eddy. Where's Tai?" asked Crystal before she got a good look at Eddy and realized something was wrong.

Maggy noticed the mech in Mana's other hand. Unlike Mana, she could see that it was damaged and seeing the state Eddy was in she became very worried. "Mana, hand me the mech." Maggy looked inside. "It's empty," she said. "Where's Tai? Eddy…" she passed the mech to Phana who placed it on the desk next to the ship. Maggy lifted him out of Mana's hand. "Eddy where's Tai? Tell me damnit!" shouted Maggy as she became more frantic.

Eddy removed the hands from his face; a pair of wet streaks ran down his cheeks. "he's dead!" he shouted back to her.

"What…"

"he's dead. she killed him. she stepped on him like a bug, like he wasn't even a person."

"Noooo," Maggy fell to her knees as the tears began to form in her own eyes. Her fingers began to curl around Eddy. Vae and Mana looked on with confusion having not heard Eddy's words.

Allura placed her hands on Maggy's. "Eddy, are you sure he's dead?" she asked.

"i saw it happen," he said. "i tried to save him. i tried really, but he sent the mech for me instead of saving himself."

"Hey if this thing is empty," said Phana, "then how is it moving?"

"what?" said Eddy as he peered over the rim of the fingers that now encircled him. The mech was indeed walking on it own towards the Silver Strike. It walked to one of the open bays and entered the ship. It appeared a moment later having swapped its damaged jet pack for a new one. It hopped down from the desk and used the boosters to land on the floor. Maggy stood up. The mech did a quick sensor sweep to determine its position before proceeding passed Maggy to the room's door. From there it began to do 360 degree turns.

"What's it doing?" asked Vae.

"it's scanning for a way around the obstacle," said Eddy. "that can only mean it has a signal to lock on to. tai must still be alive!"

"What did he say?" asked Mana.

"He said Tai must still be alive," replied Maggy with new hope.

"Then we need to go get him while that's still the case," said Morra. "Vae and Mana, go find Arin. Tell her the operation is happening now. If this leads where I think it is, we may need a diversion."

"i want to come too." The girls looked down at Sesani standing on the bed. "on one condition, we get the blue planet to safety before any attack takes place against our mother." The girls hesitated. "please, i want to help. i know what it's like to have a loved one in jeopardy."

"Okay then," said Allura as she restored Sesani to normal.

"hold on!" said Zara. "if this is important to sesani, than it's important to me. i'm coming too."

"I don't know," said Allura.

"I'll vouch for her," said Sesani.

"Well alright," said Allura and she restored Zara as well.

Finally all seven sisters were united once again. They took off together on this perilous rescue mission with Eddy and the mech in hand, and leaving Mana and Vae to explain all this to Arin.

Part 16

The girls approached the palace from the side not wanting to deal with the fair which was still going on. They used the same gate they had used when abducting Sesani and Zara. No one had yet to lock it again. The girls got into the palace without incident.

"Now?" asked Phana. "This thing has been trying to break loose from my grip the whole way."

"Not yet," said Allura. "How does this work again Eddy?"

"i thought i saw tai get crushed," said Eddy, "but if that was the case, than his wrist control would have been destroyed too. the mech is locked onto the signal from that device. if we follow the mech, we find tai."

"Now?" asked Phana again.

"now," replied Eddy.

Phana placed the mech on the floor. It immediately took off.

"Come on," shouted Maggy as she ran after it.

The mech led them to the very dining room where Eddy had last seen Tai. The room was light blue in color. At night it would have looked very elegant under the lights of the chandeliers, but with the drapes drawn open and the daylight shining in; it looked rather ordinary and vacant. The mech flew to the glass doors that led to the balcony and stopped again.

Maggy pushed open the glass doors and stepped over the mech to the outside. The balcony faced south easterly, and from it you could see most of the courtyard where the fair was going on. Maggy looked around. The mech had not moved from where it stood, and yet Tai was still no where to be found. Maggy's heart sank. As the others joined her, they could see her disappointment.

"Did you just give up too?" Maggy said speaking to the mech. "I guess it was just wishful thinking."

"allura, put me down next to mech," said Eddy. Allura did so and Eddy had a look around. By the foot of the Predator he found the blinking controller.

"hey up here!"

Maggy looked up. Next to the doors was a potted plant hanging high on the wall in a ceramic bowl. Sitting on the edge of the bowl was Tai with one of Eddy's gauntlets strapped on.

"Oh my goodness Tai you're alive!" exclaimed Maggy. "How on Orcaidia did you get up there?"

"i used one of eddy's arm blasters," said Tai. Looking down at Maggy, he could clearly see her cheeks were flush and her eyes were red and puffy from tears, yet she smiling brightly.

"hey buddy," Eddy shouted up. "you had us worried for sec."

"what was that?" shouted Tai back down.

"how did you get up there?" replied Eddy.

"what?" asked Tai.

"what'd you say?" said Eddy.

"Oh good grief," said Maggy. She shook her head at the absurdity of the conversation the guys had just had. "Tai got up there using your blaster, and Eddy's glad you're alright." A minute ago they had thought Tai was lost and now she wanted to laugh. From Eddy's perspective, Tai had to be almost a thousand feet in the air. What were they thinking?

"i don't see what's so funny," said Tai.

"Well come here my little man and I'll explain it to you." Maggy reached for Tai, but before her hand got close, he was lifted from the planter by Zara. "Zara..?"

Zara just clutched Tai to her chest and slowly started to back away from the others. She mouthed the word, "no."

"Come on Zara this isn't funny," said Maggy. "Give my man back."

"No," said Zara. "What you're doing is wrong. You're all traitors."

"Zara," said Sesani, "You have to give back Tai to Magarique."

"You can't make me!" screamed Zara. "And if you don't want him hurt, don't try anything either Allura." Allura looked at the hand she had raised and quickly dropped it back to her side.

"Your just being a brat," said Sesani. "How could…"

"How could you," Zara shot back. "Humans show no mercy. How could any of you love one?"

"So that is what's been going on." It was the Queen Idina. She ducked under the doorway as she entered. "I figured those two would return to the garden for their ship after they had made such daring escapes." She walked to the table, lifted the glass lid off a candy dish, and dropped in Brinx and Wolf. "But I never imagined there were more humans on my planet. Magarique did you really leave your mother to love a human? How selfish."

"Don't you dare call yourself my mother," seethed Maggy. Allura quickly picked Eddy off the floor.

"Hold your tongue," snapped the Idina. "And I don't remember calling the three of you back to Orcaidia," she said referring to Allura, Crystal, and Phana. She walked around the table and stood by Zara.

"They were going to try to overthrow you," said Zara.

"I know my dear," replied the queen.

"She doesn't deserve your devotion Zara," said Morra. "The Rebellion will see to the end of your tyranny Queen Idina."

Idina threw back her head and laughed. "Rebellion..? What Rebellion?"

A commotion could be heard outside coming from the courtyard. The Queen opened another set of glass doors and stepped out to the balcony. A band of rebels could be seen rushing the main gates. They were led by Arin, and close by to her were Mana, Nayon, and Vae. They focused on imperial guards. To Idina's shock, many of the fair goers and even some soldiers were joining with the rebels.

"I take it you mean that rebellion," said the queen. "Still, they are not too large for me to handle, or at least they won't be for long," she snickered.

"Are you forgetting us?" asked Allura. "You already have your hands full."

"And you're forgetting I have your human friend," said Zara. "If you're smart you won't do anything."

"Zara listen to me," pleaded Crystal. "We're not the bad guys here. The crews of the fleet are floating out there in their life pods. She left all those people to die."

"That's not true… is it mama?"

"Of course not Zara," said the queen. "There are no people floating out there in space… just men." Zara gasped at this new information. "Very well, if some men mean that much to you I'll retrieve them right now."

The Queen Idina's aura flared out. The intensity of her purple energy caused the very palace to shake.

"What are you doing?" asked Allura.

"I'm increasing the pull of gravity for this portion of the planet and directing it towards the battle area," replied Idina.

The girls rushed out onto the balcony. Fire balls streaked across the day sky like a meteor shower. Down below the rebels had virtually gained control of the palace courtyard. Now the freedom fighters began to turn their attention to the objects above.

"What are they?" asked Phana.

"It's the life pods from the fleet," said Allura. Her eyes grew wide in horror. "She's bringing them down right on top of the palace!"

The Orcaidians in the courtyard began to scatter for fear of the approaching balls of fire. Queen Idina chuckled to herself. With a wave of her hand the objects disappeared. Hail size geometric objects rained down like marbles on the fairgrounds causing yet more panic.

Once it appeared clear, Arin ventured back onto the open courtyard. Most of the others remained under cover. Carefully she picked up one of the fallen objects. It was definitely a life pod only smaller now. The lights on the outside blinked in sequence as the pod's sensors determined the conditions outside were safe for life forms. The pod door opened and a crewman no more than an inch tall climbed out. His hair was coated in frost, but otherwise he was alright. He looked up into Arin's gold eyes and fell down in her hand, not because see was big, but because his legs could barely hold him to stand after such a long time of not being used.

"Don't be afraid Demetrae, it's only me Arin. Tell me, did Owlan get aboard a life pod as well?" Demetrae answered but his voice was too small for her to understand. Arin looked around the courtyard. "Listen to me everyone!" she shouted. "I want each of you to carefully gather up the objects on the ground. If the occupants have already climbed out, then place your hand on the ground and gently encourage them to climb in. And please, be mindful of where you step." She looked back down to the man in her hand. "Okay Demetrae, I'm going to hold you up to my ear so you can answer me, and do be louder this time." Demetrae nodded his understanding. "Oh, and welcome home."

Queen Idina turned around to find six of her daughters glaring at her with contempt. "Change them back," snarled Allura.

"Or what?" laughed the queen.

"We'll make…"

"Zara, give that friend of theirs a little squeeze." Zara didn't respond. She had a blank stare and her mouth hung open. For the first time she had the realization that her mother was a truly evil woman. "Zara…"

"She's out of it. Now's our chance," said Morranda.

Maggy, Allura, and Morranda immediately combined their powers on Idina. Crystal and Phana hesitated for a split second before jumping in as well. Five sisters were giving it their full concentration with both hands forward. And they were having an effect on their mother. Queen Idina had wasted too much energy on her little show of power. She had thought Zara would have helped prevent any attack, only now she seemed lost within herself. Still, Idina was confident she could overcome even five of her daughters if she could tap into her full power. The force suddenly increased as Sesani joined in with her sisters, and Queen Idina began losing inches fast. Her aura flashed interrupting the girl's attack. While they were blinded, she ran to a statue on the balcony and pressed a switch which opened a secret passageway.

"Where did she go?" asked Phana as she rubbed her eyes.

"i saw," said Eddy. "she ran into one of those hidden passages."

"Magarique," said Zara. She had a remorseful expression as she handed over Tai. "I'm sorry. I didn't know… I mean I thought…"

"It's okay," said Maggy. "It's good to have you on our side." She took Tai in her hand. "How are you doing?"

"i'm okay. she was very gentle," said Tai.

"Did you see how far we managed to shrink her down," said Crystal.

"was that her real height," asked Eddy.

"We don't know," said Crystal. "I don't think any of us know how tall she really is. She might be shorter than Phana."

"Well I say we chase her down and don't stop until she's smaller than Tai and Eddy," said Allura. "She's weak right now and with seven of us she won't stand a chance."

"Hold on," said Sesani, "first things first."

The girls arrived at the trophy room. "i don't believe it," said Eddy.

"it's blue omen," finished Tai.

The girls argued over the next course of action. Sesani wanted them to restore the planet now that they had it, but Allura said that at this crucial moment they need every last drop of energy. Morranda added that they didn't have the time to fly out to the star system where Blue Omen came from. Still Sesani remained steadfast on the issue. Their power would return given some time, and the lives of a whole planet were more important than the possible losses if the capital were bombed. Crystal suggested they could get their friends outside to warn the people in the capital to evacuate before then.

Phana suddenly remembered she had shrunk and grabbed the Silver Strike off her desk before they left. "I have an idea," she said. She produced the ship and restored it to normal. Since fighting Queen Idina would be dangerous, and they didn't want to further endanger Tai and Eddy, they could fly the planet and themselves to safety. Tai wanted to know how they would accomplish that. Transporting a tiny planet would be a very delicate job. Easy, Sesani pointed out. The planet could fit easily in the cargo bay. The force field would protect it from knocking into the walls, floor, or ceiling of the ship's hull.

Finally Maggy had the perfect idea. It took less energy to restore something to normal than to alter its size either way. If they only initiated the restore process on a delay, so after a set period of time it would grow back, then that would only mean a small loss of energy to each of the seven sisters. Eddy had serious doubts about the plan. They were proposing a window of only three earth hours before the planet grew back. Tai on the other hand had great confidence in Maggy's plan. It would take them roughly two hours to get to Blue Omen's star. Because their ship had been built on Blue Omen, the computer systems had its orbital pattern on memory. They could find the point where the center of gravity should be with the help of their computer, drop off Blue Omen, and get out of the way in less than an hour.

So it was decided. All of the girls held hands as they encircled the pedestal. All of them, that is except Zara.

"What's wrong Zara," asked Allura.

"I don't like to use my powers," she answered.

"Don't worry," said Crystal reassuringly. "Take my hand. It'll be alright."

Zara joined in between Allura and Crystal. When they were all ready, the girls concentrated together on the planet. The planet glowed briefly and then they released hands.

"is that it?" asked Eddy.

"That's it," said Maggy. "Now you better get going. You don't have a lot of time."

Phana carefully loaded the planet into the cargo bay. The girls wished the guys good luck as the Silver Strike lifted off with their precious cargo.

"Man is this place big," said Eddy as the ship zipped down the hallway and pass the dining room.

"Hey watch this," said Tai. The ship blanked and loss altitude as Tai flew it between the legs of an end table. One of the wings brushed the table as they passed underneath upsetting a colossal vase on top and spilling the gigantic specimen of Orcaidian flora contained within. "Whoa, looks like I caught a piece of that."

"Do me a favor and save the hot-dogging till we're outdoors," said Eddy as he looked back. The vase shattered and pieces went flying just missing the Silver Strike. He turned around and saw the font doors of the palace coming up fast. "door… Door!"

"I see it." Tai fired the ship's blasters and blew a hole in the door big enough for them to fly through.

"Damn it Tai, the girls are going to be pissed at you for that one."

"Why should they care? It's their mother's house."

"And where do you think they'll be living after this mess is through?"

The ship continued on. They flew over the courtyard and observed many of the fairgoers and rebels alike were busy collecting things off the ground. "What are they doing," said Tai.

"Looks like they're gathering up those life pods," said Eddy. "Slow down, I see someone."

It was the pink haired giantess Mana. She looked up as the ship paused in the air next to her. In her hands was an entire gunnery crew plus a ship's captain. Eddy used the audio broadcast speakers on the outer part of the ship to relay the order to evacuate the Orcaidian capital. Mana was glad to see Tai was okay and agreed to pass the message along to Arin. The guys flew off from there to space.

The girls found Queen Idina reclining on her thrown. "This is it mother," challenged Allura. "You're through."

"Not quite my dear," said the queen smugly. "Did you waste your energies on that foolish planet? You were probably counting on me to still be drained when you found me. I think you'll find I regain my strength rather quickly." She stood as she said this. "Now suffer the consequences of your disobedience."

Her aura began glowing brighter than ever before. Each of the sisters started dwindling before her impossible power. As one by one, they reached a height 1000 times smaller than normal, a crystal formed around them trapping them in a suspended animated state. The girls were barely able to put up a struggle even with there combined powers.

"Sigh, all too easy," said the queen.

Suddenly one of the crystals shattered and one of the girls began growing back. It was Allura, and she didn't stop growing until her head hit the high ceiling, some 20 Orcaidian feet up.

"Well this is a surprise," mused Queen Idina.

Part 17

Tai and Eddy reached orbit around Orcaidia IV.

"Where to?" asked Tai.

"Nav is pointing us to a star just beyond the destroyed moon," said Eddy. A faint sensor echo bleeped across the screen as they traveled around to the other side of the planet.

"What was that?" asked Tai.

"Oh no…"

"What?"

"It's an Alliance warship," replied Eddy. They're moving to an orbital position above the capital."

"Shit, already," said Tai. "Weren't they supposed to wait another day or two?"

"Looks like they're early," said Eddy.

"We have to do something," said Tai.

"There's no time. It'll have to wait until we get back."

"That might be too late. Wait, I have an Idea. That moon was about the same mass as a planet like Blue Omen."

"Oh I don't like were this is going."

"We drop the planet off in that asteroid field created be the moon's destruction. When it grows back, it'll find a natural orbit plus fling the remaining pieces of the moon into deep space so they can't threaten either planet."

"Okay, ignoring everything that's wrong with that plan, let's say it does buy us time to act. What are we supposed to do?" asked Eddy.

"We attack of course."

"Are you insane??! That an entire naval fleet."

"Let's just say surviving near death has given me a real boost in courage. Besides, I have another plan."

Allura looked down on the queen from her new height. Finally her powers had reached their pinnacle and like Queen Idina, they were beyond anything possible to her previously. Still, in the back of her mind she wondered if she was strong enough.

"So Allura," said Idina, "if I can't shrink you, I guess I'll just have to outgrow you." She laughed as her body expanded upwards. When she neared the ceiling, she threw out her hands creating a hole for her to grow through. Idina stopped at her new height of 30 feet.

Allura looked back at where her shrunken sisters stood frozen. If she wanted to protect them from harm, she would need to take the fight away from here. Allura busted through the roof in a growth spurt reaching 60ft. Before Idina could react, Allura lifted her out of the palace and tossed her into the adjacent forest. Queen Idina was unhurt thanks to the extra strength her larger size afforded her. Only now she was furious. Her growth rate exploded.

Allura was barely able to climb out of the palace when she was seized up like a doll by her 600ft mother. But Allura was already growing to match her size. As she was becoming too big to hold, Idina pulled back her hand and said, "LET'S SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT." Allura was thrown into the trees causing timber to splinter for nearly half a mile. When Allura stood up again, she was 600ft tall as well and now too large to be hurt. The two giantesses now went at each other in a classic giant women cat fight.

Meanwhile in space, the naval fleet had opened up all bomb bays and was now in orbit over the capital city.

"Captain," said the first officer of the lead ship, "all ships are now ready."

"Very good number one. So far scans have shown the missiles originated from this area and have not been detected elsewhere on the planet. Pass along to the rest of the fleet to drop their ordinance on our mark."

"Aye sir."

"Sir, scanners are picking up an unknown ship approaching."

The Captain observed on the view screen a silver light streaking towards them. "What the blazes is it?"

"I hope you know what you're doing," said Eddy, "because this is going to seriously deplete our energy reserves."

"Just fire when we get near those bomb bays," said Tai. "I'll take care of the rest."

The Silver Strike zipped from the bellies of ship to ship, each time releasing the strike on the bomb bay like a porcupine throwing quills.

"Captain, all ships are reporting damage to bomb bays."

"Can any of them deploy?"

"Negative sir."

"Blast it, someone destroy that bloody ship!"

The starry sky became filled with weapons fire.

"Now what mister I have a plan," asked Eddy sarcastically.

"The M-drive," replied Tai.

"Are you kidding? We don't have the energy to resize."

"That's okay," said Tai as he hit the button. "The girls can help us out there."

A bright flash signaled the activation of an M-drive and the Silver Strike disappeared from the screen.

"How long to repair the damage?" asked the captain.

"Over ten hours, sir."

The captain muttered something under his breath. "Where's the nearest fleet?"

"There's an auxiliary fleet around Malo, but they're four hours away."

"Tell them to activate their M-drives and get here in two hours."

The Silver Strike descended through the Orcaidian atmosphere. As the guys neared the Palace, they could see the two giantesses battling it out. To them they now seemed to be more than a hundred miles high. Their fight had migrated closer to the capital city. Evacuations had already begun, but people who had thought they had had hours to get out now found they had only minutes. They fled with only the clothes on there back and love ones in tow.

"Where do you think the others are?" asked Tai.

"Why don't we try that hole over there," said Eddy as he pointed out the gaping hole left in the roof of the thrown room.

The silver strike dropped down into the opening. The lighting had been damaged, but the guys were able to locate the six other sisters still frozen in crystals.

"We have to get them out of there," said Tai.

"Here," said Eddy tossing one of his gauntlets to Tai. "Do like this." Eddy formed a beam lance and slashed at Crystal's encasement. It burst open freeing her. "Are you alright?" he asked. Crystal didn't answer him right away. She seemed to still be a little dazed.

Tai did the same for Maggy. The two reunited with a kiss. One by one the other girls were released. Zara was freed by Tai. She looked at him strangely.

"What?" asked Tai.

"Nothing," said Zara. "It's just… I thought you would be taller."

"Did you see Allura and Queen Idina?" asked Morra.

"Yeah," said Eddy, "they're outside and man are they big."

"You have to show us," said Morra. She ran for the ship.

"Hold on," said Tai, "how 'bout restoring us to normal first."

Maggy grabbed his arm. "We don't have very much power left, and there's someone who needs it more than us. So come on."

Outside the fight had reached the edge of the city. Idina forced Allura back so one of her high heel sandals came crashing down on an abandoned building. Allura and Queen Idina locked hands.

"Okay we're going to come in low to avoid detection," said Tai.

The Silver Strike approached Allura's foot. Everyone was in awe of the size of the giantesses.

"How long where we out?" asked Phana.

"If she shrank you right after we left," said Tai, "then I'd say almost two hours."

"Tai," said Maggy. "Didn't you say it would take two hours to reach Blue Omen's star system?"

"We made other plans," he replied. "Now hold on because here we go."

Eddy looked down as the ship passed over Allura's big toe nail. The clear nail polish reflected the image of the ship like the surface of a lake. Tai angled the ship up the increased arch of her instep.

"I can't get over how huge she is," marveled Crystal.

"Yeah but we're also really tiny remember," added Eddy.

Tai pulled the ship into a vertical climb as he reached Allura's ankle. From their viewpoint, they were technically able to see up Allura's skirt, but it was so far up they couldn't make out anything but the shadow.

"Aren't you keeping a little close to her body," said Eddy. You're not going to make it over the knee and if you pull back any farther of the stick you'll stall."

"Stalling is for aircraft with airfoils," said Tai. "Watch this." The ship began to yaw to the left as if they were preparing to corkscrew around her leg. The Silver Strike was now climbing up the back of one of her calves. It almost seemed like they were flying over some rolling landscape. "See? We'll just fly up the back of her knee."

However, at that point Allura's knees began to buckle from the force exerted by her mother. Tai spun the ship away from the body. "I told you so," said Eddy.

"I was going to do that anyways," said Tai, "unless you wanted to continue up her thigh and under her skirt?"

"Now why would he want that," laughed Maggy, but she stopped when Crystal gave her a dirty look. "Alright fine, whatever"

Allura and Idina were now well within the limits of the capital. They had left a path of stomped buildings in their wake and a few fires had broken out. Allura was able to regain leverage and swung Idina into a nearby tower. The tiny Silver Strike just barely missed slamming into her. Idina was almost twice as tall as the tower, but Allura was able to pin her by forcing her lower back into the edge of the building.

"You people sure know how to build some huge structures," said Tai.

"And they look pretty sturdy too," said Eddy as the tower took the weight of two giantesses without crumbling.

Tai gained altitude as he curved back towards Allura. He was able to slip the ship between their gigantic bodies. "Hold on everyone," he said. Tai hit the launch thrusters and arced up her abdomen. They shot between the peaks of her breasts. Tai planed to drop the nose of the ship and fly over her shoulder, but Allura's hair was moving about wildly. Light brown stands of hair, wider in diameter than anyone on the ship was tall, came flying out at them. Time after time, Tai would skillfully maneuver out of the way of a giant strand of hair, and right into the path of another one. And still he would manage to avoid that one too.

"Wow Tai, I'm impressed," cheered Maggy as they passed out of the hazard that was Allura's hair.

"You should've seen him knock over the flower vase back in the palace," said Eddy.

"Tai you didn't," said Maggy.

"Hey," replied Tai. "An end table and hair are two entirely different things."

The Silver Strike came around once again. "There," pointed Morranda, "just off her right shoulder. That should be close enough and still keep us out of harm's way." Tai held the ship in that position. "Okay every one join hands."

Allura suddenly straightened up and released Idina. She could feel a new power coursing through her. She could sense her sisters and knew they were close. "IT'S OVER MOTHER," she said. Idina looked at her puzzled. Allura's aura shone with the most intense purple light of any shifter before her. To Idina's horror, she began to shrink. Allura grabbed a hold of her to make sure she wouldn't have a chance to escape. Idina continued shrinking until she was normal size again and in the palm of her 600ft tall daughter. Allura looked over at the speck by her shoulder. She gave them a wink and they were restored to human standard size. Eddy congratulated her over the broadcast speakers.

"THANKS," said Allura modestly. "I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOUR HELP GUYS."

"The fleet has already moved into position," said Tai. "Is there a transmitter nearby?"

"We have one at the palace," said Sesani.

The Silver Strike flew off for the palace. Allura followed, making sure to stamp out any fires that had started.

Former Queen Idina was shrunk further and encased in a crystal form like she had done to her daughters. Fittingly, she was placed in the exact spot that the captured planet had been kept. The group tried for nearly an hour to signal their surrender to the fleet in orbit around the planet. It was early evening now and the string of lights that had been Orcaidia's moon were making their appearance now. Still there was no response.

"i think you made them mad," Eddy said to Tai.

"what was i supposed to do?" asked Tai. "let them bomb the planet?"

By now the second fleet had arrived. However, they were under orders to maintain communication silence. As the second fleet was moving into position, a huge gravitational surge occurred and a planet which had been missing for more than half a year suddenly appeared. Everything was thrown into confusion as first asteroids were hurdled at the fleet. Following that, the com traffic was jammed as everyone on Blue Omen with access to a transmitter was broadcasting as they realized they were not where they were supposed to be.

On Orcaidia a beautiful new blue moon had replaced the one that was destroyed. "Yup, three earth standard hours on the dot," said Maggy as she viewed it through a nearby window. The other girls, except for Phana, moved towards the window to see. Tai and Eddy were placed on the windowsill.

"i guess your plan worked after all tai," said Eddy.

Phana had taken over the communications, still hoping to get an answer back and having new hope now that there was com traffic. Her message was finally heeded by the captain of a destroyer from the second fleet. It was someone who recognized her, captain Paul Nelson. The group celebrated. There would be no destruction of the capital, the slight stomping it got from a pair of giantesses not withstanding. Once a captain of a naval ship accepted a surrender, the whole of the alliance fleet were held to a temporary ceasefire until it was made official.

Crystal lifted Eddy up from the windowsill. "Well Eddy, I guess this adventure of ours has come to an end. And I've decided not to fight Allura over you. You can be all hers." Crystal bent forward and gave Eddy a giant kiss. She then held her cup palm out to Allura.

"Wow that's really mature," said Morranda.

"I'll say," said Allura. "Do you really mean it?" As Allura reached for Eddy, Crystal suddenly yanked her hand back.

"Psych, how stupid do you think I am?"

"Hey that's not funny Crystal. Give me back Eddy."

"You'll have to catch me first." With that, Crystal took off running through the palace with Allura chasing after her.

The rest of the group remained behind laughing. "We've come to a new era," said Maggy. "But I'll be happy if a few things never change."

Epilogue

The official surrender was scheduled to take place two days later. A giant white platform was set up in the fields between the palace and the capital. It was 200ft high, or about two Orcaidian feet off the ground. Around one end stood many of the rebels, a few restored males and other witnesses to the event. The event was also being carried over the Orcaidian visual media.

Shuttles carrying diplomats and high ranking military officials landed at the other end. As the Alliance delegation reached the center to the platform, they found a table set up and an elaborate sound amplifying system. Tai and Eddy waited to greet them. They were dressed in their finest ceremonial garb. Tai and Eddy then introduced the seven sisters who now controlled Orcaidia. The crowd parted and one by one, the girls stepped on to the platform. They were dressed in gowns and each wore a coronet. As they walked down the platform, they shrunk down until they were human size. Admiral Chen, who would be accepting the surrender, was somewhat flustered by there entrance.

The negotiations of the peace deal went pretty smoothly. The girls' account of the taking of Blue Omen and the destruction of the moon were pretty much accepted. Of course a weapons embargo was placed on Orcaidia, and restrictions were placed on where and how the girls could use their powers. Allura also agreed to open up trade for their micronium. Initially the Alliance had asked for Tai and Eddy to be turned over as well as their ship. However, Allura was adamant that would not happen and Eddy objected to losing his precious ship. It was finally agreed they would turn over the 0.1 M-drive for the Silver Strike instead. It wasn't like they needed it now. The girls did hand over a pair of prisoners, Brinx and Wolf who were still in the candy dish when they found them, and the Marauder. The peace treaty was signed that day.

The issue of Blue Omen was another matter entirely. Debate over whether to allow the planet to be shrunk again and moved back to where it belonged or to remain there as Orcaidia IV's substitute moon raged on for months. By then the people had become use to where they where. The decision was made to stay.

With Queen Idina being on display in her own trophy room and because Allura was oldest, she took her place as the new queen. One of her first tasks was to restore the crew members of the lost fleet to normal. As it turned out, they had managed to recover almost everyone. This included Owlan, the true love of Arin. Allura's next task was to help in the rebuilding of the capital after the damage she had caused fighting her mother. Finally, Allura, with the help of Morranda, abdicated most of her power to a newly formed government. It was similar to the Alliance's form of government. Orcaidia's first elected president was Arin, or the blue wonder as she had come to be known. Heroine status came from her leadership against the forces of the previous queen and afterwards, for her organization of the recovery of the crews from the life pods and the evacuation of the capital.

Relations between Orcaidia and the people of Blue Omen grew so close that Orcaidia eventually annexed it as one of their colonies. Being the closest human settlement to Orcaidia, Blue Omen profited greatly from the micronium trade. The shar plant was found to flourish only in Orcaidian soil. The plant was also found to be toxic to humans after a couple of them tried to ingest some of it in hopes of gaining size shifting abilities.

With the help of Alliance technology, several shrinker gates were built on Orcaidia. Orcaidian tourist would pass through them to shrink down to human size before boarding ships so they could visit Blue Omen and other parts of space. A few of them even decided to remain and live on Blue Omen. Likewise, a number of Blues settled on Orcaidian IV. Unlike their Orcaidian counterparts, these human settlers remained the same size. It became an organizational nightmare for the new government to keep track of them and make sure they were safe.

Phana became the primary ambassador for Orcaidia IV, allowing her to do the space traveling she always wanted. It's not clear if anyone recognized her as the giantess who went on a rampage on Malo, but she seldom broke the rules over the use of her powers outside the Orcaidian star system. Because of the prohibition on Orcaidians having weapons, the Alliance fleet provided her with an escort to wherever she went.

Captain Paul Nelson was originally going to be charged with disobeying orders. However, word got out that he was responsible for the peace treaty with Orcaidia and therefore responsible for the lucrative micronium trade. Instead he was given command of an escort carrier. His first mission, of all things, was to escort his girlfriend's starship.

Although she also wanted to travel, Morranda remained on Orcaidia to be close to Vae and to be a part of the new government. She also had a term as president, and for a while was actually more powerful than Allura in terms of politics.

Zara eventually attended the University. She got a degree in business and became a leading business woman in the micronium trade.

Sesani moved to Blue Omen for several years to be close to Ian, the boy she had met all those months ago when she had been a spy with Maggy. Her position in the military as chief of the queen's personal guard was left to Mana. The Blues considered her to be one of two resident goddesses on their planet.

The second goddess was Maggy. She moved to Blue Omen with Tai after they were married. They had a dual size home built in the wilderness of Blue Omen. It was mainly so she could be herself without worrying about nearby humans being under foot. Together, she and Tai had three children, two girls and a boy.

Crystal lived in the palace with Eddy and Allura. For his part, Eddy fathered a daughter with Allura and a son with Crystal. By rights on Orcaidia, Eddy should have remained with Crystal until their son reached maturity, but he insisted on being a dad to his daughter as well. The three arranged living conditions so he could be close to both his kids. A doll house was built for him and placed in the grand hall of the palace.

This is not to say he and Tai, and the rest, never saw each other again, far from it. They were constantly dropping in on one another. Their respective children even became close friends. Because they were hybrids of Human and Orcaidian DNA, the children grew to be as tall as their mothers, but aged at the same rate as their fathers. They were all born with the same powers as their mothers, and because they matured faster, their powers developed more quickly, although never quite to the point that Allura had reached. Tai and Maggy's children attended school on Blue Omen like normal children. The children of Eddy and Allura and Crystal, were home schooled by tutors from human colonies living on Orcaidia.

Needless to say, this was not the only adventure Eddy, Tai, and the Shifters would have. But those are all stories for another time. For now this adventure has come to…
